• stefania (10/5): Soggiorno piacevole e ottima posizione - Posizione strategica. Condominio silenzioso e pulito. Appartamento pulito e spazioso, con tutti i confort. Quartiere tranquillo. Supermercato nelle vicinanze. Comodo per il centro e stazione treni/bus.

• Anna (9/5): Wygodne mieszkanie dla pary w doskonałej lokalizacji. - Znakomite położenie. Mimo lokalizacji w centrum w pobliżu lokali i przy windzie, bardzo cicho. Dobrze wyposażony, czysty apartament, łóżko mogłoby być ciut większe, ale to kwestia przyzwyczajenia bo w domu mamy większe. Świetny kontakt i instrukcje zakwaterowania od właściciela.

• Nerea (9/5): Limpio, cómodo y con anfitrión muy atento - Un apartamento limpísimo, cómodo, con ascensor, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La ubicación es ideal, con muchos sitios para salir a tomar algo y cenar. Muy cerca del transporte público. Destacar que hubo un imprevisto al llegar (una cañería se rompió y el edificio no tenía agua el día de nuestra llegada) pero el anfitrión fue súper atento, siempre ofreciendo alternativas (pudimos dormir esa noche en otro apartamento cerca, en condiciones similares) y siempre disponible para hacerle consultas y solucionar problemas llamando o por whatsapp. ¡Repetiríamos sin dudar! Tiene poca luz porque las ventanas dan a un tragaluz, pero no nos molestó mucho.
• Steffen (3/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Die Lage war okay. Innenstadt gut erreichbar zu Fuß. Freie Parkplätze jedoch 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Küche hatte eine schlechte Ausstattung. Das ganze Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe usw. war stark verdreckt teilweise unbenutzbar. In dem ganzen Gebäude hat es nach Abfluss gestunken. Jedes mal wenn wir in die Wohnung zurück kamen, war der Gestank so extrem, dass es nicht auszuhalten war. Nicht empfehlenswert. Als Lösung wurde uns ein Lufterfrischer gebracht, welcher nichts gebracht hat. Gelüftet werden konnte nicht, da die Fenster nur zum Innenhof gingen, wo sich die ganzen Abgase gesammelt haben. Zudem kam noch Baulärm durch Renovierungsarbeiten.
• Sybil (10/5): - L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche des Halles, du centre historique et du port. Le logement tout comme la résidence sont propres. L'air conditionné est un plus dans cette région particulièrement chaude. Je le recommande vivement.
• Simona (2/5): - ⸻ “An unbearable smell from the drains, no possibility to ventilate, both windows facing an inner courtyard where air conditioning units from all other rooms were installed — all the exhaust from the units entered the room through the windows. We didn’t stay even one night, we started feeling unwell, had to leave the room, and found alternative accommodation that same evening. Unfortunately, despite an urgent complaint and cancellation via Booking, we were not refunded. Otherwise, the apartment looked quite nice, but the smell from the drains and air conditioning was unbearable.
• Estera (8/5): Polecamy - Obiekt w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, wszędzie blisko, idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicy. Mieszkanie ładne, zadbane. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny 🙂

• Ana (9/5): - Ubicación inmejorable. Cerca del centro, cerca de restaurantes y bares. Nads. Lo único a destacar pero que no tiene importancia es que da a patio interior.
• Davud (8/5): Really liked the location. Easy to get to the old town, Malagueta and San Andres beach area. - Excellent location. Very well equipped flat. The bedroom is open plan to the sitting room.

• Małgorzata (8/5): Very good - The location is great, very close to the historical center and at the same time quiet area. Quite convenient. The cutlery, dishes were dirty. We had to clean all the plates, mugs from the scratch. Additionally, wardrabes were filled out with working stuff, like additinal towels, pillows, cleaning stuff. There was hardly no space to keep the clothes

• Sanda (6/5): OK if you don't spend a lot of time inside (otherwise not great) - The host was very nice and met us for an early check in. The bed was comfortable. The location is great, as Soho is lively, full of bars and restaurants, but not as crazy busy as the historic centre. Right across the street, there's a great restaurant called Meson Iberico, highly recommended. There's a supermarket nearby and the food market is only about a 5 minute walk away (as are many other great places, bakeries, bars, shops etc.). The upside of the apartment being patio-facing, it's very quiet even on the weekends. There's a closet with enough space if you want to unpack while you're there. There was a very intense smell of an artificial air fragrance which I put away the first day but couldn't completely neutralize in the 13 days we stayed there. It's a small space and the windows face a very small patio, where all the kitchen windows and vents are, so opening the windows to let the fresh air in had to be well-timed. Knowing how toxic these fragrances are and leading a healthy lifestyle at home, it drove me crazy to be "bathing" in that smell all the time. Along those lines, the pots and pans in the kitchen are also completely scratched, which made eating home-cooked food less of a joy. There is VERY little natural light as it's inward-facing. The heating was still not working (saw in a review from a month earlier that it was broken and it still hadn't been fixed when we were there), we got to use a small heater, which, on the upside, actually made drying laundry easier. The bathroom has no functioning ventilation. Maybe my least favorite part and apart from the smell the thing that made me feel least comfortable was the sofa. It's old and very very worn, the pieces of the fake leather are falling off and although there's a cover it's also worn and not doing its job well. The sofa really should be replaced. The TV we didn't really use as it's not a smart tv and only had Spanish channels. Overall, I'd say if you're not sensitive to the above complaints and if you plan to spend most of your time outside and just sleep in the apartment, it's probably a good choice. But if you're sensitive to these things and want a place to feel really at home in, I wouldn't recommend it.
