• Patricia Yvette Ramirez (10/5): - The location was perfect. Restaurants, bars and coffee shops are very close. Lots of attractions within walking distance public parking about 6 Minutes away. A little confusing where the apartment exact location. The ironing board was completely broken and the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. But very minor things. It wouldn't stop us from coming back to this beautiful apartment.

• Helen (10/5): Excellent apartment in a great central location. - The apartment was in a great central location. The host was very helpful with lots of communication and sent information about the area, places to eat, visit etc. The beds were so comfy. I would definitely go back there.

• Marah (4/5): I couldn’t stay because the bathroom was not excited to take a shower and had an overwhelming smell. - Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to enjoy anything about the property because I couldn’t stay there due to the conditions. unpleasant smell the moment I entered, and the bathroom was not clean at all. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe using the shower. The cleaning products they used were extremely strong and cheap, which made the smell even worse. I couldn’t relax or rest in the space, so I had to leave immediately and find a hotel for the night. For the price and the no‑refund policy, this was very disappointing.

• Giuseppe (3/5): Soggiorno da dimenticare. Menomale un solo pernottamento. - In pieno centro e ben collegata con tutto. Puzza di fogna tremenda nei bagni. Abbiamo acceso per un minuto l’aria condizionata e si è sparsa una puzza di fogna per tutta la casa. Cuscini, lenzuola e divano vecchissimi. Lenzuola e asciugamani (sicuramente di chi ha soggiornato prima di noi) fuori alle finestre per farli asciugare coperti da un ombrellone.

La propreté de l’appartement n’était pas parfaite à l’arrivée ( poussière…). Vu des photos l’appartement semblait avoir un style et un bon niveau de finition, en réalité beaucoup d’éléments mal finis dans l’appartement et travaux réalisés à la va vite(lla fenêtre de la cuisine ne s’ouvre pas, la peinture des murs chambres non faites, pas d’accroche serviette ds la salle de bains…) . Odeur forte et très désagréable ds la seconde salle de bain…

Det er et klart behov fra min side, hvorfor den lave score. Lejlighed er ikke lydtæt. Der var fest i nabolejlighed. Det kunne vi meget tydeligt høre. Vandet løb i den ene bruser. Det var tydeligt, at det har det gjort i et stykke tid.

(2/5): Foi uma visita de 3 dias a Málaga muito interessante e agradável, mas o apartamento não correspondeu - Da localização Equipamentos avariados: - Ar Condicionado; - faltava 1 x TV num dos quartos; - faltavam pilhas para os comandos; - torneira do chuveiro num dos WC's Estado da casa em mau estado de conservação e arrumação: - paredes sujas e com fitas adesivas coladas nas paredes da sala e teto; - encontramos baratas mortas; - faltavam cortinados ou persianas em algumas janelas; - mau isolamento sonoro das janelas; - deixaram toalhas estendidas nas janelas das traseiras; - parte de mobiliário e/ou acessórios de mobiliário amontoados num dos quartos; - caixas de eletricidade sem tapa eléctrica com cabos e ligadores á mostra na sala (risco para a segurança dos utentes); O estado geral da parte comum do edificio também é mau / muito antigo;

• González Castaño (1/5): ASQUEROSO Y PLAGADO DE CUCARACHAS - Pésimo y asqueroso! todo el apartamento sucio, paredes sábanas y toallas con manchas que no olían a limpio, los aires acondicionados no funcionan bien, en el aparato del salón caía agua a chorros justo al lado de un enchufe ,el baño grande con manchas de humedad y de la ducha caía constantemente , la cocina plagada de cucarachas nos quejamos al día siguiente nos mandó a la chica de la limpieza supuestamente a limpiar y cambiar sábanas y digo supuestamente porque no limpió , está chica llegó con un producto para las cucarachas que puso por la cocina y la escusa que puso es que la vecina de abajo había fumigado y se habían subido a su apartamento ahí es donde necesitan fumigar. A la salida el dueño con nuestro descontento se puso en contacto con nosotros y a cambio de no poner una muy mala reseña nos dijo que nos devolvía parte del dinero , aún no ha hecho el rembolso y a los mensajes que le enviamos no contesta

• Barbara (9/5): Perfect Location and Stylish Apartment - This apartment was a fantastic choice for our stay in Málaga! The location was amazing, just a short walk to the city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore the sights, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself was beautifully designed, with a modern and stylish interior that made it feel both comfortable and luxurious. Getting a better hairdryer would be nice, the one they have now is a bit slow.

Hair on many of the sheets and debris. Door handles were broken and 1 fell off. Honestly I would avoid this place at all costs not worth the money, clearly not taken care of well.

There was plenty of space for the big group that we were (10 people) and the place was modern and clean. We struggled to find enough storage space for everyone’s stuff; especially in the bathrooms. There is plenty of room to install some more shelves or drawers in my opinion.
