• Koopuu (8/5): - Was quite quiet. Used the gym and pool once . Good place when you want to drive around. Enough parking space. Rain water got in and in the morning I found 1/4 of the floor wet, including my bag close to the window.

Es importante tener un vehículo para moverse ya que el departamento está lejos de la zona donde hay más movimiento para salir de noche o para ir a las playas. No había repasador (kitchen towel). No había pava eléctrica para calentar agua.

• Daniël (6/5): Eenmaal in appartement was alles prima, maar om binnen te komen moest je (te) veel actie ondernemen - Mooi appartement met prima voorzieningen. Keuken goed uitgerust en erg ruim. Ook het zwembad en de fitnessruimte waren prima Om toegang tot het appartement te krijgen kostte erg veel moeite. Ze vroegen heel veel info op (zelfs paspoorten moest je vooraf scannen en opsturen). Verder kon je pas inchecken vanaf 16 uur en kon je nergens je koffers eerder achterlaten.

• Igor (7/5): - The apartment was excellent. It’s conveniently located close to a huge supermarket, which made everything very easy. The apartment had everything you could possibly need, making the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The refrigerator was not working from day one. The freezer was somehow functioning, but the refrigerator itself did not work at all, which was very inconvenient. The apartment is also very far from the beach, and you need to use public transportation to reach the public beach. Overall, this made the stay less comfortable than expected.
• Summer (1/5): Disaster- can't get check-in information, broken elevators, horrible communication during visit - The place has space and decent beds. If there was communication and better management, it could be lovely. We spent two hours sitting outside waiting on check in instructions. When the host knew we were stranded without the abilityto check in, they didn't call. They responded every thirty minutes or so, ignoring us. They requested a form the night before that wouldn't load from an airport in Cancun. Instead of providing an WhatsApp link to upload passports, they just ignored us. As a. host myself, I will say, this is the worst communication I have seen. They should be removed from the site; it does not meet the guidelines. If a form is required, it should be requested the day the room is booked, NOT when people are in international airports on early flights. Or when they arrive and don't have data This was a complete disaster. Then, when we went to leave, both building elevators were down. My mom and I are both disabled, and they did not offer to send someone to help with bags down five flights of stairs. Instead, they messaged "yeah, we know about the elevators". We were there for dental surgeries so not exactly in great condition to be carrying bags down five flights of stairs.

• YoMatz (10/5): San Francisco by Andiani Ok - El departamento está muy bien equipado para una estancia cómoda para 3 o también 4 personas,pero sólo hay una habitación y el sofá cama del salón para 2 y el baño común con ducha.. completo, cocina con todo lo necesario. Es tal como en las fotos. Está un poco lejos de la zona de playa pero cerca del aeropuerto y el Tren Maya en la misma zona. En la primera planta hay donde comer, y comprar comida,un bar y también un Oxxo 👍 Del apartamento no tengo queja, salvo porque había bastante polvo y cabello en el piso y los lavamanos con pelo en el desagüe,como si el aseo lo hubieran hecho muy rápido sin ver que estuviera perfecto. • Edwin (10/5): Cómodo, linda vista y excelente ubicación. - El apartamento espacioso, muy cómodo y en una excelente ubicación. Nos hospedamos 6 personas con un bebé y el espacio fue suficiente para todos. El edificio es limpio y la vista es espectacular. Se pueden hacer unas mejoras en cuanto a pintura en algunos espacios y mantenimiento en la puerta principal. Por lo demás 10/10.

Viel Platz in der Parkgarage. Der Fitnessraum ist mit funktionellen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt an einer Hauptstraße und es ist sehr sehr laut. Der Check-In hat nur mit Hilfe eines Hausmeisters funktioniert. Erst ein Tag später haben wir die Zugangsdaten für unser Appartement erhalten (Nr. 402), dass bereit von anderen Urlaubern bewohnt war. Falsche Kontaktdaten (Telefonisch nicht erreichbar).
• Sohee (9/5): - 화장실이 두개라서 너무 좋았습니다. 설명에 세탁기 부분이 없어서 고민했는데 세탁기 건조기가 구비되어 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 편의점도 늦게까지해서 편리했습니다. 에어콘도 작동이 잘 되구요. 일출도 너무 이쁘고 수영장도 피트니스도 좋아요. 냄비가 스크레치가 있어서 좀....그냥 코팅안된 냄비가 나을거 같아요.

• Jimenez (9/5): Seguramente vuelva la próxima vez - El lugar es súper completo, tienes cocina eléctrica, microondas, licuadora, lavarropas, secadora de ropa, tv, wifi, heladera, plancha, caja de seguridad y más. La ubicación es muy buena, tenés muchos negocios y shopping/plazas cerca, la vista es hermosa, la pileta y el gimnasio son muy buenos. Lastimosamente el lavamanos de uno de los baños perdía agua, sin embargo, no fue un problema no usarlo ya que contábamos con otro baño y el lavamanos de la cocina. Todo muy completo.

Mandatory time to come in but it could be advertised as flexible but it does not affect if you have a long stay a came for a couple of days

• Chidimma (10/5): Awesome time we spent at San Francisco plaza and Condos. - Getting to the location of the apartment was very easy, and the location sits centrally to most amazing places around Cancun near Plaza las America, Walmart Express, and supermarkets etc, which are all within a few minutes walk. The best is the view of the still lake that empties into the ocean, plus the green natural view from my apartment on the 7th floor. The concierge called to check on us after we could reach her especially Jessica. We are a couple, stayed 6 nights from 16th to 22nd October 2025, and could have extended our stay, but the apartment was already taken. I will recommend 100% for an enjoyable stay in Cancun. An initial language barrier was witnessed as most of the staff contacted could not understand English, except one, Jessica whom we got linked to after several failed attempts. Access to my room was difficult and delayed because I did not receive the access instruction email on time, and it was not until I was at the facility. Hence, the owner or concierge should try to release this instruction as soon as the booking is reserved and confirmed online. I paid for room cleaning, but got none in 6 days even after requesting it. There should be a standard contact phone number to reach the owners in case of need. Reaching the property owners was very difficult at first, which really stressed me out. Also, some cabinets and drawers in the apartment were locked, including the main wardrobe and cupboards. The table spoons should be replaced.

Also were given incorrect code for lockbox. Location not great either.
• Marcel (1/5): Worst experience - We booked this apartment during hurricane beryl. There was no big hurricane in Cancun, however we had strong winds and rain. We woke up to the apartment flooded, because the windows weren’t rain proof. The TVs were covered in plastic, seems like they were expecting water in the apartment. The walls were wet and water was dripping from the ceiling. At first they told us, someone would come the next day. When they saw the room, they offered us a different room in the same building. The whole building seemed empty due to the storm. We said we wouldn’t want to stay in the building since we didn’t feel safe and we would like to have a refund. They rejected the refund and we left the apartment early. Worst experience ever. Wouldn’t recommend. All the furniture was really used and worn down, the fridge had a bad smell to it. Never again.
• Guzman (2/5): Disappointing Stay - This condo is in a central, downtown Cancun location. The building that houses the condo appears to be not as well kept in the common areas, and there’s new construction all around. Our condo did not have a working A/C in the master bedroom, but we did not demand to relocate because we arrived late on the day that Hurricane Beryl hit Cancun. The master bedroom’s windows leaked water as soon as the hurricane hit. We had to constantly clean the water from the area near the windows , so that the bedroom would not flood. All other rooms had working air conditioning units, and everything else was in fair condition. The size of the unit accommodated our family of 4 just fine. The workout facility and pool were closed during our three day stay. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of communication from the host/management company. We asked for a late (12:30) on the day we were scheduled to check out. We waited and waited and at 10:50 am, a nice lady showed up telling us that we had to go. We were disappointed and surprised that the host/management company did not have the courtesy to respond to our request, even with a denial. The lack of courtesy from the host. We had been in communication with them up until the early morning of our check out day. When we asked for a late check out they never responded to inform us that our request was denied. Instead, they sent the cleaners at 10:50 am to ask us to vacate.

• Konstantin (7/5): Good - Very nice apartment and with a couple of touches it could be made great! Few things: - the check-in was 2 hours late - the weather stripping in the balcony windows is old and the wind whistles through the craps all the time - the cocking stove doesn't work - the safe lockbox is locked. Permanently - the showerhead are so old and bad it is hard to take a good shower - bedroom AC is leaking (hasn't been cleaned for a long time, apparently) leaving puddles of water on the floor - electric wall outlets weren't working until I found the breaker panel and flipper the right switch. Even after that a few of them didn't come to life - the opening to the shower cabin are slightly over foot wide, so if you happen to carry a couple of dozens of extra pounds since Christmas you' might have to squeeze in 😂 - pillows are very mushy and soft beyond shape

• Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - Great spacious apartment for 3 people, three bathrooms which was a bonus. Nice pool. Big shopping mall down the road. Clean and host was great at letting us know when we could check in, simple process. The door lock was a little difficult - could need replacing. Some of the cupboards didn't sit flush but no major drama.
• Spandana (7/5): Good - Clean, comfortable and spacious Toilet pot was stuck with waste, bad waste disposal system. They fixed it after one day but was terrible for the day. Also no hot water for 2 days. Issue was not fixed before my checkout.
• Clarenicole (9/5): Excellent accomodation in Cancun - Excellent accommodation. Great facilities perfect for our family. Easy parking. Super comfortable beds.
• Sabrina (7/5): Good. Place has more pros than cons, for sure. - Location. Amenities. View. Wifi (2nd option, not the 1st). Security. Conveniences. Gym. Pool. Speediness of response from owner. Hot water was an issue throughout the stay in room 602. Had 2 people who came to address the hot water and it was still very spotty despite following instructions from day 1. Healthy population of garbage flies. Booked 2 rooms and somehow ended up with 1, after some issues with my booking on the website. No bedding for the couch futon.
• Renate (8/5): It was a good stay, enjoyed watching sunrise - It was clean, fully furnished, everything worked well No one came to clean during out 7 night stay, the dustbin was full & beginning to smell
• Dmitry (10/5): Exceptional - Location - 5 min by walk to a large commercial center. Great view from the balcony and the pool on hotel zone, the flat itself is very cosy with all necessities for DYI living and cooking. Nothing.
• Jasana (1/5): Appalling. - Nothing There was no electricity on the last night and nothing was done to resolve the issue. They offered another apartment somewhere else which would of been extra cost for us due to transportation of our group.

• Robyn (8/5): Our first days in Mexico - This is a modern apartment with excellent facilities. It's on a main street but is safe and secure with easy access to shops. The pool and surrounding area are fantastic. It has easy parking as well. The host communicates well. When we arrived late at night the water main had not been switched on and it took until later the next day to get water. It would be useful to have information on how this works as it was an easy fix. This was our only concern. Also it's not well known by transfer and ubers so would be good to include instructions for them.
• Rhiannon (10/5): A great apartment for family. The pool was great and there was a wall mart conveniently 5 minutes up the road. Easy to c - Excellent facilities, spacious apartment and everything we needed for our stay.

• Karl (7/5): Good for the price. - I liked the fact that it is an apartment with kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room(washer and dryer). The air conditioning was excellent. The place was very clean and tidy. Right across the street is a bank where you can exchange money to the local currency at a good rate. And two blocks down ... two lonnnggg blocks down .... there's a small Walmart and cafeteria., and a huge mall. No tub in the bathrooms. Concierge not on the premises, so if you're like me and don't own a cell phone ... you're going to have a difficult time getting in the room. Luckily there is a security person there and they can get in touch with the concierge. LUCKILY. The apartments are obviously airB&B-type and the closets were full of clothes. When I got in touch with the concierge, he said that the clothes are the property owner's and that the closets are off limits. WHAT?

• Charlotte (8/5): Excellent apartment giving you the freedom to self cater and save money. - Excellent air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area (in the one bedroom unit, so beware when you book as the cheaper units do not have air conditioning) for a comfortable stay. Despite a lot of construction around the area the noise was not troublesome. The location worked well for our needs being close to a supermarket and shopping mall. The tours didn’t recognize the property as a pick up location so a short walk to a nearby hotel was required.
• Melanie (10/5): 10/10 stay at this luxury apartment! - I love how clean the apartment was and how spacious it is. It was perfect for me and my husband and was in a very safe area. This was our second time staying at this building and we will continue to stay here in the future.
• Jiranys (8/5): Nice - The apartment was very clean and it looked exactly like the pictures. There was enough kitchen utensils to cook. Shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash were also provided. You can reach the downtown by walking around 25 minutes or by taking one of the buses at the mall. The internet was very slow and it could be good to have had something to put wet clothes.
• Gabriela (10/5): San Francisco by Andiani Travel - Well located, Lovely & friendly staff especially Sandra. The apartment was spotless. Excellent accommodation, very well finished throughout. Loved the finishing touches provided like Safety box, shampoo, conditioner, body cream, hairdryer and in the beautiful kitchen they even had basic stock to start with like oil, vinegar, salt, coffee, tea and 10L Water canister. We expecially loved the rooftop with infinity pool and sundeck. Lovely balcony to enjoy our coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Large TV in the living room & in the bedroom. Two bathrooms and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Is in a safe and guarded location with under parking spaces. Walmart is located within 5 minutes walking distance. Great and fast response from the host through WhatsApp This place had everything and more that we were expecting. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can't think of anything we didn't like as everything was just perfect 👌
• Heekyung (8/5): Very good - Quiet,good swimming pool and gym. Good size of bedroom. Somewhat long distance of downtown and beach zone. Owner of unit, didn't gave us information of door code and entrance code. Poor communication. Took a long time to get in unit.

(5/5): Not so happy - The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable The location was bad, very far from pretty much everything. without a car it's a terrible location to stay, the city center is at least 30-50 minutes on foot so you have to get a taxi. If you don't want to call a taxi you have to walk for about 15 minutes at least
• Alan (9/5): Modern, clean and comfortable apartment but probably best to stay there if you have a car. - Nice long distance view across the lagoon to the hotel zone. Walmart Express and large shopping centre just a short walk away is really useful. Nice pool and terrace. Great parking. Really pleased that we stayed in town rather than in Cancun Hotel zone, but it is a 30 minute drive to get to the beaches there. The main road outside the bedroom window is rather noisy at night. Some more instructions for finding the apartment building would be helpful especially when arriving at night.
