• zdenek (9/5): superb place,im glad it was available for my stay - nice,simple and clean place,very good location,everything walk-able as im very light sleeper there were no blinds or curtains and if someone came late ,the light in hallway went automatically on also morning daylight was getting in the room.Could be there a bit more kitchen gear if you want to cook for yourself Chopping board,etc.Other than that super place,would highly recommend it and if available next year definitely coming back to this place.Many thanks
• Thomas (10/5): Roligt sted med store værelser. - Beliggenheden er lidt udenfor centrum, hvilket vi foretrækker, så er der lidt mere roligt. Det er stadig muligt at gå til indkøb og busforbindelser. Stolene ved bordet er meget hårde at sidde på, måske kunne det hjælpe med en tynd pude. Vi benyttede vores håndklæder til at sidde på, så blev det behageligt.

• DaniloSybrun (9/5): Bueno, bonito y accesible - - Buena ubicación - Lugar silencioso - Lugar limpio - La atención al cliente por si presentas algún problema no es tan eficiente - El interruptor para ingresar al domicilio es automático, no dejan muy claras las instrucciones de cómo ocuparlo, en una de las ocasiones que intenté ingresar en medio de la lluvia se me bloqueó el interruptor y tuve que esperar un rato a qué se desbloqueara. - Disponen unas mesitas de madera cercanas a la ventana, la misma estaban muy muy frágiles, es más conveniente retirar los artículos defectuosos de una habitación que albergue huéspedes, así se evitan inconvenientes o en el peor de los casos alguna discusión por cargos extras por algo ya defectuoso antes de tu llegada.
• Agnieszka (9/5): Super - Pokój kupiliśmy że względu na dobrą cenę oraz bliskość pick up point na wszystkie wycieczki organizowane, które odbierane są z hotelu po drugiej stronie ulicy. Bardzo fajna okolica, obiekt schowany od glownej ulicy więc jest cicho i spokojnie, ale obok jest bardzo dużo kafejek, sklepów i restauracji w dobrych cenach. Dobra opcja aby dojechac także na plażę, gdzie taksówka kosztuje ok 3-4 USD. Łóżko bardzo duże i wygodne. Kuchnia jest dość prymitywna, ciężko jest coś konkretnego ugotować, zabrakło nam możliwości użycia pralki w obiekcie. Dodatkowo, było dużo pajeczyn przy sufitach oraz kurz w miejscach teoretycznie niewidocznych. Czystość zdecydowanie można poprawić. Dodatkowo, pomimo moskitier i zawsze zamkniętych okien, w pokoju znikąd pojawią się dużo komarów, jakby przez brak dokładnej czystości rozmnażały się już w pokoju. Brakuje także mniej bezpośredniego światła, bo żarówki które są, są bardzo jasne
• Laura (9/5): Even paying for Ubers SO much better value than staying in the hotel zone, plus you can have guests - Now that Uber works in Cancun, even though I spent all my time in the hotel zone (except when I ate at a couple of restaurants very nearby to this apartment) I ended up just Ubering everywhere and because this huge, well-equipped studio was so cheap compared to smaller and less equipped rooms in the hotel zone you end up saving so much money even if you don't want to walk to the bus. But both times when I was going to the pier to take day boat trips I did actually take the bus because it was pretty quick and I got a small breakfast at a cafe on the way. With Uber though I didn't have to worry about walking around late at night to get home or go out in the dark because the Ubers come instantly outside the gate. It was easy to come in and out of the apartment and when I couldn't lock the window to the corridor the host responded immediately and I was able to do it, removing any safety concerns as you needed a key to get in to the outside gate and your room. Also, as I learnt from painful experience, if you stay ANYWHERE in the hotel zone you must wear a wristband and will NOT be allowed a single guest. Here, I could bring a friend in to have tequila pre drinks or whatever no problem, So if you think there is any chance you might want to have a guest over you cannot stay in the hotel zone, regardless of if the hotel is all inclusive or not. I can't think of anything, it was honestly great and if I'm ever back in Cancun I will definitely be staying in a place like this downtown and just Ubering or taking a bus to the hotel zone because it's now not remotely economically logical to pay for an expensive hotel in the zone with Uber running cheaply.

• Raymond (9/5): Very good for the price in Cancún. I prefer this area to hotel zone. - Good size, good location, easy self check-in. Great property manager/owner. Let us check out later than advertised. Only one electric stove to cook. Not a big problem though.

• Valerie (8/5): Central safe & clean Studio Apt - Location, very clean and safe neighborhood The noisy neighborhood dogs! From very early in the morning (3:30am) to late at night. They seem to bark at anything and everything! and when one starts, they all begin barking. It was most annoying and despite complaining to the Host, it seems beyond their control as it is not their dogs.
• Daisy (8/5): Good - good price and close to the bustop to go into the main area of cancun. Also close to the ADO bus that you can take to the airport and other areas. Apartment was clean and perfect for our stay. It is hard to sleep as there are no curtains or anything to keep the light out in the morning and also a dog that barks a lot very close to the property, sometimes he would bark all through the night.

• Saulo (8/5): Good value for location - Location was very nice! There was some restaurants, convenience stores and supermarket nearby. The studio had everything we needed for a 4 days stay, with a functional kitchen. TV has access to Netflix and YouTube, it's cool to watch a little bit before sleep. There was no bedsheet, we had to cover ourselves with something else we had. There are only 2 pillows, so if some of you need more to sleep well, mind to bring your own extra pillow. At night sometimes there is a loud noise from the news agency nearby and a dog barking non stop. The sink from bathroom releases just a bit of water and most of time I had to go to kitchen to wash hands.
• Wayne (9/5): Solo first time Cancun traveller - Simply furnished but much more space and accessories than I expected. Easy access and egress, the WiFi was the best by far during the the stay in Mexico. I did not realize how close it was to shops and restaurants and the nearest supermarket was a comfortable stroll up the road. Neighbours dogs barkig at Sunrise, more towels would have been good but I must admit I did not ask.
