• Julia (10/5): Warm atmosphere, artistic soul, and a host who truly cares. - A very special place with an artistic atmosphere and a great central location. I felt comfortable and at home here from the first day. The host was incredibly kind and caring, always available and thoughtful in the small details. I especially loved the live saxophone music from nearby evening performances. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay and I would happily come back again.
• Julia (10/5): A unique and artistic place with a warm atmosphere and a truly caring host. - This place had a really special energy and I felt genuinely comfortable there. The apartment is spacious, full of character, and in a perfect central location close to transport, supermarkets, and many good places to eat. I especially loved hearing the live saxophone music from nearby performances in the evenings, for me it made the atmosphere feel unique and artistic. The host was incredibly kind, understanding, and always helpful. You could really feel the care in the small details, like having purified drinking water always available and everything needed for daily living. I truly felt at home here and would happily stay again.

• Brunati (10/5): - La struttura si trova in una zona molto vitale e comunque tranquilla, nel centro di Cancun, comoda per gli spostamenti con i mezzi pubblici ed anche a piedi. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento perfettamente pulito, completo di ogni accessorio necessario. L' host si è dimostrata molto professionale e cordiale, dandoci suggerimenti e consigli utili per rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Grazie di tutto
• Ping Hui (2/5): - It is Very noise property, we stayed for 7 nights, and we could not sleep due to the dog barking next door for two nights , it was very noise outside also, the apartment is not soundproof. The shower is very little water flow and the water tap in the washroom also

Puedes tomar el servicio público a solo 100 metros en el que te puedes movilizar a cualquier parte de la ciudad, estas a media cuadra del parque las palapas, a unos 30 caminando del centro comercial las americas y otros lugares como el malecón tajamar. Se encuentran varios oxxo y otros puntos de venta donde puedes encontrar cualquier cosa. Nada, todo esta bien

• Sabrina Erica (10/5): Precio, calidad y calidez - Me encantó que te dan las llaves y tenes libertad total, que cualquier cosa que necesites le escribis a la chica y se super ocupa, además de la limpieza, no falta nada, es super tranquilo, bastante amplio, hasta llegas y el agua te dejan preparada, el lugar es cerca de la estación de micros y también. De la avenida tulum que pasan todos los colectivos. Es un lugar estratégico, si bien no es un lugar lujoso, es un lugar ideal
• Daniel (9/5): Comfortable Apartment with Fast Wi-Fi and Great Location - I was looking for a place close to the ADO bus station since I had an early flight to Cuba, and this apartment was perfect for that. It’s located near Parque del Artesano and is spread over two floors: the bathroom, kitchen, and a living area are downstairs, while the bedroom is upstairs. If you tend to get up during the night to use the bathroom, keep in mind you'll need to go down the stairs — otherwise, it’s no issue. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and cozy. A big plus: the Wi-Fi is fast and stable, which was a great surprise. On weekends, you might hear music from the nearby park, but it adds to the local vibe. Overall, a great choice, especially for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay close to the city center.

• Olena (9/5): Замечательно - Отличное расположение. Автобусная станция в 5 минутах (легко добраться в любую точку: аэропорт, пляж, соседние города). Рядом центральная площадь, где по вечерам живая музыка, разнообразная местная еда. В пешей доступности рынок с продуктами и сувенирами. При этом очень тихое и уютное место. Отзывчивая хозяйка, очень беспокоится, чтобы гости хорошо провели время 😊🌹 В апартаментах все есть необходимое: постельное, полотенца, шампуни, посуда. Есть возможность готовить. Очень аутентично и мило при отличной цене 👌 Обязательно пользуйтесь инструкцией хозяйки по тому как добраться до апартаментов, так как букинг указывает неверный адрес (мы немного заблудились)
• Tove (10/5): Exceptional - It is a nice small apartment close to everything. It has a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of water to drink, even a freezer with ice cubes. I will definitely stay there again! Nothing.

• C (7/5): Perfect location and clean flat - Very easy check in and check out. Water was available in the flat. Beside the furniture is pretty old, there was all that was needed and very clean. Aircon was working well, and even just with the dehumidifier the flat was getting to a good temperature very quickly. Oh, literally 5 min walk from ADO station - very convenient For a light sleeper, this is probably not a place to stay. You can easily hear neighbours, dogs barking all night long and people having fun in the square. With earplugs too. Be mindful. But all the rest, very good.

• Miro (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment. Very central. close to the bus station, convenience stores, and restaurants. Too much noise coming from loud music played non-stop, in the nearby square, and until 5 in the morning
• Edward (8/5): Very good - the location and the space layout there was miscommunication to get the keys and it was really loud. I was able to sleep through it but my friend struggled pretty badly.
• Stefan (8/5): Cute apartment for short stay - Krishna was amazing; she always helped us with all the info we needed and recommendations. She is such an amazing host. Very good position of the apartment, close to Ado bus, in center with many options for food and drinks etc. The apartment was clean, big and with storage space. Good internet. No hot water in the kitchen, the pressure was very low, too. The cleanliness of the dishes could be improved. The noise during the night from clubs / bars / restaurants was quite disturbing.

• Margarita* (8/5): Would definitely stay again! - Great location! Very close to Las Palapas park. Many options for food around. Close to ADO bus station which is great for transportation to airport. Nice space, perfect for a couple. Bed was hard and not very comfortable. If you're a light sleeper you might struggle due to noise in neighborhood at night. It can be lively at night especially on weekends.

• Kathryn (9/5): Cute place, great location - Great location. Very close to main ADO bus station, grocery store, laundry facility and a food market if arriving late and restaurants closed. The manager was so helpful and quick.to reply to our messages. There was a bar close by with loud music but it didn't go late and was not a problem for us.
• Hyerhee (8/5): Very good - Pretty good place. Obviously not a hotel but very comfortable and in a very central location. Safe and convenient area. I'm sure staying at a resort is nice but while we are childless and youngish, we wanted to venture further out. The place has a/c, tv, and a kitchen and we really enjoyed our stay. Felt more like an authentic Mexican experience than staying at a resort. This area is very noisy at night. You can hear the music from either a bar or restaurant downstairs until 1or 2 am. The last night we stayed, there was some outside concert going on. It was very noisy.
• Claire (9/5): Great deal - Great location and has nearly everything you need. The check-in was easy with a key box and the friendly host provided very detailed information in advance and answered any of my questions. There is also a tank/tap with mineral water which I thought was super convenient. The A/C works well. There is a closet right next to the entrance with plenty of towels of all sizes to use. The bed was comfortable. The couch was quite uncomfortable and I was disappointed to find that there was no laundry machine. Also the apartment lacks style, it all looks very basic.

• John (10/5): Great 10 day stay in Cancun - The owner is really friendly and does not know what else she can do to meet your expectations! The location is in Downtown Cancun, you can't beat it. Two Minute walk from the main bus station (ADO), and one block to catch the bus to go to the Hotel Zone (beach area, about a 15 minute bus ride). If you enjoy your own space and enjoy having a kitchen, were you able to make yourself something. This place is for you. Thanks again, I'll be back !
