• Jurišić Bilić (6/5): Lokacija top, apartman flop! - Svidjela mi se lokacija apartmana i općenito je apartman u redu. Međutim, kreveti nisu udobni, što je jedna od zamjerki, kao i to što je dio namještaja oštećen (komode i stolice u blagovaonici). Najbolji dio apartmana svakako je njegova izvrsna lokacija. Nisu mi se svidjeli kreveti, kao ni to što je dosta namještaja oštećeno. Unatoč tome što mi ništa nismo oštetili, vlasnici nam nisu vratili akontaciju od 150 eura. Smatram da to nikako nije u redu s njihove strane, jer na taj način mogu naplatiti postojeća oštećenja svakome tko dođe u apartman.

Ingen gardiner for kjø - Sentralt til stranda Hadde kloakklukt fra badet, gjennomsyrer hele leiligheten . Hadde dialog med Booking , som sa de skulle sende en rørlegger, ingen kom. Vanskelig å få til dialog , når ingen kom til oss for pølse problemet. Lyset i taket på et soverom gikk , sendte melding , ingen kom for å skifte det. Brødrister som tok sikring hver gang den skulle brukes.

Aunque este en segunda línea, se ve perfectamente el mar, y así en parte está mejor, porque no le da mucho tiempo el sol directamente y es más fresco...! Algunas cosillas sin importancia, como las sillas de la cocina que están un poco mal los tornillos. El no poder pasar desde el holl al garaje porque no estaban las llaves en el llavero. Y tener q dar la vuelta tanto para entrar como para salir. Y poco más...
• Gabriel (6/5): - La situación del apartamento Las obras en el edificio, ruidos a partir de las 8:30 h por las obras. Falta de cortinajes en cocina y salón para guardar intimidad. Escasa vajilla y cubertería. El cepillo de barrer muy sucio y el recogedor roto. Debería mejorar. Y un detalle al llegar al apartamento me encontré la puerta principal abierta de par en par, llamé para notificarlo y la respuesta fue, la abría abierto la corriente, y nadie se presentó para verificar que no faltaba nada, ya que recogí las llaves sobres las 15:30 h. y no entre está pasado las 16:30 h. Y el apartamento no está igual como en las fotos del anuncio. Que hubiera pasado si faltase algo ?? Creo que alguien se tenía que aver acercado para verificar el contenido, ya que nos quedamos un poco angustiados.

• Javier (8/5): - La ubicación. La bañera de uno de los baños era muy poco práctica. La ducha del otro baño no tragaba bien el agua. Algunos utensilios de la cocina hubo que volver a limpiarlos dada la falta de limpieza.

• Nayaz (6/5): Loved the location of the stay but the house needs some attention. - Excellent location, aesthetic set up and has a great view. Staff took a while to respond, but fixed the issues we faced. We had to spend two days with a broken toilet door and broken bedroom lamp.

I have requested immediately the 5th one. There was no reaction. Upon my reminder, it was delivered , but 24 hours later. - Contact with the host (Samantha). It was a disaster. Delayed replies, no responses. None of my minor demands were accepted. I have been a booking.com client for 10 years and have never met such an unfriendly host.

• Petra (9/5): Spacious, bright apartment in a great location! - Perfectly located apartment close to the beach, to the park and city centre. Beautiful light living room with a sea view, we really enjoyed sitting there, talking and watching the sea. Despite of the flat being located between other high buildings you get enough light. Three bedrooms, so we used one as a room for luggages and clothes. Very convenient utility room next to kitchen with washing machine and cleaning supplies. Some reviews complained about flat not being cleaned properly, I raised that concern before we arrived and the flat was spotless clean! There were few insufficiencies in the flat, like worn out kick boarding on the floor/bathroom.. however, it didn’t have any impact on the holiday vibes and we would stay there again. Overall very good value for money!
• Nicole (8/5): Practical apartment close to the beach - The apartment had a great location, only a few minutes away from the beach and walking distance to the city. The size of the apartment was great for our family and was well equipped. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. Communication with the hosting company was always good. They reply promptly and are very friendly. Overall a fairly good experience! Cleanliness could improve. There was dirt on the floor when we arrived and the dining table had crumbs all over it. Also the walls in one of the rooms was quite dirty with finger prints. The tumbler did not work. With a few small repairs the apartment would improve a lot ( cracked toilet flusher button, skirting boards along the floor coming off , shower water nor draining properly).

• Desmond (7/5): Good - Location was perfect. Loved the big lounge dining area with the view. The air conditioning was good and the washing machine and cook top worked fine. The property was very tired with chipped crockery, skirtings falling off, and bathroom fittings that were not stable. The plugs in the kitchen and bath did not work. The bath felt like it would fall over when you got into it.
• Gaelle (8/5): Great for a beach trip - Perfect location, spacious apartment with lots of light. The kitchen was well equipped so it felt like home. The agency I dealt with for the rental was responsive and helpful . Quiet flat with friendly neighbors around and lots of shops around . It wasn't cleaned thoroughly and one of the beds' mattress needs to be changed. Adding a few hooks to hang towels would also make the stay more comfortable. None of this would stop me from coming back. I enjoyed my stay .

• Jan (1/5): Find something else. - Leaving We entered into a dirty apartment that was completely different from the pictures. There were bugs in the kitchen drawers, dishes smelled of fish, the dishwasher was not working. The walls in the whole apartment were ruined with baseboards sticking out and glued together with DIY glue gun (probably by a random person not knowing how to operate it). The beds were uncomfortable with mattresses caving in. Probably used since 1980’ but never changed. Toilets were dirty with rest of cigarette cinders and to flush we had to remove the cover as the panel was totally destroyed. Furthermore the sliding doors were of hinges which means that you had to use the toilets with doors open. In the rooms don’t expect any decent heating as everything is done through AC that takes ages to heat up the place. The car park is enough for a Smart and nothing more. Finally, the staff is composed of scammers that will do their best to charge you for random things. Conveniently enough the card used for the deposit did not match the card we used and they were unable to process the refund and once pressed the abhorrent quality of the apartment was used as an argument not to process the refund. Overall, pathetic apartment run by incompetent people.
• Jessica (6/5): the location is great and the apartment has a lot of potential, but it is far too run down and there were too many broke - The location was lovely and close to lots of amenities. We also liked the little peak of beach from the balcony. The baby cot was clean and comfortable. The property is very run down. Both toilet doors were broken, both Televisions do not work properly and the dishwasher was broken on arrival, but was fixed. There is a dryer, but it doesn’t work. When we contacted the management the said they would not fix it because it was not advertised in their book.com advert. The management were approachable and did fix the toilet doors asap, but the other issues were not addressed. The beds were uncomfortable, the whole apartment was dusty and the car park is so small you can only fit a smart car.

The apartment is really humid during winter time and doesn’t have proper heater to warm up the rooms. The apartment is not really well maintained, such as the baseboards were broken and wall damaged …
• Serena (4/5): not worth it. - good location walking distance to old town and close to beach Dirty. When we first arrived, we noticed several issues with cleanliness: stained shower towel, hair and dust on most surface and rolling around on the floor, hair in shower, bed sheets, sink etc., coffee left in French press, crumbs left in toaster, stains on surfaces, I could go on. We let management know the following morning and while they did get housekeeping to come in that day, they only really addressed the towel, French press and toaster. the overall dust remained. also the bed in the master was very uncomfortable with the mattress obviously sunk in the middle. however couldn’t sleep in the other rooms because there were stains on the pillow in the second bedroom and the twin beds were not made up with sheets. very disappointing.

Probably the pictures from booking were done when the apartment was new renovated. When we've get there, the cleaning was very poor and a lot of things in apartament were broken. The walls were dirty.
