Appartement was clean and well maintained with air conditioning, a small kitchen and a washing machine. Beds were comfortable. We also appreciated that there were some basics like coffee and detergent etc. and even some beers in the fridge. Host was very friendly and responsive. There was nothing we didn't like. For the price it was very good.

• Anthony (9/5): Great location, very clean and a very helpful host. - Well located for walking into the old town and sea front promenade. Very clean and garden area a good place to sit out in. Gabi the host is very friendly and helpful. The shower is a tight squeeze and difficult not to splash water on the bathroom floor. Bed is small but we knew that before we went. Neither of these would stop us from using the apartment in future.

Best veel betaald maar veel ( badkamer & keuken) in het appartement was achterstallig of moest nog opgeknapt worden. Na opmerkingen en inschakelen Booking.com was er snel een oplossing

Lovely 15min walk to the old town and quick 5mins to the beach. Would have been great to have air-con in the single room. But Gabi did helpfully provide a fan. And would be great if the aircon timer was longer than 5 hours.

• Véronique (7/5): Tof appartementje met te klein terras/koertje - Op wandelafstand van strand en stad, heel goed ontvangen door Gabi die veel service gaf. Bij .Booking.com was het niet duidelijk dat de 2 kamer appartement een koertje heeft ipv terras. En het koertje was leeg en ongezellig.

• Rania (9/5): A fantastic and welcoming stay! - Gabi was extremely thorough with check in and provided all information clearly. The property itself is lovely, spacious and in a great location. Facilities are great. Gabi was also kind enough to book us a taxi back to the airport. The only thing was the shower head was not powerful enough, which was ok for 2 days, however for a longer trip this may have been more of an issue.

Gabi förklarade hur allt fungerade i lägenheten och hade många tips och rekommendationer. Utmärkt kommunikation. Stor och bra terass till lägenheten. Lägenheten var i två plan vilket vi uppskattade. Lagom promenad till stranden, centrum och sevärdheter. Bra att veta att det är en backe upp till lägenheten. Detta var dock inget som vi upplevde som ett problem. Lägenheten var fräsch och hade den utrustning som vi behövde -

• Stephen (9/5): Great hosts, perfect location and lovely and clean. - Wonderful hosts, so helpful and easy to contact in prior to our arrival to arrange access to property. They provided lots of basics like shower gel, soap, towels, some water and drinks in the fridge. Such a lovely touch on arrival. The balcony was a bit small, and every morning there was a lot of bird droppings. Pictures of the property only showed the bigger villa with the terrace. Would have been nice to see pictures for the other villas, as we were a little disappointed to not have access to the terrace.

Por poner un pero, está en una calle en cuesta que cuando vienes de regreso de la playa o de alguna excursión, no te apetece. Pero merece la pena.

• Cordock (10/5): Fabulous place for a Malaga break for two! - The property was very warm, welcoming and cozy, it has a fabulous terrace for enjoying the Sun. It was very spacious, clean and tidy. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Gabi and the owner Rosita, who showed us around the accommodation so there were also nice welcoming gestures such as bottles of water, wine, beer and basic toiletries to welcome us after our journey . We are able to have a great communication with Gabi if we need to ask any questions. Gabi also provided us with of a list of local recommendations which was also very helpful. We would return again. Also very close to the beach, shops and a short walk into Malaga Centre. A slight hill to the property, but that didn’t bother us as it was easy enough to walk up

• Eliska (9/5): Lovely clean apartment with a great location, lacks of privacy but overall nice place to stay. - It is lovely old 2 bedroom house located close to everything. Supermarket, beach, cafes are walking distance even with a toddler. Kitchen is decently equipped and apartment is very clean. Gabi and Rosa were very welcoming and provided us detailed information and tips for our stay. They left some snacks and drinks inside the fridge , which is a nice touch. Bathroom is a bit outdated, water pressure is extremely low. It would be great to provide separate photos to each apartment, so you know exactly what are you booking. When the upper apartment gets occupied, staying on the terrace of the apartment does not feel private.
• Tineke (9/5): Fantastic!!! - Well aquipped appartement with two sleepingrooms and a fantastic patio. It’s close to the old city center, beach and boulevard. Gabi was a true and gentle host. In case of questions he was always available. The airco was great. The sleeping room downstairs has no door, which can be a small inconvenience due to lack of privacy.

• Charlotte (8/5): Very good - We loved the location which was within walking distance of the beach and the old town, with cafés and restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the terraces. Lots of public transport options nearby. The apartments are on a no through road so there's minimal traffic noise. The location is quiet. The Gibralfaro is directly behind the building. There is bird song and lots of plants on the terraces. Beautiful environment. The 3 bedroom apartment would benefit from a separate toilet or a second shower room. The bathroom with separate toilet in the 2 bedroom house were absolutely fine.
• Farhad (7/5): Lovely hosts but the apartment is not value for money - This is a clean , bright sunny apartment. The hosts were very accommodating and keen to make sure that we had all we needed. We were met at the apartment and all the features were explained to us. On the first day we mentioned that the blinds were not working and there was no full length mirror and this was sorted the following day. They also provided a welcome pack in the fridge including tea and coffee and there were all the cleaning materials that you would need. We stayed for 4 weeks and clean bedding was supplied as and when we requested, The terrace is a lovely place to sit in the winter sun. It was cold while we were in Malaga and the air-conditioning units worked very effectively to heat the apartment. There was a short walk to a supermarket and other shops and restaurants. The washing machine was perfect for our longer stay. There were sufficient utensils in the kitchen so that we were able to cook easily. When we had issues with the wifi this was sorted quickly This is a starkly furnished apartment with very basic minimal furniture. Hostal like ...This is particularly noticeable on a longer stay ( insufficient clothes hangers, no drawers to put clothes away ) The table in the kitchen is a folding garden table and two folding garden chairs. Although it is a 2 bedroom apartment there was insufficient seating for 4. The lounge as the photos show has a 3 seater settee and 1 dining room chair. There was no where to work ; this is a spacious apartment that could easily have a small work desk. The sound insulation is poor, traffic noise, wind and people in the lower apartments heard as if the windows were open. In our final week a family were staying in the apartment below and the noise from them sitting in the garden until very late at night was a nuisance that if the windows were better would not be an issue. As with other apartments we have stayed in there were issues with the electricity shorting when a number of appliances were switched on Having stayed in many other apartments in Malaga we did not feel that this apartment was value for money despite the really lovely hosts.
• Deborah (10/5): Malaga is a lovely city, and this accommodation was perfect for enjoying it. - Great location for walking to beach and town. We had family staying in the other apartments, so it worked well to be both separate and able to congregate easily. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. The apartment is on a steep hill and has steep stairs. Only a problem if you find this difficult, but would be worth highlighting in the booking process.

• Cornelia (10/5): Exceptional - Very good and personal service, many thanks especially to Gabi. The apartment is situated near to the beach and also appr 15 minutes away from city. It is well equipped and very clean.
• John (10/5): Absolutely brilliant! - Rosa and Gabi were there to greet us when we arrived. They showed us around the apartment and told us how things ( air con , hot water bowser etc.) worked and where things ( kitchen & appliances etc.) were . Both Rosa and Gabi gave us a few ideas of where/what to see including restaurants, which Gabi was more than happy to book a table for . The apartment was super clean, beds very comfortable .Bedding and towels spot on ! Toiletries are provided too .Overall a wonderful little apartment with all you could need ( Rosa left drinks and nibbles in the fridge ) .An extra bonus was the patio , so nice to sit out and have breakfast int the morning and a glass of wine later on . We would 100% highly recommend a stay , we certainly would come back ! Thank you . Nothing !

Hosts couldn't have been better, they were very helpful. The house was exceptionally clean and I liked that there were toilets on both floors. Shower was very good. Outdoor private terrace was fantastic. I would definitely return and stay here again. The only minor issue was for my mother, she found walking up the hill to the house challenging. It is a bit steep. Just something to consider for older people.

Lovely balcony to sit out on when the sun shines. The only thing which could be improved on, are the chairs used on the balcony. They are very uncomfortable to sit on for too long.

The little terrace in front of the house (Appt. 4) is superb for an outside breakfast or a sundowner, and the local cats stroll by for a visit. All in all, a very relaxing place for an escape. Well equiped kitchen and bedrooms. Only slight disappointment was the lack of a heater in the bathroom, it took some courage to shower in January...

• Sheila (9/5): Superb - Well situated townhouse within walking distance to centre. Good public transport, nearby supermarket and lovely restaurants. Short walk ro beach. Beautiful outdoor terrace/garden. Lovely indoor facilities. Greeted by friendly hosts who kindly had left soft drinks, wine and coffee for us. They also provided Link to all nearby attractions. Some shallow steps on tiles in patio which we were warned about . Entrance steps up to property may not be suitable for older clients with walking difficulty.
• William (10/5): Excellent and beautiful - Beautiful house everything we needed ..owner left a bottle of wine 4 beers 4 cans of coca cola and a 6 pack of orange juice on our arrival ... they explained how to work the air conditioning. showed us around the house and were very welcoming..gave us a phone number incase of problems ( which we did not have to use ) overall a brilliant holiday thank you The only negative was the hill it sat on..sore on the legs after a busy day going round the ruins 😁😁😁
• Tara (10/5): Exceptional - Our lovely host Rosa was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. Location was ideal, being a few minutes walk to the beach, harbour and town. Supermarkets, cafes and other amenities on the doorstep. Nothing!
• Susan (9/5): Superb - It was a wonderful haven but close to the beach and the town. The terrace was so lovely it was difficult to tear ourselves away to explore. The house is well equipped and was perfect for two friends who each wanted a bedroom! Nothing. All perfect.

• Peter (10/5): Excelent apartment on perfect location. Loved it. - The apartment was really nice and equipped with really everything what you need. We met with Gabi at the beginning, who was really kind and showed us the apartment and answered all the questions. He recommended grocery and restaruants and also the web page was very useful which was shared with us and it contained several recommendations for restaruants and sights. He offered us a late check out option which was great as aour plane departured at 20:00. The Malagueta beach is about 8 mins, the downtown is 10-15min. We enjoyed the large terrace and consumed the breakfasts there every day. There are bakery and groceriy 5 mins far. Many thanks to Rosa for the welcome package in the fridge. The smallest room is not equipped with AC, which wasn't a big problem. A mosquito net on the window of this room would make it more convenient.
• Emma (9/5): We had a fabulous 10 day family holiday in Malaga, this apartment was exactly right for us! - We loved the spacious terrace. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. All mod cons really added to the holiday. The location was great, a short walk to old town in Malaga and to the beach. The location was great even though the walk up to the apartment was quite a steep hill. It wouldn’t suit someone with mobility issues. Bug spray is a must! A full length mirror would be a great addition.

• Paula (10/5): Perfect quiet getaway, to relax and explore Malaga. - I was a few minutes late on arrival and my hosts Rosa and Gabi were waiting for me. They were very kind and helpful. A well proportioned apartment. The lounge was a decent size with a nice big sofa to relax on. South facing so it was bright all day. It opened out onto a small terrace that was sunny from about 10 til 3pm (I stayed end of March). The Kitchen had all the necessities, 4 ring electric hob, separate small oven, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, washing machine. The complementary supply of wine, beer coffee pods, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, condiments and all types of kitchen essentials was very kind. The bedroom I used was at the back, it was very comfortable and quiet. I slept very well. The property was very clean and tidy. The location was perfect for me, about 1Km from the beach, Port and the old town. It seemed like a quiet residential area, I was visiting alone and felt safe. I liked everything.

• Maree (8/5): Cute Spanish Villa in excellent location - lovely little Villa with everything provided. We stayed in the smaller 2 bed accommodation. We loved the terrace which was private and had sun all day and pleasant seating area. Rosa and Gabi met us at the Villa on arrival and explained everything we needed to know about the accommodation and local area. Fabulous location, close to the Castle, Marina, old town and shops. All that was missing ( being picky) was a full length mirror and perhaps a shelf for toiletries etc in bathroom. Extra touches including free coffee pods, wine, juice and beer were a welcome touch 😄. Villa is located up a short steep hill which was fine for us but perhaps an issue for people with mobility issues.

• Susan (8/5): Second visit to this apartment and would certainly return again. Highly recommend. - The location is excellent as the apartment is very central but in a quiet position as not on a main road. The apartment we stayed in which has a long narrow balcony gets full sun all day and is therefore bright. Perfect for a winter stay. I like the fact that on arrival there are things in the fridge. We had soft drinks, beer and a bottle of wine. Also there was some olive oil and salt, pepper and herbs. The shower is good and the water hot. We were there in a cold spell so heated the living room and one bedroom. This worked well. The hosts provided suggestions of places to go. They were very quick to respond for example when the sink was leaking a plumber arrived the next morning. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. The apartment needs a few things to make it better. A larger table in the living room as the bistro table provided is too small and the dining chairs are uncomfortable. It would be nice to have a couple of comfortable seats for the balcony . Also there’s no mirror in either bedroom. The large blind in the living room didn’t work when we were there last autumn and still hasn’t been fixed. We were plunged into darkness as the fuse tripped on more than one occasion. The large bedroom could have a dressing table and chair plus mirror. There is space for this.The kitchen lacks some essential things. For example a sponge or a washing up brush and some kitchen paper. However there’s a coffee machine and pods which is nice to have.

• Lisa (10/5): Large apartment in a great location. - This apartment is big it would comfortably fit 4 - 6 people, the 2 of us was lost in the space but it was lovely having so much space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a great space to cook in which we did a couple of time. The apartment has a lovely balcony wrapping round the apartment with sunshine from late morning right through to late afternoon and this was in december. It was in a lovely quite safe location close to supermarkets with a 10 minute walk to the harbour and the main town. The beach is a 5 minute walk with a lovely promenade which you can walk along for a good few miles. I would highly recommend this accomodation and we will certainly be returning on our next visit to malaga. Nothing

Lovely quiet neighbourhood but close to the beach and the city centre. The terrace was my favourite part. The host was really helpful and provided lots of useful information about things to do and good restaurant and entertainment recommendations. I liked everything about it.

• Susan (10/5): Lovely stay in a perfect location. We will return. - Easy to walk into central Malaga and convenient short walk to the airport bus. Supermarkets nearby like Carrefour and Mercadona . Great views over town. Host had kindly provided essential goods eg oil, drinks, and was quick to provide extra saucepan when required. Also brought extra bedding when asked. Netflix on TV was nice to have. Lovely balcony not that we had time to use it. Beach a short distance. A real home from home. Tasteful decor. Liked everything. Lots of steps up to apartment and a bit of a hill up from main road which was fine for us but could be a problem if unfit.
• Linda (10/5): Absolutely Fantastic - An absolutely fantastic apartment with everything needed for a fantastic holiday. Home from home. Immaculately clean, brilliant location. Tea, coffee pods, water, wine and beers on arrival. Fantastic facilities. Oils, salt, pepper and an array of cleaning products for our stay. I have back problems and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Both bedrooms are quite spacious. A very large bathroom. Our apartment had an amazing wraparound balcony with furniture to enjoy breakfast and throughout the day/evening. Various TV options Netflix etc. I would highly recommend this apartment and I will definitely return. Rosa and Gabi are fantastic hosts. They sent us a link to recommend trips, restaurant, shops etc . Thank you for a wonderful holiday N/A
• Mairin (10/5): House with private garden near bull ring - We had the house with private garden. It partially overlooks the bull ring so a great location. The house was spotless and had everything one needs. Rosa was so helpful. She was there for our late check-in and explained everything. She was always available if there was anything we needed. Highly recommend for 2 singles or 2 couples. Not so much 'didn't like'..... the photos just need to be filtered so that prospective renters can see what each apartment offers. All the photos for the house and apartment are shown together so we weren't sure what to expect. We weren't disappointed though!
