Guest Reviews
- Arreaga (7/5): -
- Natalia (3/5): - El anfitrión nunca contesto, no anda el agua caliente, no había productos de higiene. Lo único que había era papel higiénico y jabón para manos, Pero tenía un papel adentro
- Leleith (5/5): ok - location water pressure was very low
- Richard (3/5): Noisy water pump in hallway 24/7 - Good location . plenty of plug points. Seemed fairly secure. Great air conditioning Very noisy, downstairs apartments suffer from the noise of a water pump running in the hallway, booming down the hallway, comes on and off every few minutes 24/7. Seems to be a continuous filling water tank , then water pumped maybe to storage on the roof. Sounds like an electric drill /cement mixer. Could only sleep using earplugs and sleeping tablets
Water went off for 36 hours just as our toilet was filled, couldn't flush, disgusting, nobody contacted us, not that we ever had any replies, even when we called or emailed them
Kitchen and toilet sinks both leaked as fittings were loose, had to put rubbish bins underneath to catch dripping water.
Bad sewer smell in bathroom.
Shower only warm for a few moments
Apartment had very poor curtains for sleeping, we had to tape newspaper to some windows to darken room.
Very difficult to locate the property, on arrival why doesn't the property owner put the number on the property ?? or the property name on the booking address??or a picture of the property front on booking. com ??
- Katarzyna (3/5): Not a good idea - Close to the ADO bus station Because of the noises from some mechanical system (water, electricity?) it’s really hard to sleep. Also there is no window to the street so the smell in the room is just unbearable. It simply smells of mold.
Pressure in the shower is so weak that is no way to wash your hair.
Also, the host is not responding to any message.
Wouldn’t recommend this accommodation to anyone.
- Jiménez (7/5): Good - Cleaned and confortable There is no Attention, no way to contact either
- Tew (9/5): Superb - Small studio apartment. Walking distance from bus station. The used coffee powder still left in the coffee machine. The bed is small with it’s own design.

- Kasia (4/5): Disappointing - The instructions were clear and the checkin easy. Its very close to the bus terminal, although I didnt feel super safe. It has a lot of amenities for cooking, coffee maker, fridge etc. The room doesnt have a window and when we arrived the air freshener smell was overwhelming. We had to leave the door open because it was really unbearable!
The automatic light in the hallway lightens up the room, too (despite of a curtain).
There is a weird really loud noise coming from the hallway every now and then (I guess electricity generator? not sure).
Spent there only one night, there was no warm water in the shower.
The room seemed clean and new, but when we woke up there was a HUGE cockroach on the floor! The size isnt the hotels fault, but during several months I spent in Mexico I really havent seen a bug this big. I left very early in the morning, but I felt really bad for my friend who had to stay there longer with possibly more terrible surprises.
- Karan (8/5): Very good - It's perfect for one night stay. The place looks really small at the first look but it's enough for a night stay
- Ritamiguel (6/5): Pleasant - The location was very close to the bus station! Very practical for one night! No windows to the street which made it very claustrophobic. Could hear everything from rooms around.
- Ann-katrin (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice apartment with everything you need. Just 4 minute's walking distance to the ado station and Netflix. In 2 minutes walking distance you find collectivos and busses to the beach
