- Aleksandra (8/5): W tej cenie nie znajdziecie lepszego miejsca - Ładna, zadbana plaża przynależąca do obiektu z parasolami i leżakami. Piękny widok z tarasu. Początkowo wystąpił problem z brakiem ciepłej wody, ale po zwiększeniu temperatury na podgrzewaczu wody problem ustąpił.

- Peter (7/5): Fine, probably wouldn’t stay again - Nice pool and beach. Washing machine and dryer. Not much in walking distance, security means no guests allowed. All the remotes (tv / air conditioning units) needed new batteries - these were supplied the next day when requested. Decor a bit tired and in need of some tlc.

It was very safe we had beach access with security 24/7. It’s also located close to a market, pharmacy and isla mujeres Xcaret ferry. NA

Alessandra was brilliant, she was so helpful and was happy to answer all our questions on where to eat etc. My husband needed a Chiro due to his back issue and Alessandra advised us of that also and he was great! There is a bar located right near the property on the beach which has great food and drinks. Close to the bus stops to go into town and also great if you want to ride along the hotel zone. If you are looking for a great location as opposed to a high end 5 star property, then we would highly recommend this apartment. It has everything you need including washing machine and dryer. There is on site 24 hour security including on the beach. Thank you Alessandra for everything! We enjoyed our visit to Cancun immensely! 🥰
- Xin (9/5): Superb - The location of this property is awesome. It has nice, clean private beach and I really liked the water front park across the street. There are couple of convenient stores within walking distance. There is everything you need in the apartment and the owners are very nice and helpful. Overall very pleasant experience and lots of good memories. The only thing that could be improved a bit is the condition of the facilities. They are a bit old... But we went out on excursions almost every day, so it didn't bother us too much.

- James (7/5): Cozy little apartment on the beach! - Location, lower cost than a local hotel/resort. Almost like being at home. Fridge, full laundry, showers. Owner was very nice and polite. Our fault, no hot water after the first person took a shower. Setting on the nearly new hot water heater was turned all the way down to the lowest setting, last day we figured it out after speaking to the owner.

- Gurashish (9/5): Wonderful apartment and location. - Very helpful and responsive host. The location is great! Very close to a couple of restaurants, bus stops, and convienice stores. Private beach and swimming pool access was amazing. There are other public beaches nearby as well (between a 5 to 15-minute walk). Washer dryer was provided! The shower drained slowly.
- Jeremy (6/5): Overall our stay was great and we wouldn’t be opposed to stating again next year, but would ensure that some needs were - The location to the beach is fantastic, the pool was enjoyable and the 24 hr. security ensures that you are safe during your stay. The host was top notch and ensured that our needs were met! She was quick to respond and ensured that any concerns were addressed. While the location and the host were fantastic, the apartment itself could really use some attention. It really needs some upgrades and some much needed cleaning. I wouldn’t consider any single item to be a deal breaker, but the minor inconveniences could easily be addressed with some minor attention.

- Scott (9/5): Relaxing and Easy Going Escape from Life. - Employees were very friendly, especially the security team monitoring the gated entrance. Our rental was literally steps from the private beach, with plenty of covered lounge chairs. Also, security monitoring the property's beach area was very diligent about maintaining the property for the renters, as several people tried to access the location when they weren't paying guests. Liked the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. We also witnessed fireworks from a nearby resort on a few nights. That was a nice surprise. Good restaurants and mini markets within walking distance of rental property. The owner of the condo was very nice and helpful. I think the location with such wonderful access to the beach was the highlight. The unit's owner isn't on the property, so it took him some time to meet us with the keys. He did send several emails/texts requesting our arrival time, but I really didn't have the capabilities on my phone to respond. This is more of my problem than it was of his lack of effort.The unit had everything we needed, but I would recommend updating this unit if only to make it feel fresher and cleaner. Improvements and updates are never bad investments,
