• Etel (10/5): - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, a város szívébe. Egy hét alatt ágyneműt cseréltek, nagyon jó volt a kommunikáció. A felszereltség is jó . Négyen voltunk, teljesen kényelmesen. A lakás az első emeleten van, szűk a lépcső fel, nehéz a bőröndel közlekedni.

• Tatiana (7/5): Ok but be ready for the noise - If you love the very noisy center of Malaga and want to be out in a second - that would be the place to be for party goers. Apartment has nice facilities overall, the staff was very responsive and windows are nicely isolated but it IS noisy at night. All the main shops and sightseeing spots are within walking distance, kitchen is well equipped. Although the property has invested in isolation: in the second bedroom you can hear the neighbors tv, and the area outside is bustling till 5 am 5-6 days a week, so you have to be ready for that. I had an insect issue that was reported to the cleaning, so assume it was addressed. Pay attention: No dishwasher.

Centralissima ma ben insonorizzata I tre piani hanno scale molto ripide e a tratti senza corrimano. Le finestre dovevano restare chiuse per non aver gli odori delle cucine dei ristoranti anche al mattino

I really liked the location, as it is essentially right on a square, with everything lively and fun just a short walking distance away. Despite being in a busy area, it was very quiet thanks to the good sound insulation when all the windows are closed. The instructions provided were clear, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Highly recommended! For easier vacation planning, I would recommend introducing a self check-in option instead of having the host personally meet guests with the keys.

Staff made sure we were comfortable. Great location, walking distance to most everything to see in malaga Can be a bit noisy but the windows are double painted and really insulate from the street sound

• Julia (10/5): - Die Raumaufteilung ist für eine größere Gruppe top, drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, und obwohl sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen hört man nachts keinen Straßenlärm (doppelte Fenster). Hab geschlafen wie ein Baby :) Kein Lift und eine sehr schmale Treppe - mit Koffern etwas mühsam

Odpowiedzi przychodziły niemal natychmiast. Gdybym jeszcze raz przyjeżdżała do Malagi, ponownie zdecydowałabym się na rezerwację noclegu w tym apartamencie 😉 Przydałaby się zmywarka, zwłaszcza przy większej grupie gości z którą byłam.

• karina (10/5): - The location is superb so central. It is a little noisy at night as its very busy. It didn't bother us but if you were a light sleeper just bring ear plugs. Loved the little coffee shop downstairs and the coffee was great there. Nothing really. We did have an issue with the toilet unfortunately and someone had to come twice to fix it. They were on it straight away but we did have to use the toilet in the coffee shop so it was a little awkward.

• Joslyn (10/5): Excellent location in the heart of Malaga - Location was amazing, right in the heart of all the restaurants and shops, but with excellent sound proofing so we weren’t disturbed by noise. Apartment is big, comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommend. We had a leak problem in one of the bathrooms and the upstairs bathroom had a bit of a drain smell. Cured by opening a window!

Would be good to have more than 1 bed pillow per person. Also, the description said toiletries provided. There were just 2 miniatures of shampoo & a hand soap. Would be good to supply more than 1 small shower towel and a hand towel each for stays more than 2 nights.

We waren hier 2 jaar geleden ook en nu weer een week. Het is buiten ontzettend veel geluid maar door de dubbele beglazing hoor je echt helemaal niks ‘‘s nachts. Echt top. Misschien is het matras van het tweepersoons bed aan vervanging toe ivm de vering. Maar ondanks dit blijft het onze favo plek in Malaga centrum

• Lufuno (6/5): Mixed stay. - The apartment itself is perfectly located and beautifully furnished and comfortable inside. Meeting up with the host was seamless. The communication is truly disappointing. There was an unbearable knocking sound that started at 5pm the day we checked in, in the top floor bedroom - it rendered the top bedroom unusable so we slept downstairs. We texted immediately to ask if someone can come and look, and the answer we got was not one from a caring host. The host only then came the next day at almost noon, we felt our issue was not taken as seriously. If their guest relations can be improved then they could potentially be great. We did not mind the stairs and note that parking is about 26euros per day, so better for someone without a car.

• Malin (9/5): Härlig weekend med familjen - Fanns allt man behövde. Fantastiskt läge. Trevligt bemötande av värden när man kom dit. Det är inte optimalt att vara 5 personer med en toalett. Men det är vårt eget fel. Är man känslig för oväsen mitt i natten ska man inte bo mitt i centrum.

• Aron (9/5): Geweldig verblijf midden in het centrum! - De locatie is geweldig! Midden in het bruisende centrum. In het appartement geen geluid van buiten, ongelooflijk goed gedaan! Het appartement is keurig en mooi aangekleed. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij zouden dit zeker weer boeken. Airco in 1 kamer werkte niet super.

• Richel (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. We arrived on a late flight and the attendant waited for us and was very helpful throughout the stay. The location is simply perfect, in the heart of old town and close to every restaurant, shop and the cathedral.

• Christophe (9/5): Lovely, we enjoyed it all. - The apartment is exactly as it is portrayed on Booking.com. It is really very clean, modern, comfy and bright - good A/C too. We knew it was central, but didn't realise how central. It's actually right in the hub of the Historic Centre, so there are lots of people outside on the streets, all night until about 6am. The soundproofing is actually very good in the flat, but the main double bedroom is up against an apartment next door so you will hear some music and/or TV at times. You'll hear nothing at all in the other rooms when the windows are shut - amazing soundproofing. Overall, location being so central makes up for any noise, & if you like late nights out, this is perfect place. Really an excellent location for getting to everything within minutes, in a beautiful part of the city - museums, shopping, bars, cafes, cathedral - everything is close by. It is a pedestrian area though, so you will be dropped off near the apartment and then have to walk the rest of the way - not a problem for us. Also, the booking staff were very helpful at all times, lovely young man met us to get us checked in just before midnight. Thanks There is a bit of a creepy crawly problem in Malaga and all of Southern Spain and we saw this in our apartment at times! This isn't a problem of this flat only; we asked around at other hotels and hostels and they all spoke of the same problem. We just kept ALL of our food in the fridge and cleaned all dishes and surfaces each time before cooking/eating so dealt with it fine. Again, the booking staff were very helpful. Thanks

The host were very helpful in providing us with a crib and highchair for our baby which helped a lot. The beds were not very comfortable and the place does not look as nice as it did in the pictures. A little too pricey for what we actually got from the property.
• Jelena (9/5): excellent apartment in the center of the city - The apartment is in an excellent location, everything is within walking distance, excellently equipped, comfortable and clean. Bugs have appeared, the windows have to be closed because of the noise, so it's stuffy.

The location is in the heart of Malaga Centro. It is a busy place and can get be very noisy with lots of crowds. There is no elevator in the building.
