La posizione è perfetta: centralissima, con tantissimi locali, bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, ideali dalla colazione fino alla sera per tapas o un drink. Cristian è stato un host eccezionale, molto attento e sempre disponibile. Nonostante il nostro check-in fosse dopo le 2 di notte, ci ha accolti senza problemi e nei giorni successivi ci ha anche aiutato nella ricerca dei parcheggi, dimostrandosi davvero gentile e attento. L’appartamento è molto carino, curato nei dettagli e dotato di ogni comfort: asciugamani, prodotti da bagno, utensili da cucina, ombrelli e persino ciabattine. Anche se nel periodo del nostro soggiorno non era ancora possibile andare al mare, erano comunque disponibili teli da spiaggia, ombrellone e sedie. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, ci tornerei volentieri! Nulla

• Amanda (10/5): - Goodness where to start. Firstly, our host Christian was great. He let us check in early and met us straight after I texted arrival to show us around the apartment. The apartment was perfect location, the apartment itself was immaculate, all the nessisities you need provided plus more (for example, beach towels and sun beds, cool bag and ice blocks.) Bed was comfortable - slept so well. I am still in awe of the shutter blinds that shut out all the evening noise and light! Honestly , we had no faults. Nothing 😁

• Andrea (9/5): Posizione perfetta! - La posizione è perfetta per girare il centro di Malaga a piedi, appena esci di casa sei praticamente in centro storico, la casa è comunque silenziosa anche se sopra ad alcuni locali, l’host è stato gentilissimo e puntuale, in casa abbiamo trovato anche seggiolini da spiaggia e l’ombrellone, la casa è completa di tutto e molto pulita. Noi eravamo in auto e ad un centinaio di metri con un po’ di fortuna si può parcheggiare gratuitamente, in alternativa a cinque minuti a piedi c’è un parcheggio anche quello gratuito. Ci siamo trovati benissimo per tutto. Mi è piaciuto tutto

• Antoniu (10/5): - Christian responded very fast and even messaged us before our arrival. The apartment was very-well positioned and exceptionally cleaned and equipped. The kitchen had everything needed, we had plenty of towels and many toiletries in the bathroom plus beach sunbeds, towels and umbrella. The apartment was in the city center close to many restaurants, but was well positioned so you didn't hear any noise at night. everything was perfect

• Aldona (10/5): Fantastyczny pobyt :) - Podobało mi się wszystko :). Przede wszystkim lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, do wszystkich zabytków można dojść na piechotę. Duży supermarket jest blisko. Apartamenty Solera są w małej uliczce, obok dwie małe restauracje. Okna mojego apartamentu (II piętro) wychodziły na wewnętrzne "maleńkie patio"- dzięki temu w mieszkaniu było bardzo cicho. Okno jest duże, więc mieszkanie jest jasne. Oczywiście są żaluzje zewnetrzne i nawet wewnętrzne, aby oddzielić się od sąsiadów. W mieszkaniu jest mała sypialnia z szafą, ale bez okna. Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona. Wszędzie jest czysto. Właściciel jest miły i pomocny a kontakt z nim jest bardzo dobry. Wifi dobrze działa, telewizor jest Smart. Apartament wyglada jak na zdjęciach. W sypialni były małe lampki nocne, ale wg mnie one nie działały- nie znalazłam włącznika. Nie pytałam o to Właściciela, bo praktycznie ich nie potrzebowałam.

En het is na een uur of 23.00 ook echt helemaal stil. Heel wonderlijk zo midden in de stad. Zeer compleet zelfs strandlakens en stoelen. Enige wat jammer is, is dat er geen Nespresso of dolce gusto koffiezetapparaat is maar een vaag potje om koffie te maken als je tenminste snapt hoe dat werkt. Dat miste we wel.

• Miscellany (8/5): Lovely Balcony Apartment - Ours was a lovely apartment. Comfortable, clean, quiet and secure, with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Very conveniently located, just off the lovely Plaza de la Merced, which is surrounded by nice restaurants and places to sit outside. Christian, who greeted us on our arrival in the late evening, was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Special thank you to Christian who was very understanding and welcoming despite arriving well after midnight due to very delayed flights. Great communication en route. We visited on a rainy few days in February so slightly cool in the evenings in the apartment. I couldn’t get the air con to warm the place but it definitely worked, I just couldn’t understand it.

The heater didn't work very well so the apartment was quite cold (probably a common issue in the south of Spain in January :). Humidity seemed to accumulate quickly as there wasn't any fan in the bathroom. Other than that, we had a great stay.

• Pam (10/5): Excellent place to stay for a visit to Malaga. Can’t recommend it enough. - My friend and I loved everything about the apartment. Perfectly situated just off the Plaza de la Merced, but very quiet. It was spotlessly clean and really well equipped with shower gel and shampoo, umbrellas, beach towels and chairs all provided. Christian was super helpful after our flight was delayed and a mix up with our transfer meant our late check in became super late.

• Maria (7/5): - Apartamento muy bien situado. A poco más de 10 minutos andando de C/ Labios y justo al lado bares para comer algo. Con una limpieza excepcional y al entrar olía muy bien. Pequeños pero muy bien aprovechado el espacio. Begoña y Cristian muy atentos. Os aseguro que con cualquier problema que surja lo resuelven al instante y eso es de agradecer. Muy recomendable. Por un imprevisto tuvimos que cambiar de apartamento. Los dos apartamentos muy bien aunque un pequeño consejo para mejorar es que añadan otra fuente de calor. En éstas fechas se notaba fresco y solo un aire es poco para todo el apartamento aunque sean pequeños, tardan en calentarse. Asi que un radiador portátil o calefactor para el invierno ayudaría un poco.

La cama no tiene sábana encimera, solo bajera. Así que espero que laven siempre la funda. (Dudo mucho). Las toallas huelen mal. Parecía que no estaban secas del todo. No tuve la sensación de una gran limpieza. La cama es muy pequeña para dos personas.
