• Karen (1/5): Had to call police due to noise also heard by hotel security. I was treated like a criminal, forced to leave with NO ref - Decor No privacy. Constant noise from adjacent rooms.
• Matthias (10/5): Wir waren nur kurz hier, haben unseren Aufenthalt aber sehr genossen. - Die Lage ist Top. Kleiner Pool, kleiner Strandabschnitt auf dem Verhältnismässig wenig los war. Das Apartment bot mehr an Ausstattung als wir brauchten. -

• Claudia Paulina (8/5): Great location, beautiful beach - Pool and beach were really nice, not too crowded since it is a Residencial condo. The minimarket on site was also very convenient and the staff were very attentive. Our host was very attentive and helpful too. You can move around the hotel zone woth buses coming every few minutes. The apartment is functional and ok to stay for a few days, but it doesn't feel so cozy. There's no way to let natural light into the bedroom without fully opening the curtains and since it is a ground floor, this means little privacy. The lighting is too bright for my taste, I would have preferred warm lighting for a more relaxing environment.

• Cassandra (10/5): - Super appart dans une résidence avec parking ene face de l’appart. Nikki est adorable et nous avait préparé des serviettes de bain et de plage. Il y a une piscine et un accès direct à la plage.

The apartment is located near the beach and it's is exactly one minute walk to it. Apartment has kitchen with all utensils and big fridge Квартира находится в старом комплексе.Если вы хотите жить в квартире с современной мебелью,то вам не сюда.Внимательно смотрите на фотографии перед бронироварием.Подушки были маленькие и не удобные,кондиционер в спальне дует прямо на кровати и спать с ним невозможно. А без кондиционера в июле очень жарко.Есть вентилятор,но он не помогает.Квартира на первом этаже. В квартире на кухне тараканы и периодически с улицы заползают муравьи. Вай-фай работает хорошо только в комнате с кухней.В спальне он работает плохо,а на террасе практически не работает. The apartment is located in the old complex. If you want to live in a flat with modern furniture, it's not for you. Look carefully at the photos before booking. The pillows were small and not comfortable, the air conditioning in the bedroom was blowing directly on the bed, and sleeping with it was impossible. And without air conditioning in July it is very hot. There's a fan, but it doesn't help. The apartment is on the ground floor. There are cockroaches in the kitchen and from time to time from ants crawl from the street. Wifi works well only in the kitchen. It works badly in the bedroom, and it does not work on the terrace.
• Rika (9/5): Really really nice host！ - The host was very kind! She even prepared a beddings for the extra bed. She personally accompanies me to pick up the key at the time of arrival and departure. And it's really good value for money. Security is also good and I feel safe. The air conditioner smelled a bit moldy and I couldn't stop sneezing for a while. It would have been nice if there was a hair dryer provided.

• Md (7/5): Good - Location and security are good also quote environment. Need Pest Control service, & More neat and clean. Improves the utility service like electricity, hot, and cold water. l was stay four night, but two days was no hot water and one hour no electricity.

• Valentina (10/5): Exceptional - The owner of the apartment is really nice and help is out during our stay. When we left we had issues with our flight and Nicky was really patient and let us stay longer to let us solve the problem. Also during the stay she recommended where to dine or go for shopping. Everything was great at the place. Although the sea wasn't great when we went, there is a swimming pool in the complex.
• Jacqueline (10/5): Exceptional - great comunication before our arrival about the accommodation, possible transit from airport and other important things to make our arrival as smooth as possible. The apartment was spacious, fully equipped, comfortable, everything as presented. It took us few steps to reach the swimming pool with amazing view of the beach, so the sea was just few steps more. Location is on quiet and relaxing end of zona Hotelera, which was perfect for us, but maybe can be "boring" for party people. However the bus station is directly in front of the appartment complex with 10 minutes ride to the center for just 1$. Fully recommend!

The AC was a blessing after being battered by the heat. All amenities were great. It’s definitely a beach home away from home. Wish we could have stayed longer. Nothing negative to say at all. It was what we wanted and needed in a short stay

The condo owner checked in with us a couple of times to make sure everything was going okay. No complaints what so ever and would definitely come again. Shower could have hotter water, it was more on the lukewarm end.

The owner - The pool is absolutely one of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen or used. Whatever they use to keep it clean it does NOT smell of chemicals at all! It’s the perfect temperature and sooo clear.

Spacious and great aircon. Slept beautifully with comfy bed and pillows. Outdated apartment could use a revamp but typical for Mexico and local kiosk very overpriced. Not close to many affordable food options so had to either catch bus or overspend at kiosk or one nearby restaurant.

• Colleen (10/5): It was relaxing and quiet. We would definitely consider visiting this location on another trip. - Everybody at the complex were so great and friendly. I was sick the majority of the time I was there and everybody was so concerned and always asked my friend how I was doing. If all you wanted was a quiet, relaxing, uneventful and not on the go vacation, this is the place. It would have been nice if the pool water temperture had been warmer. It was colder than the ocean water. A larger variety of restaurants closer would have been nice but isn't a deal breaker.

Very close to the beach, a few steps away. 3 min walk to bus access R1 and R2 to get around the hotel zone and to explore downtown. The area is quiet, feels safe and secured. Airconditioned. Complete kitchen supplies if interested in cooking. The host was very professional, communicates well and always available to assist and answer questions. We will definitely come back. None.
• Stephanie (10/5): Perfect Family Beach Stay - It was located close to the pool and ocean. it had a small store on the property that sold pizza and other snacks. Very convenient. For 12 pesos or 1 usd dollar you can ride the bus to the shopping areas. I have no complaints.

The host (Nelly) is extremely helpful and anticipated what we travelers would need. The condo itself is lovely with a comfortable bed and ease of use. And if you need a driver, do ask for Eli. I would definitely come here again!

• Nina (10/5): was fun comfortable exciting peaceful and relaxing time! - near the beach with a gorgeous view of the ocean and sky from our beds and a precious family of doves who came each morning to nibble away in the pretty thick green lawn, also is spacious in every way with a large kitchen and eating area separate from the bedroom and sitting area, Wi-Fi and tv worked well, and the owner and apt manager were so warm and gracious!!!! really didn’t have any negative feelings
