- Nadja (7/5): - Die Wohnung war von der Lage sehr schön auch die Dachterrasse und der separate Balkon. Die Wohnung war für die 4 Tage und 4 Personen ausreichend. Was leider sehr sehr störend war und wir dadurch auch nicht daheim kochen konnten war der sehr starkriechende Abflussgestank. Dieser wurde leider auch nicht durch lüften besser, das war wirklich sehr störend und hat dadurch die schöne Wohnung negativ behaftet!!!! Der Vermieter hat uns geschrieben es tut ihm leid, es gibt ein Problem aber das hat uns für unseren Aufenthalt nix gebracht. Wir hätten uns hier mehr entgegenkommen erwartet. Leider sehr schade!

- Robert (7/5): Ok, but CONSTANT SEWAGE ODOR can, and actually is ruining everything - Location is very good - just in the marina/port, around 15-20 minutes from old town, very close to bull arena, Gibralfaro and Alcazaba castle. Apartment has great very big terrace, with beautifull 270deg view. Additional winter garden which is nice place for breakfast. Apartment is well equipped, even with a good audio or juice press. CONSTANT SEWAGE ODOUR / FUMES in whole apartment, which is not possible to ventilate out. Source not confirmed exactly, felt even on the terrace. It looks like odour comes from ventilation/ sewage plumbing vent.
Funny thing is that the odour was even felt on the terrace.
Initialy we thought that it comes from dried syphon, or "the weather is just bad", but it was felt whole stay. Unfortunately it might broke whole stay for some people. Once we were not able to ged rid of the odour, we looked for the comments in booking and after digging we found many comments complaining for the smell (didn't saw it before).

- Vanessa (7/5): Luxury apartment, amazing views but smells and lack of attention to detail - The views over the city and harbour were stunning. Fantastic large terrace with different seating areas, plus enclosed dining area with superb views of the harbour and sunset. Apartment was (mostly) luxurious. Very comfortable bed. Good shower. Air conditioning efficient and not very noisy. Felt secure. Really great location. The host didn't seem to realise we were booked until I called him on the morning of our check-in day, after having tried to contact him a few times via booking.com. As others have mentioned there is a significant sewage smell and widespread use of plug air fresheners. Leaving windows open did help to some extent. The cutlery and crockery needed washing before use and there were stains on some of the towels. Cheap shower gel out of keeping with the luxury look (and price) of the rest of it. Sun loungers broken. Not suitable for people with mobility issues (flight of steps from lift to front door plus steps within apartment to outside spaces)
- Gail (9/5): Fabulous apartment and the best views in Malaga but the drain smell needs sorting out - The view of the port, city and castle from the terrace was amazing. We didn't want to go out in the evening when it was all lit up! The size of accommodation and facilities provided were excellent. There was a drain smell coming from the kitchen sink which was very bad and continued throughout our stay. A good plumber could sort that out.

The apartment is a home from home with all the creature comforts. Spacious & spotless. Comfy beds. Wonderful terrace. Excellent views over the marina & city. 10 mins walk to city centre. Great cafe's, bakery, bars & eateries on the doorstep plus a good small supermarket. It was great to be met for the key handover & a walk through the apartment with advice for facilities in the local area. Good wifi too. The parking space is very tight, so no good if you have a larger car but the apartment is right next to the Muelle Uno car park
Previous comments about smells vary. We got the very feint smell of drains. Negligeable. It was a lot worse outside when as walked along the waterfront so not unique to this apartment. Would not stop us from returning.
