• Márcia (8/5): - O apartamento é muito bom. De não ter elevador, ter que subir 3 lances co malas. Não é legal. Além da surpresa de ter que deixar €150 de fiança. Algo que não foi previamente acordado, e o pior só será devolvido 7 dias após, ou seja, contava com esse dinheiro para minha viagem.

• Sabine (4/5): Das Apartment war gut, wenn der Verantwortliche nicht alles tut, damit man sich nicht wohlfühlt - Ankunft in Malaga mit den Zug in die Stadt, mit großen Koffer und Rucksack zuerst das Büro suchen. Ein unnützer Umweg, es könnte auch ein Schlüsselkasten angebracht werden. Der unfreundliche Angestellte erklärte mir, das mein Apartment nur 10 min Entfernt ist, als wieder laufen und suchen. Ich hätte meinen 22 kg nicht die 3 Stockwerke hochtragen können, doch ich hatte Glück und 2 Frauen haben mir geholfen. Zu dritt den Koffer in den 3. Stock. Endlich angekommen. Da ich 150 Euro Kaution zahlen mußte, hab ich sofort die kaputten Tassen,Teller, Möbel, die abgeschlagen Funiere, den Putzschrank konnte man nicht öffnen, da er aus den Schienen war, dabei hätte ich gerne mal mein Apartment herausgekehrt, doch dann heißt es. Abzug: ich habe Etwas beschädigt und zuerst 30 Bilder über Whatsapp den Büro über die kaputten Dinge zugeschickt und gleichzeitig die Anfrage: das mir 3 Kleiderbügel für 2 Wochen Aufenthalt nicht reichen. Am nächsten Tag bekam ich weitere Bügel. Nachdem ich meine Haare gewaschen hatte, bemerkte ich Funken und Flammen aus den Fön, wieder schreiben, ich brauche einen neuen Fön, den ich dann nach 3 Tagen endlich bekam. Der Lärm auf der Straße hat mich nicht gestört, ein paar Ohropax und schon ist Ruhe. Mich hätte auch nicht die defekten Möbel und Geschirr gestört, doch ich wollte nicht, das dies mir abgezogen wird. Wieder musste ich schreiben, das Sauber Etwas anderen und Bilder von der schmutzigen Wohnung zugeschickt, mir wurde versprochen, das nachgefragt wird, ob meine Wohnung nochmal geputzt werden darf. Bis zur Abreise keine Antwort mehr. Ich habe mich gefragt: ob die Putzdame nicht sieht, das Löcher in der Bettwäsche sind, das die Vorhänge nicht eingehakt sind, das die Vorhänge 15 cm zu schmal sind, so das Nachts das Licht der Straßenlaterne ins Zimmer scheint. Das der Klodeckel nicht befestigt war und nur mit einer Schraube noch gehalten wird. Interessiert das der Putzdame? Der Lärm hat mich nicht gestört, sondern: mein Wohnzimmer schön warm, ich hätte das ganze Schlafzimmer heizen müssen, damit ich die Badtür aufmachen kann, damit endlich das Bad warm wird. Es war Nachts 8 Grad, da war am nächsten Tag das Duschen ein Alptraum. 3 Tage später war ich krank, Fieber, Schnupfen, kein Wunder bei der Kälte im Bad Bei meiner Ankunft bekam ich ein Schreiben, das ich meinen Koffer kostenlos im Büro unterstellen könnte, deshalb habe ich bei der Abreise gefragt, ob ich für 2 Stunden im Büro, das auf war, meinen Koffer unterstellen könnte, da ich erst abends nach Hause geflogen bin, Sofort kam ein englisches Schreiben, das das Unternehmen das Recht hat dafür Geld zu verlangen und wollte 5 Euro von mir haben. Ich habe über 1200 Euro bezahlt, Kunden-Gästeservice gibt es überhaupt nicht. Also habe ich punkt 12 Uhr ausgecheckt, wo zufällig am 01.01. die Putzdame schon gewartet hat, ob ich wirklich pünktlich gehe und habe lieber 4 Stunden am Flughafen gewartet, bevor dieses Unternehmen von mir noch 5 Euro bekommt. Am Tag vor meiner Abreise bekam ich Mails von 2 Mitarbeitern, auf meiner privaten Mailadresse, ob ich den Aufenthalt genossen habe. Ich soll doch bitte bei meiner Bewertung ihren Namen erwähnen, damit sie eine Belohnung bekommen. So eine Bettelanfrage habe ich noch nie erlebt. Zuhause dann: wann bekomm ich meine Kaution zurück? Antwort: Dont worry, dauert 3-5 Tage, weitere Anfrage: wieder wurde ich vertröstet, habe Booking.com eingeschaltet. Nach 10 Tagen endlich meine kompette Kaution zurück. Ich habe 100 Bilder, Videos und die Bettelmails !!!!!
• Craig (8/5): Location superb, some noise but thoroughly enjoyable - Brilliant location in the centre of Malaga Nothing to dislike about the property- agree with other comments about noise but that comes with having such a fantastic location in a vibrant city centre. Only observation is that the furniture could do with some modernisation (table, chairs , curtains but nothing to be concerned about). The key was also difficult to get out of the door 😂

• Andrei Dorel (9/5): - The Apartment is perfectly located, very central, 10 minutes walk to the beach, very close to all atractions. It is really well equipped. The bed is not the best bed for couples. And also during the weekend a lot of noise and parties. We slept well mostly, but I would be cautious, if you sleep badly during noise, you should avoid.
• Ants (6/5): Infernaalista mölyä läpi yön - Keskeinen sijainti Erittäin meluisa asunto, etenkin viikonloppuna infernaalista mölyä kadulta myöhään yöhön asti. Raskaat portaat noustaviksi etenkin jalkavikaiselle. Välitystoimiston käytännöt rasittavia: sisäänkirjautuminen piti tehdä netissä, mutta se oli mahdotonta. Todella turhauttavaa. Tehtiin lopuksi toimistolla, josta avain haettiin. Palvelu ja siivousmaksu ( joita ei bookingissa eritelty), olivat 30+30 euroa, eli suuri osuus hinnasta kun parin yön majoitus. Välitystoimisto Holidays2Malaga ei vastannut myöskään yhteydenottoihin. Mutta kylläkin teki turhia itsestäänseviä yhteydenottoja. Rasittava firma
• Vesa (4/5): Ei meille enää koskaan! - Sijainti keskustassa Kaikki 6 yötä olivat todella pahoja, paikalliset nuoret metelöivät hotellin edessä patiolla puolesta yöstä aamuviiteen! Hissin puute 4 kerroksisessa talossa huutava!
• Katerina (9/5): - Appartment and kitchn was fully equipped, including tee/coffee bags. Excellent location in the heart of Malaga, only 200 meters from cathedral. Bus stops within easy walking distance There were a lots of pubs which were noisy all the time. We visited in October and would love to sleep with open windows which was impossible due to the noise.
• Mojca (2/5): - V kolikor vam je kaj do vašega spanca potem ne hodite v to nastanitev. Apartma se nahaja v centru, vendar če prideš tja čez dan se ti zdi da je malce umaknjen od vseh barov in restavracij. Zraven je čez dan ena kavarna. Zvečer se situacija spremeni in se odpre direktno pod nastanitvijo ogromno restavracij in nekaj klubov. Ponoči spanje ni mogoče, ker se direktno pod apartmajem derejo pijani ljudje do 5 zjutraj. Glede na to da lastniki vedo, da so klubi in dretje tik pod apartmajem bi lahko vstavili vsaj protihrupna okna in vrata balkona, tako pa so stara okna, ki ne zadušijo hrupa iz ulice. Smo zaprosili za relokacija, kar seveda ni bilo možno. So nam rekli da si lahko sami najdemo novo nastanitev in da nam povrnejo razliko, vendar nismo za to imeli ne časa ne energije in smo morali žal ostati tukaj, kupiti čepke za ušesa. Poleg tega je pritisk v tušu zelo slab, voda slabo teče, zelo malo mila v kopalnici za štiri noči
• Haji (8/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt – in nur 2 Minuten ist man mitten in der Altstadt und kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erkunden. Marcos hat sofort reagiert, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Nachts kann es recht laut sein. Wer einen sehr ruhigen Schlaf braucht, sollte das bedenken. Uns hat der Aufenthalt dennoch gut gefallen.

Also building works was going on while we were there so hammer drills were being used at 8am so no chance of a lay in !

• Aleš (8/5): Book if you want to enjoy a night life - - City centre - Very nice staff (Laura, Paula and Silvia) were extremely helpfull and kind - well equiped apartment (kitchen equipment, hair fan in the bathroom) - well maintained building - lovely floor in the apartment - many wardrobes - too soft bed mattress - the location is huge plus, but also a con. It’s been really noisy every night. From 4 in the afternoon until 6 in the morning, the noise, during which it is almost impossible to sleep, was unfortunately too much even for us. But the building and apartment is overall very well maintained, so it is still great place to stay, just not for us, who would like to sleep at least couple hours without beeing awaken by drunk people under the balcony;)

• Diana (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The check in and check out were very easy. The Location is really central and was very easy to reach everything. We had a great time in Malaga and I recommend the apartment. The only thing that people must know before booking the apartment is the awful noise during the night. There are some bars and diskos down on the street. If you want to be part of the night life, this is your place to stay. But if you want just to relax at night, you should not forget about the noise.

• Catherine (6/5): Great apartment in good location but poorly sound-proofed - The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean in a central location. The apartment was poorly sound-proofed from the outside. While the location appeared great and we were on the 3rd floor, it was in the heart of nightlife shenanigans. As such, part goers were heard into the early hours of the morning (generally until 5am) and our sleep was seriously disrupted. If you can sleep through anything, you will be OK, but if you are a normal or light sleeper, choose your accommodation carefully (or bring good ear plugs :). The only other thing I did not appreciate was being charged a cleaning fee on our credit card in advance (which we were not aware of at the time of booking) and when it was returned to us (because there were no cleaning issues), it was short. We tried to resolve this with the staff but they initially ignored us and finally suggested it related to the exchange rate. This is a poor practice.
