• Heloise (6/5): Correct pour une nuit. - Le logement est comme dans la description, aucune surprise, c'est petit et pratique pour une nuit et un rapide point de chute mais nous ne serions pas restés très longtemps. J'ai surtout pris ce logement pour la place de parking et la proximité du centre ville. George est très gentil, l’accueil a été chaleureux. Le rapport qualité-prix est bon, à ce prix on ne peut pas espérer du luxe ! Le logement est un peu vieillot et "dans son jus", peu équipé, pourrait être plus propre mais ce n'est pas non plus immonde !

• JOSE ANTONIO (3/5): - Poca cosa, no había comodidad, porque fuimos para una noche si no hubiéramos decidido marchar. Todo bastante cutre, y poca limpieza. El hombre un poco extraño, el acceso al parking muy complicado en calle con mal ambiente.

• Angèle (6/5): Bon acceuil logement économique sans plus - Appartement tres simple un peu bricolé mais lits confortables bon accueil et plutôt calme. Des restos pas loin. Pas tres cher. Manque de finitions, poignée porte cassée. C est un peu rustique niveau déco mais juste fonctionnel. Pour une nuit ça va.

• Marian (9/5): - We were 3 persons - the space in the apartment was suitable, the location is very good, the kitchen equipment is excellent. Great new mattress in the bedroom. The host is very friendly and helpful. The taxi driver took longer to find the street, but this also happens in other cities, probably due to the inaccuracy of the GPS. It is better to get on/off at Avenida de Barcelona, ​​a few meters from the apartment.
• Rodolphe (6/5): OK pour très court séjour. - L’emplacement, l’appartement spacieux. Très bon accueil. Appartement au rez-de-chaussée à côté de la porte d’entrée. On entend le buzz de la porte avant qu’elle claque en se fermant. Donc ça peut être un peu bruyant avec les allées et venues. L’appartement était pas très propre. Il y a beaucoup de poussière partout dans les coins. Le micro-ondes était très poussiéreux, la plaque de la cuisine était graisseuse. L’immeuble est très sonore. On entend tout chez les voisins. Notamment quand ils vont aux toilettes qui sont juste derrière la cuisine. La douche fuit. Oreillers très durs.
• Lidia (2/5): Decepcionante - George, es amable. Nos dejó salir más tarde. Lo amable no significa que sea profesional cuando alquila algo en ese estado... NO es lo que esperábamos y NO repetiría. El apartamento estaba muy muy muy sucio, habia mugre por todos lados. No se trata de descuido, más bien dejadez y falta de mantenimiento. La suciedad que ahí hay es preocupante y un poquito vergonzoso. Es cierto que calidad/precio... no pido que haya más de mobiliario porque tiene lo necesario para pasar un par de noches (cucarachas incluidas) pero al menos que este LIMPIO!!!

Parcheggio comodo, ma necessità del proprietario per entrare / uscire se necessario muovere spesso la macchina un po' scomodo

• Mireya (4/5): Decepción total - La ubicación es buena, la calefacción va estupendamente bien. La limpieza es nula, polvo, manchas y suciedad por todos lados. Las imágenes que aparecen en el Booking son totalmente diferentes (rozando la estafa), manillas rotas, 🪳 cucarachas, sillones manchados, armarios cerrados con 🔒, toallas que parecen lijas y exfoliante, y mucho más. Todo un desastre, NO lo recomiendo!!!🥴.

HASTA EL DUEÑO LIMPIO CON SUS MANOS EL SOFA QUE ESTABA CON PISADAS DE BARRO. PARA SENTARNOS A VER LA TELE TUVIMOS QUE PONER LAS TOALLAS. MI HIJA ES ALERGUCA AL POLVO, Y HABIA POLVO POR TODOS LOS RINCONES. TENGO FOTOS DE TODO. • Tere (4/5): - La ubicación.El anfitrión muy amable e incluso no permitio hacer la llegada antes de tiempo. Lamento tener que dejar está valoración pero hace como dos años y medio estuvimos en este mismo lugar y estaba muy bien pero en esta ocasión estaba bastante dejado el lugar ,falta de limpieza el colchón de la cama bastante incómodo tiene deformidades y otros detalles como dejar el cartón del papel de cocina puesto en el soporte y no poner uno nuevo ,dejar botellas de agua usadas ,la alfombra del plato de ducha sucio ,el aplique del espejo bastante sucio y un largo etc....es una lastima porque con el debido cuidado estaría muy bien ,actualmente las fotos no coinciden a como está el alojamiento. Volvería por el anfitrión pero no volveré por el alojamiento.Ademas los demás inquilinos son muy ruidosos , ruidos hasta muy tarde y ruidos muy temprano.

• Michał (8/5): Dobra lokalizacja w dobrej cenie - Gospodarz mówił w wielu językach! Lokal było łatwo znaleźć. Dobrze zabezpieczony budynek. Blisko jest duży sklep spożywczy. Super wygodne łóżko! Klamka od łazienki była lekko uszkodzona, pod toaletą była lekko brudna podłoga. Dolny pojemnik w lodówce mógłby być bardziej czysty.

If a design and modern furniture is not must have for you, and you are looking for a simple place to sleepover in the very near of Malaga center, I would recommend.

• Jakub (6/5): Well located but noisy - The apartment is located within a walking distance to the old town, so you can leave you car in the underground parking and... well, just have a nice walk. It is a small apartment so for a family of 5 it was quite cramped. But the biggest problem is the noise. The walls are paper thin so if you sneeze, your neighbor from the apartment next door says "bless you". And since the inner courtyard of the building is a real agora for the inhabitants, you unwillingly participate in the (night)life.

• Laura (7/5): Good - 20 min walk to the old town. Underground parking with elevator access (interesting experience :)). Nice host. Apartment is simply furnished, but has everything you need for a short stay. From early morning was a noise from the entrance to the building and from the street.

Kitchen facilities adequate, well furnished bathroom. A short walk to the centre, to the sea about 2 km. The kettle was missing The narrow alley is occupied by "inadaptable" neighbours from the opposite house from the afternoon until the early morning (2 - 4 am). Just outside the windows, shouting, music, car noise.
• Wayne (4/5): Glad we were only there for one night! - The chap who checked us in was a lovely guy, we had to communicate through booking.com message function for translation, but he was super helpful. There was literally no comfortable place to sit or lay down. The sofa was old and probably made by the same people who make budget airline seats. The beds were truly the most uncomfortable we have ever experienced, I contemplated sleeping on the floor. I am glad it was just one night before we moved on to our resort. Although not really dirty, the apartment also was not sparkling clean either. The location was pretty sketchy too, although to be fair it did appear to be next door to a police station, but suffice to say, there were a hell of a lot of barred windows and doors.

• Indre (9/5): Basic apartment in convenient location - The location is very good, easy to go to the city center and all attractions on foot. It was very good option for short stay and Malaga city visit. Also, it was convenient that parking place is in the underground garage, no need to walk anywhere with kids and luggage :) The host was nice.
