Es un apartamento que ya tiene unos cuantos años, le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento para estar en optimas condiciones como por ejemplo arreglar las persianas y las canillas del baño etc, pero en relación con el precio del alquiler está aceptable.

Luke (10/5): Fantastic value for money, - great location and like the name says,fantastic views of Formosa. Well equipped kitchen, great WiFi. There’s even an Argentine law library available for your convenience! Little bit of noise from the adjacent lift shaft.
