• Jadranka (4/5): Looks Good on Paper, Fails in Reality - The location of the apartment was very good and convenient for getting around. The overall experience was disappointing. The entrance to the apartment - a shared space between three units managed by the same company - was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned for a long time. When I reported this and shared photos, the company dismissed responsibility, claiming it was a communal area. The apartment itself is spacious, but poorly maintained. The kitchen is inadequately equipped, and the bedding had visible stains, which is simply unacceptable. We also experienced serious plumbing issues. The toilet was clogging, and sand-like residue was coming up through the shower drain. When we contacted the company and asked them to send someone before the situation worsened, they minimized the issue, called it “communal,” and even suggested we avoid using too much toilet paper, which was both unhelpful and inappropriate. Despite our follow-up, they only reacted after a downstairs neighbour complained about leakage from the apartment to his bar and onto the street. Although the company eventually relocated us to another apartment, which was excellent, this came at the cost of losing half a day of our already short vacation to packing and moving. In addition, the customer service was disappointing. One staff member was quite rude and even falsely claimed they could not take WhatsApp calls, despite us having communicated that way upon arrival. He also pointed out in a What’s App message that the new apartment was “more expensive,” but that we would not be charged extra, as if the move had been our request rather than a necessity caused by the situation.
• Tin (1/5): Location is great. Unfortunately, the apartment is not. - - The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance. Just keep in mind the streets are narrow and busy with pedestrians, so it can get quite noisy. Personally, I didn’t mind this. It’s worth checking Google Street View to get a sense of the area. - WiFi worked fine for everyday use with no issues. - There is a shared space between three apartments (managed by the same agency) that appears not to have been cleaned for a long time—the carpet is very dirty. - The apartment walls are dirty and could use repainting. - There was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen cupboard and bathroom. We tried using air fresheners, but it didn’t help much. - The duvet had visible stains. - The kettle was dirty. - The washing machine was also dirty. - Overall, the apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival. - The toilet brush was in very poor condition. We raised these issues with the agency. They replaced the duvet, duvet cover, and toilet brush, and offered an additional cleaning service. However, they stated that nothing could be done about the smell. From reading other reviews, it seems their standard response is to offer extra cleaning if issues are reported. In my view, these things should be handled properly before guests arrive. When on vacation, I don’t want to spend time coordinating fixes with the agency—good customer experience means getting it right the first time. Also, be aware that while the apartment looks great in photos, it does not reflect the actual condition in reality.

En primer lugar quiero destacar, la tardanza que tuvieron al indicarnos las instrucciones para el check-in y la falta de coordinación entre el personal. 3 días antes te dicen que el día previo a tu llegada, recibirás las instrucciones. Llegado el día y la hora del check-in y tras mucha insistencia, enviaron las indicaciones, media hora después de la hora prevista de entrada, teniendo que esperar en el portal del apartamento. Esto no fue aislado, por la noche, un grupo que se alojaba en otro apartamento y entraba por la noche nos preguntó porque eran las 12 de la noche y teniendo que haber recibido las indicaciones del check-in antes, tampoco las había recibido. Por otro lado, cabe destacar que éramos un grupo reducido, que en ningún momento tuvo música alta, se mantenían conversaciones dentro del tono de lo normal y nos avisaron en dos ocasiones de que los vecinos se estaban quejando, amenazando con quitar la fianza de ambos apartamentos. Como punto de mejora y teniendo en cuenta la ubicación y las instalaciones del edificio (casco antiguo) y con los precios que manejan por noche, no estaría de más que invirtieran en una mejor insonorización de los apartamentos. Por último, el día de salida, la limpiadora tocó 1h y media antes de la hora prevista y avisada al alojamiento de salida. Inclusive, cuando estábamos terminado de salir (antes de nuestra hora prevista) la limpiadora entró sin aviso y se dispuso a limpiar delante nuestra.

Purtroppo l'acqua calda non è durata molto. La porta del bagno non si chiude a chiave. l'appartamento si trova sopra un bar e le finestre non essendo molto isolate, si sentiva tutto il casino in strada Aprendo il divano letto sotto oltre a tanta polvere ho trovato un fazzoletto usato e una sigaretta elettronica usata, avendo pagato la pulizia 80 euro non avrei dovuto trovare gli scarti degli altri inquilini oltre a tanta polvere ovunque Dentro lo stanzino la presenza di un mocio per pavimenti bagnato e puzzolente.

• Alejandro (8/5): Nice 2 double bed apartment in the heart of Málaga - Very well located apartment in the heart of Málaga, close to all main attractions. Is confortable and spacious, kitchen well equipped, bathroom clean and spacious. Has everything you could need for your holidays It is advertised there are 1 double bed and 2 single beds, but in reality there are 2 double beds. This was inconvenient for us as we were a group of 3 friends which wanted a separate bed for each. We had to improvise and use the sofa bed. The bathroom’s door does not lock. Air conditioning was difficult to operate and it turns off automatically after certain time. But in the end we figured it out.

• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment absolutely met our expectations for a group of four – very comfortable and perfectly located in the heart of Malaga. Despite being in the city center, outside noise doesn't affect sleep at all when the windows are closed, which is a big plus. The air conditioning works flawlessly and keeps the place cool even on hot days. This was my fourth time staying in central Malaga, and definitely the best accommodation so far. Highly recommended! A small downside is the limited kitchenware and lack of proper chairs for comfortable seating, but that doesn’t significantly impact the overall quality. I’d rate it 9.5/10.

• Fiona (8/5): Relaxing, comfortable and a great way to start off the year. - The location is excellent, close to everything, great cafe downstairs. Very quiet at night and we felt very safe. The apartment is spacious and airy, with comfortable sofa and bed. Lots of power points. The market is close by and so self catering is cheap and plenty of choice. But many good bars and restaurants around too. The host's office were very helpful and friendly when we had queries. Taxi rank at foot of Calle Larios was very useful when we were going to airport. All transport options good. Plenty to do in area. We felt that the cleaners could have been more thorough with washing machine/dishwasher, otherwise the place was spotless. The kitchen is adequately equipped but lacked some basics, like a chopping board.

• Anton (10/5): A nice and comfortable spacious home in the center of the city with everything you need. - The apartment was a dead center, in a great location with a great elevator, and I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here. The entrance and everything are simple and easy to get to/use. It is close to the main market as well as two grocery stores and you can walk out and be in the hustle and bustle of Malaga right away. But it was also very quiet, and we were able to sleep great with the pillows they provided as well as the multiple blankets. It was just everything we wanted in a place to stay. The TV works great on there was plenty of room. It also had a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, as well as a great living room and a nice dining room. I would recommend staying here and the hosts were quick to answer and helps me with everything I needed as well as giving me a bunch of great tips, restaurant recommendations and places to see. There wasn't really anything I didn't like the only thing I could say is maybe give us more toilet paper paper towels but other than that they provided everything and made my vacation very easy and enjoyable

After plugging kettle into other socket had to reset power at switch board. Another socket loose in wall so dangerous to children. Didn’t cause us a real problem as only staying 2 nights

We got married in Malaga 5 years ago and we returned to mark our anniversary. We will continue to return and we will now continue to book this apartment when we do. Four posters on bed too big for bedroom. Nearly walked into the post twice. Bed could be more comfortable. A dressing table/ chest of drawers or just another surface to put things on in the bedroom would be helpful.

High ceilings/doors, well-equipped, modern kitchen. Very close to Plaza de la Constitucion and a lot of tapas bars and restaurants. A small niggle - the TV remote control needs attention.
