This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Deluxe Collection Uncibay in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 450 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. IMPORTANT NOTICE: NOTE: DO NOT CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING IF ANY OF THE GUESTS ARE UNDER 35 YEARS OLD. The guest has some obligations if he/she accepts this booking. Please read carefully and accept this booking ONLY if you agree with everything. In case you do not agree, please DO NOT book this flat. 1. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00h. a. If you wish to check-in later than 20:00h and until 00.00h there is an additional charge that you must consult beforehand because it varies according to the flat. b. After 00.00h it is not possible to check-in. c. The late check-in service is provided by an independent company, so it must be requested and paid for before 20:00 the day before your arrival. d. For bookings with same day check-in it is not possible to contract the late check-in service, so the latest check-in time is 20h. e. In case of non-compliance, the totality of the reservation will be lost, not being able to access the remaining days as it is cancelled in its entirety. 2. Mandatory payment of the deposit: a. We remind you that the payment of the damage deposit corresponds to your reservation and accommodation, and must be made fourteen days before check-in. b. If your booking is made less than fourteen days before check-in, payment by bank transfer is compulsory on the day of booking. c. The following are the bank details where the transfer should be made: IBAN: ES57 0128 0780 5301 0014 3963 - Bic/Swift: BKBKESMMXXX - Holder: Apartamentos Turísticos - Concept: Name and booking number * Deposit. Amount: Consult the amount in the conditions of your reservation. d. The payment of the deposit must be made by BANK TRANSFER. If the booking is made on the day of arrival, it must be made by IMMEDIATE BANK TRANSFER or CASH IN CASHIER'S DEPOSIT. e. Likewise, we inform you that the deposit will only be considered paid once we have received the deposit, not being valid the provision of a bank receipt in any case. f. In case of non-fulfilment, the totality of the reservation will be forfeited and the remaining days will not be available as they will be cancelled in their entirety. 3. Minimum age of 35 years for ALL guests: a. All guests must be 35 years of age or older to have access to the flat. b. No changes can be made to guests notified by you at the time of booking. c. All guests must send us ID or Passport to prove their age. d. This property is not suitable for stag or hen parties or similar parties. e. IMPORTANT NOTE: IF ANY OF THE GUESTS ARE UNDER 35 YEARS OF AGE, DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!!!!!! 4. DNI and Passport: By law and company requirements, all guests need to be identified with a valid DNI or Passport and this information will be sent to the National Police. 5. Pets: a. You must inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet and there is always an additional cost per pet per night. b. The pet must pay for the entire booking regardless of the number of days it stays overnight. c. In case of non-compliance, the entire deposit will be forfeited. 6. Additional persons: a. It is important that you select well the people who are going to be accommodated, as there is an exhaustive control on this aspect. b. Any additional person not included in your booking must be paid for at an additional cost. c. In case of non-compliance you will lose the totality of the deposit. 7. Check In a. It is compulsory that the owner of the reservation is present at the time of check in. b. The check in cannot be transferred to a third person, regardless of whether he/she is a guest or not. 8. Return of Deposit a. The deposit is refunded from 8 to 14 working days after your departure as expressly stated in your Booking.com terms and conditions. b. For the refund of the deposit it is essential that you request it by writing to Booking.com sending all bank details such as account holder, bank IBAN, SWIFT and booking number. Without this information we cannot refund the amount because it is required by the financial institution. Until this information is sent we cannot refund the deposit. c. Failure to comply with the rules or damages will result in the loss of the deposit automatically without the right to a refund.

Fiorenza (8/5): Very good - Apartment modern, clean, comfortable. Located in the heart of the city, a bit noisy in the night due to the bars and clubs located in the same street but very close to all the points of interest. Many restrictions and conditions linked to the reservation. Before booking, ask the property to inform you about it or where you can read them all. High deposit requested but they returned it in 3 days. (despite by contract, they could have done between 8 and 14 days).
Hmad (1/5): It was a nightmare - We spent one night in this apartment and the experience was terrible. Communication with the manager was extremely complicated and unpleasant — he was very rude and unhelpful. The conditions for check-in, especially on weekends, were very difficult and made everything even more stressful. It was raining, and we had to wait all day because we weren’t allowed to check in until late in the evening. It was a hard and disappointing experience. We do not recommend this place.
Mataitis (1/5): Just a scam :( - Just a scam :( Confirmed room with street view, we got a view of the wall three metres away and a rubbish. Rooms were untidy and dirty on arrival. We had to wait for two hours before the housekeeper arrived. Rooms are dark and stuffy.
Vsevolod (1/5): Be prepared for a frustrating and unpleasant experience. - The location is right in the heart of downtown Malaga, which is great. However, it does come with some drawbacks, such as noise and the smell from nearby restaurants. This was the worst and most disappointing booking experience in all my years of traveling! The apartment is managed by a company that blatantly disrespects its guests. The staff deliberately ignored our requests and made the entire process incredibly stressful. I had to invest a lot of time and effort just to arrange the key handover. When I tried to transfer the deposit, my bank flagged their account as suspicious and refused the transaction — likely due to multiple past disputes regarding deposit refunds. The staff are deceitful and untrustworthy. When we finally arrived at the apartment, it had a horrible stench, as if the previous guests had been drinking alcohol there for an entire week. Right in front of us, the cleaner took out a huge bag full of empty bottles. Although the apartment had clearly been cleaned, the terrible smell lingered for two full days.

Veronika (6/5): Read the terms properly before booking. They are a bit control freaks. - After some issues at the beginning communication improved a lot and at the end it was nice and smooth. Location was perfect and the second apartment was nice. Special conditions , hidden info about deposit on bank account, unwillingness to solve problems, strange suspicious communication, uncertainity after booking and stay, first apartmet was not according to description, towels were a bit smelly, house was under reconstruction

Tanya (3/5): I do not recommend booking this property. - Spacious and central location. Property was not well kept inside, walls were dirty and furniture old . They charge a 300 euro deposit. They do not tell you at the time of booking that in order to get your deposit back you need to request it through another department. Upon asking for the deposit back, the host has stopped all communication and does not respond to calls or messages. The flat was left exactly how we found it, yet the host does not seem to want to return the deposit.

Norah (6/5): A good apartment in a central location which could be great if a little more thought were given to the comfort of client - very central location. stairwell had a massive hole in the wall with exposed wires. Just one hand towel per bathroom and one towel per person. Only one pillow per person and the beds were uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed it - highly recommend to anyone wanting to spend some quality time in Malaga
