• Marek (8/5): Great host in quiet area - The host was very friendly and helpful. The whole apartment was cleaned, spacious and well equiped. Quiet at the night. The location is but further away from the main centre.

• Carmen (8/5): - La dueña Julieta fue muy amable y nos informó de todo. La casa estaba muy limpia y cuidada. Tiene buena wifi y hasta Netflix. Lo único es que está en una zona con mucha vegetación y es una zona muy húmeda fuera del piso. Tienes que tener encendido el aire acondicionado todo el rato por la humedad.

• Marianna (7/5): Price is too high for the quality - Spacious. Easy to get around when using Uber. Drinking water in the apartment was a big plus, thank you! Some things missing which you usually expect when booking the apartment. Take earplugs with you if you prefer to sleep with the air conditioning on!
• Chen (5/5): Passable - Landlord was very friendly. First two days were horrible, no water in the midle of shower, neighbor party in the midnight near the window. The following fours days are OK.

• Fatina (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, super clean, and well-equipped apartment with very kind, helpful, and flexible hosts. Although we only spent 1-1 night here before our flights, we were very satisfied with everything at the accommodation.

• Snaremat (10/5): Exceptional - Julieta and her husband are really sweet, they helped us a lot, both giving information about Cancun, as well as with pick-up shuttles from/to the local bus station. When we experienced problem with the apartment (there was a construction site at the apartment right above) they solved it straightaway. Otherwise the apartment is well-kept, clean, spacious, loved, and in a very SAFE area of downtown Cancun: I'd definetely consider this place, if you wanna stay out of the Hotels area. Good solution for families, because there's a lot of beds, although all queen-sized (me and my wife - both 6 feet tall - we slept in different rooms). Julieta and her husband are really sweet, they helped us a lot, both giving information about Cancun, as well as with pick-up shuttles from/to the local bus station.
