Gostaria de voltar outra vez. - A localização é ótima, pé na areia, junto a um mar de águas cristalinas, praia privada, muito tranquila, com cadeiras e guarda-sol disponíveis. O apartamento é espaçoso, iluminado e arejado. Alguns móveis poderiam ser atualizados , mesmo assim não interferiu no bom ambiente. Tem Estacionamento privado e o pessoal é muito simpático e conseguiu uma vaga extra, pois estávamos em dois carros. Tudo ótimo!

• Tessa (9/5): Superb - Spacious and clean apartment located by the beach, which is beautiful. It is located by a couple of small shops ideally for milk bread etc. Otherwise, a short walk 20 mins to the main area. A nice walk! Good location. The owner was prompt with any queries. Thank you! • Steven (10/5): Best of Both Worlds - We loved the fact that there's a little curbside restaurant right outside the security fence and we liked the fact that there was a security fence. To tell you the truth, we liked everything about our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. There's site management/maintenance on site pretty much 24 hours a day that brings in your chairs from the beach at the end of the night and willing to help out with anything you need. The guys were a lot of fun to have around and added to the overall experience. The choice of a pool or ocean to swim in was also a big plus. The best part I think though is you are situated right between the 2 resort areas so you get the feel of being with the locals but are within walking distance of all the amenities and shopping. The beach is very quiet and there's no peddlers trying to sell you stuff. Just sun, sand and relaxation. Another thing to note not mentioned is the triple water filtration system set up so you don't need to spend tons of money on bottled water. But if you prefer, there's a couple stores just across the street where you can get water, alcohol, smokes, snacks, etc. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Not much to add in the "don't like" section. There was some renovations going on in the surrounding condos but they waited till late morning/early afternoon to start work so there's no interruption to sleep. Could have used more toilet paper and garbage bags but very minor stuff. We did lose the pilot light on the hot water tank so had one cold shower but within 2 minutes of a text to the host maintenance was there and hot water was back.

• Shehzad (5/5): Good location right on the beach near La Isla shopping area but building is old and not well kept. We were booked for 3 - The location was great and the host was responsive The building was really run down and it was quite scary when we reached late at night. Didn’t see any security at night. Also the cooling in bedrooms was not enough for us and we were feeling hot in Cancun summers
