• Carlo (8/5): Ottima posizione - Posizione ottimale, si può girare tranquillamente a piedi. 2 minuti dal mare, 10-15 da tutti i punti salenti della città, supermercato e bar proprio sotto casa. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Nulla in particolare. Forse il bagno è un po' piccolo e chiaramente senza bidet (ma trovarlo fuori dall'Italia è molto difficile). Magari trovare una bottiglia d'acqua in camera all'arrivo sarebbe un piccolo gesto, ma apprezzabile, soprattutto se si arriva un po' tardi la sera.

• Krzyzanowski (10/5): Rewelacyjny apartament nad morzem w centrum miasta - Znakomit lokalizacja, blisko plaży i centrum miasta. Apartament bardzo czysty, wyposażony w niezbędne udogodnienia. Komunikacja z właścicielem bardzo dobra. Bardzo polecam!! Wszystko ok !

The place was clean and provided almost everything needed for a short to medium stay. The mattress could be improved or replaced to provide a more comfortable night’s sleep.

• Karen (10/5): Fabulous location in a well-outfitted apartment. Recommend to other travellers. - Fantastic location. Well outfitted for an independent stay. Exceptional directions and instructions for access (self check-in and out). Great contact and follow up from the owner through the stay with recommendations upon request. Parking was a little complicated but once we figured out the street parking payment arrangements we were fine and parked father away when necessary.

• Quentin (5/5): Incompréhensible - L emplacement, la propreté de l appartement et le calme. Ce que je n ai pas apprécié c'est que j avais envoyé un message a la propriétaire En la prévenant que nous arrivions de la nuit du 20 au 21. Notre vol arrivait à 00:30 à Málaga. Le temps d’arriver à l’appartement, nous sommes arrivés à 1h. Lorsque nous avions voulu rentrer dans celui ci, il était occupé par des locataires que la propriétaire louait. J’avais stipuler dans le message si ça ne lui dérangeait pas que l’on arrive la nuit du samedi au dimanche à 1h du matin. Celle ci m’a répondu que il n’y avait pas de soucis qu’elle restait éveillée. Forcément pas de propriétaire en vue, ni réponse, ni soutient. La locataire qui était dans l’appartement a prit peur et a appeler la police. Nous étranger, nous nous sommes retrouver face a 6 policiers. Ils nous on demande alors de partir et de trouver un hôtel. Nous avons chercher auprès de 15 hôtels à pied mais en vain. Nous avons fini par trouver un B&B à 3h30 du matin avec une somme de 200€ que la propriétaire ne nous a jamais rembourser. J’espère avoir un geste de votre part. Je vous envoie les preuves
• JaneyJ20 (10/5): Cute little beach pad in perfect position. - The location was perfect for us as it was near to the beach, two supermarkets, round the corner from the marina and a short walk to the old town. Even a locker place next door where we stored our cases after checking out until we flew to our next destination. The apartment building was lovely. We loved the beach vibe of the room. The bed was comfy, good air conditioning and the facilities for cooking were good as well as the small things like being able to borrow an umbrella for the beach. Nothing the owner could help just we missed a little balcony. It would not stop us from returning though.
• Beth McKendrick (8/5): Fantastic location, relaxed stay - Good sized self catering studio for a couple, well equipped with everything you need for a few days to explore the city and chill on the beach. Isabel was a very helpful and friendly host, easily contactable by WhatsApp. The inclusion of a beach kit (with umbrella!) is a good bonus. Only a stones' throw from the beach, great cafes/bars and the vibrant Málaga port area, but is located in a residential block on a quiet street so perfect for a more relaxed stay Everything was good for us. A washing machine would level it up, as we visited at the end of our trip, but not essential!

• Małgorzata (8/5): Malaga para 4 noce - Znakomita lokalizacja to największy plus tego apartamentu. Kilka kroków do głównej plaży oraz blisko do przepięknego centrum. Na przeciwko budynku dwa sklepy spożywcze więc na szybkiego coś można było zakupić. Apartament czysty choć nie najnowszy, ale miał większość niezbędnych rzeczy oraz klimatyzację. Cena adekwatna do jakości apartamentu. Kontakt z właścicielką obiektu bardzo dobry. Wszystko ok.

Beautiful comfortable studio apartment, spotlessly clean with everything we needed for our stay. Self check in, and even though we did not meet, Isabel, the owner, she was in contact and was so helpful and informative. We will definitely stay in Isabel's apartment whenever we visit Malaga again. The location is fantastic right near the port and 7 minutes from the old town and Castle it's just perfect!

• Danijela (10/5): Extraordinary experience in Malaga. - The studio is very comfortable, perfectly clean and spacious, with everything we needed on hand. The location is stunning, just a few steps away from the beach and the city center and the neighbourhood is not noisy during the nights which is a big plus. Isabel provided all the info we needed and was at our full disposal during the stay!

Isabel was a wonderful host, gave us all of the information prior to our arrival and made sure we were comfortable and happy with everything. Only thing was the toiletries were very limited and we struggled to sort the key when leaving, but all sorted eventually and the rest was perfect.
• Horst (6/5): Top location, but in all other respects presently not (yet) advisable - Positive: Host is very friendly, organized and communicative. Location of apartment is super-close (50 metres) to Malagueta beach and promenade, and very close to central Malaga (cathedral, Picasso museum, and so on). Apartment was well cleaned. Negative: Size is NOT 35m² as declared, but only about 22m² (including bathroom walls) !! This difference is in no way acceptable. Kitchenette and shower ok (shower new but too small for normal slightly overweight western people; I am 1,74 at 68 kg and it was ok; if you are 1,85 with 100kg you will have a problem; fittings in shower partly rusty). Mattress was like a hammock, even with my low weight, and in general furniture extremely simple and partly damaged. More like from fleamarket or simplest temporary students room. No table and straight chair to sit/read/work, no wardrobe (just an open clothes rail/stand. Air Con has exhaust INSIDE the room, so after a short while you will constantly hear waterdrops falling (pling pling), what makes sleeping with air con turned on very hard. I am very sorry, because host is very friendly, but for Euro 130/night in mid season this is totally unacceptable. And it was 130 Euro in a single appartment 22m², not a hotel with service, amenities, breakfast room or other. Dear host: Correct the by FAR exxagerated size indication, invest 2000 Euro in decent functional good-looking furniture and decoration, solve the aircon problem, exchange the small rusted torn apart parts in the shower, repair floor in front of fridge (water damage from defrosting), go down to max 99 Euro/night, and I think you will get very positive feedback.

Smell coming from the bathroom, ventilation in the bathroom on all the time, confusing info on paper in apartment different from the info via Whatsapp. Seen nobody, keys in locker. Bed was very warm, synthetic duvet probably. Place was a bit rundown, chairs dirty etc. Apartment seems to be studio for normal rental, not for tourist rental. Don't like this kind of business next time go to a hotel with a reception.

The location was perfect for exploring downtown Malaga: a block to the beach, great breakfast and coffee spots close by and a beautiful 15 minute walk along the water to the bustling Historic Centre. The apartment was extremely clean, had a great little kitchenette, a very comfy bed, air conditioning and so quiet in the evenings. Perfect spot for a couple or single traveller. Isabel was great to deal with. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

• Anna (5/5): Great location - The location was great, the bed was really comfortable We were informed the night before of an electricity cut to the building on the last day of our trip. (no warm shower, aircon, WiFi, charging). The electricity ended up only being gone for an hour, but we had to change our plans around this which was inconvenient. We also had to buy our own toilet paper as there was two half rolls left for a four night stay.

• Erhan (4/5): Disappointing - Unpleasant experience killed all the positive things for me. The water heater was apparently broken on the same day we checked-in. And it was not fixed before we checked out, so I had to have a cold shower in the morning. Was not a great start for the holiday. In my opinion such service was not satisfying at all since hot water is a must of a standard accommodation service. But I got nothing back besides 'sorry'.

The smell from the bathroom is really bad, and it smells like sewerage. This was for me, the biggest problem.... The shower is really small, you have problems with comfortable turning around.
