- GONZALO (2/5): Pésimo servicio 2026 jamás volvería - Buena ubicación, persona de aseo atento pero dueña arrogante y cero resolutiva 1.- Pésima piscina de niños, quemó mi piel y la de mi hija, provocado erosiones y dolor. Hablamos con la dueña quien comentó que era nuestra responsabilidad y que era su palabra contra la nuestra. Que la piscina estaba bien y que estaba conectada con la otra piscina pero donde tiene tan poca agua y los aditivos qué se aplica en ese lugar nos quemo igual, tuvimos que comprar medicamentos para el dolor jamás nos escucho ni dio soluciones. Al siguiente día hecharon más agua en esa piscina, entonces se debe correr con buena suerte para no sufrir lo que pasamos nosotros. 2. Las condiciones del lugar pésimas, lámparas sueltas, paredes con telas de araña, sartenes viejos muy quemados, se escucha muy fuerte los aviones por lo que no se puede descansar 3. Y lo peor la respuesta de la Dueña, es pésima jamás se puso en nuestro lugar, solo nos hechaba la culpa a nosotros por no estar pendientes cuando siempre estuvimos alado. Nuestro único error fue pensar que la piscina o pileta era segura para nuestra hija, pasamos pésima noche por los ruidos y por el. Dolor en la. Piel tuvimos que comprar medicamentos para los próximos días.

En mi caso 5 personas se nos complicó teníamos que dejar la puerta del departamento abierta. El portón de ingresó, no se cuál será el motivo que no sea eléctrico, que tenga candado al dia de hoy.

- Mijung (5/5): 부엌시설은보수가필요!!! - 직원들은 친절했다 위치가 쇼핑몰가까이있고 고속도로 부근이라 차로다니기 좋다 침구들이 깨끗했다 일단 나는 17번방에 묶었다 모든문의 문고리는 고장나있었다 그리고 부엌시설에서 냉장고는 그냥 저장창고느낌이다 냉동고에 아이스크림사서넣어놨는데 다녹았다 냉장고는 교체하는것이 좋을거같다 그리고 어메니티로 샴푸린스가있는데 제대로씻기는모르겠다 그럴꺼면 아예 제공안했으면좋겠다 조식은 개선점이 필요하다 빵커피 요거트 시리얼 끝 과일도 없고 그냥 간단한 조식이다 여기설명란에 간단한조식이라고 명시했으면좋겠다 그리고 주차장에서나갈때 잠그는게 자동이아니라서 자물쇠를 열고닫고가 귀찮았다 그리고 쓰레기통 뒤지는사람 문앞에 앉아있는할아버지등 동네가 조금위험한생각이들어 걸어서 안다녔다

- Ian (10/5): Great hosts, clean, and quiet - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had an emergency medical issue that required an urgent taxi ride and the staff assisted us promptly. They inquired several times over the remainder of our stay to check on us, even offering to extend our stay if necessary. The property was clean and safe. It was close to the transit stop so, although not close to the central area of town, was a very easy ride on the city bus. We will definitely stay at Terrabella again if we return to Mendoza. The neighborhood was quiet at night. The apartment was spacious, well furnished, and clean. Although we are not late night goers, the location might be too far from the action for some guests. We liked that, but some might not.
