El wifi fue bien. Tanto la ubicacion muy alejada de casi todo, ir preferiblemente en coche, como el day pass del hotel, se contrata adicionalmente si quieres1500 pesos persona, con comida muy basica y poco variada. Excluido del precio 120 pesos por persona por impuestos estatales (lo pongo como info adicional al no facilitarlo booking).

Como esta actualmente es muy funcional el departamentito, aunque en los días en que estuve hospedado en el siempre estaba fuera recorriendo Cancún, en los tiempos que me quede en el depa no me falto ni sobro nada. solo podría recomendar al anfitrión ya le hace falta una remodelación integral, pero todo muy bien.

• Anna Umbria (5/5): Evitate questa suite a Puerto Juarez. - La vista oceano, la possibilità di avere l' opportunità di acquistare l'opzione all inclusive al Ritmo Hotel. Buono e ricco il buffet . Da dire subito che la suite è privata, l' host è Salvador, una specie di Airbnb. Ma questo l' ho scoperto solo al check in. La casa fa pena: tutto rotto, porta sfasciata, tenda con i buchi, oggetti di arredamento che sono solo da buttare, sporca. Biancheria vecchia, doccia che si allaga, e potrei aggiungere altro. L' host fa l' amicone ma prende i soldi del turista senza preoccuparsi di dare una sistemazione dignitosa. Accanto si trova di meglio. La sconsiglio, molto deludente. Booking non ha fornito una reale presentazione.

Salvatore, il proprietario di casa è super gentile e disponibile, inoltre ci ha sempre rifornito con bottiglie di acqua Purtroppo lasciando la finestra aperta abbiamo avuto qualche blatta per i primi due giorni, (credo che sia del tutto normale, venivano da fuori, l'appartamento è pulito e dopo che abbiamo tenuto la finestra chiuso non abbiamo più avuto problemi. All'interno dell'appartamento c'è il condizionatore che funziona molto bene, quindi siamo stati sempre al fresco
• Marcel (8/5): Good! - The location is fantastic — just a few steps from the beach. It’s unforgettable to sleep with the doors open and hear the sound of the sea. The host is very friendly and thoughtful. He contacted us before our arrival, and the check-in was very smooth. We were welcomed very well, which we really appreciated. The beds are great, the apartment is clean, and cleaning during the stay is offered, which is a nice touch. There are a few seaside restaurants within walking distance, and a supermarket with vegetables and other essentials can be reached in about a 20 / 25-minute walk. The local bus stops right in front of the place, and taxis are also easy to find, so transportation is very convenient. Overall, we made really good memories here. I think it’s a great place, and I would gladly come back to this apartment. The apartment has good potential, but it could benefit from a little more care and attention. A few small improvements would make a big difference. For example, the mosquito net at the door is ripped and could easily and inexpensively be repaired or replaced. While the owner mentioned that the streets are fumigated to control mosquitoes, having an intact screen is a simple extra measure to reduce the risk of mosquito-borne diseases such as dengue, chikungunya, or Zika. The kitchen could also use some attention. The alternative stove is placed on top of the broken one, which feels like a temporary solution. It worked fine for heating water or making coffee or tea, but we struggled to cook meals without burning the food. With a few small fixes, this apartment could be a perfect place to stay.

• Chloe (4/5): Disappointing and Dirty - Upon arrival we couldn’t find our host, despite telling them our ETA, the hotel front desk charged us $100 just to be able to use the pool etc despite this being advertised as part of our stay. We also had to pay just to connect to wifi to contact the host. Once he arrived he proceeded to check in guests who had arrived after us. The kitchen cupboards were full of mice droppings… a significant amount which certainly hadn’t happened over night.

• Lily (10/5): The BEST experience of my life! - Everything was PERFECT! :-) The apartment is very spatious and very clean. With everything you may need (kitchen tools, dish, soap), complimentart water bottles in the fridge, A/C perfect, bath towel, beach towel, free sunbeds on the quiet beach, etc.) The bed king size is super comfortable. The kitchen is fully equiped. The bathroom is pleasant (and the water was hot as I like). And the best part is the balcony... with an amazing and wonderful ocean view. View on the sunrise! And a sky full of stars by night... Absolutely breathtaking and definitely worth it! Great price/value. Nice location, near Puerto Juarez. Less than 30 minutes from the airport. Cheap Uber ride. And the owner, Salvador, is very professional, welcoming, so helpful and friendly! I will definitely book it again and I highly recommend everyone to book this apartment! It was a great experience! Trabajo en turismo y sé lo importante que es prestar atención a los detalles. Recomiendo una buena revisión de los muebles de la cocina, de la puerta del balcón, puertas de los armarios y baño. Cambiar la ducha. Con sólo esos pequeños cambios el apartamento quedaría estupendo y hasta podrían subir el precio.

• Elena (3/5): Poor - The view from the balcony is amazing, nice host, quiet place. The swimming pool is closed at 7pm. There was just one set of old, worn out towels for two guests. The safe didn't work, the furniture is old and in bad condition, the shelves were dusted, drainage didn't work not in the sink nor in the bathtub. A few spots of mold on the ceiling in the room. Very tough uncomfortable mattresses. I forgot a pair of pants there - they weren't found just disappeared.

• Margarita (4/5): Disappointing - We used it as a base for a couple of nights so we could easily get to a dock nearby. The advert is deceitful. The room is not part of the hotel but privately let by the owner. You need to pay a daily extra to use the hotel facilities and get food. The room had nice front of sea views and a small balcony, but did not have direct access to the beach. KItchen, bathroom fittings and furniture are old and dirty and some are broken. The bed, while spacious, smelled of sweat. Overall, the room gave us a base which is what we needed, but we do not feel it was worth the money.

Salvador was an excellent host and provided us with plenty of beach towels. The apartment was cleaned twice in our week's stay, and the kitchen area was well equipped. We will definitely return to this apartment again. The only issue, was a problem with the bathroom door to the loo, getting stuck shut. Could have done with a juice blender. Apart from that, perfect.
• Brenda (9/5): A nice relaxing stay! - Loved the unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea from the suite and sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach. Several palapas and loungers on the beach and no vendors asking you to buy their merchandise. Comfortable king size bed, full size fridge with frost free freezer, good sized TV with Netflix, YouTube and many channels. Lovely pool. Easy access to taxis or collectivos, good seafood restaurants close by. But what we liked most was the hospitality of our host. Didn’t like that we couldn’t stay longer.
• Scott (8/5): we were in paradise for 5 days. - the beachfront was long and beautiful and all staff members exceptionally nice and helpful. a lot of English is spoken here. the suite is part of the all ritmo resort and water park and this is important to remember. we bought the hotels all inclusive package which I felt was a very good value, but there is really no place else to go without taking a bus, car or taxi. the hotel was all inclusive as I said but there is no mini bar in the room an we had “ maid “ services only once which was fine but they didn’t leave bottled water or clean towels for the pool the second time. I assume it was an oversight as the host Salvador seemed quite a nice and honest fellow.

• Alisha (7/5): Good - Amazing location, right on the beach. You can buy the all inclusive at the hotel for £32 approx each. We only stayed 2 nights but tbh that was enough for us. We are not a massive fan of all inclusive food etc but it was a nice treat post 24 hours of travelling. Great beach and pool. TV with netflix if you want to watch a film in the evening or something. The apartment is quite outdated and needs a fresh lick of paint and things repairing like the kitchen etc. The bed is very comfy with great pillows but yes everything looks a bit tired. But for the location it's fine.

The place was not clean, the bathroom was in a very bad condition, that place needs a make over soon!! Shower had mold and the bathroom sink as well. Probably the worst place that I ever stayed in. I don't know where they got the "good" reviews that they advertise, but they are not true at all.

• Michael (4/5): Book direct through All Ritmo Resort, and not this room. - It was right on the beach. You can buy the meal package, at the resort, for the day. it’s close to the ferries, to Isla Mujeres. Since we rented owner direct, we sent him a message, saying that we would arrive at the airport at 3:30. We arrived at the resort before 5:00. Our host was nowhere to be found, and he had his phone turned off. The hotel staff helped us, by contacting him. We finally got into the room around 7:00. The “suite” is nothing more than a run down hotel room. It needs to be gutted, and remodeled. The place is dirty, and falling apart. (I should have taken pictures). The bed linens smelled like sweaty butt, as did the pillows. no blankets. I recommend this resort, but not this room.

The Room was spacious, It has refrigerator, stove and everything you need to cook. The sunrise is the best, I loved it, just a few steps away to the beach. The location is a little far from the hotel zone and if it's too late there's no buses to get to the hotel just taxis.
