• VALERIO (9/5): Tre giorni sono volati! Ci siamo trovati Molto bene! Malaga❣️ - Camere comode e spazi grandi.. la presenza di 2 bagni.. posizione comoda e centrale con stazione metro a 4 minuti a piedi. A mio parere dovrebbero essere fornite almeno 2 copie delle chiavi di casa perché considerando che eravamo in 6 in casa, non potevamo spostarci da soli con la libertà di poter rientrare quando volevamo. La cucina potrebbe essere un po’ più fornita di posate, strofinacci ecc.. inoltre servirebbe qualcosa per scolare le stoviglie lavate perché non c’è una scolapiatti.. le docce aperte sono comode ma un po’ piccole quindi l’acqua schizza in giro per tutto il bagno.

• Roberta (8/5): - Posizione centralissima, si arriva dall'aeroporto con un quarto d'ora di treno e poi ci si muove tranquillamente a piedi. Alloggio nuovissimo ristrutturato e dotato di oggi comfort, perfino la caffettiera italiana! Lo scarico di una doccia tendeva a intasarsi, il portone puzzava

• MAITE (1/5): Ubicación genial pero al anfitrión le doy un zero - Ubicación Lo primero que tengo que decir es que mi experiencia ha sido nefasta. Aboné 150€ de fianza que me pedía el anfitrión+ 17€ por llevar a mi perrita. Él me aseguró que una vez revisado todo tras el check -out se devolvía....eso fué el día 24 de diciembre a día de hoy 9 de enero sigo sin recibir mi fianza de 150€.... Le escribo por WhatsApp tarda días en contestar, me pide mi número de cuenta cuando él es el gestor de la plataforma a través de la cual hice ese pago....en fin me tocará por supuesto tomar otras medidas. Tras mí experiencia como anfitrión la atención no puede ser peor.
• Paula (5/5): - La ubicación y el apartamento es bonito El trato del dueño , totalmente empatico, prepotente, me sentí mu mal tratada hasta que se soluciono el problema que no fue mío por cierto, asegurándome de echarme del piso con 3 niñas menores por culpa de una mala gestión de ellos y tachandome como si la culpa fuera mía. evidentemente yo no entendía nada y solo quería una solución que fue pagarle 60e más que sin problema le pague sin tener culpa enfinn, pero el apartamento estaba bien y la ubicación tamb

• Heather (9/5): Lovely clean apartment close to the Malaga Christmas lights. Loved my stay ! - Spacious, great location, very clean and comfortable. Loved the outside shutters to make the room dark. Toaster, coffee machine were useful. 2 bathrooms a plus. Easy to access on arrival day. A little noisy as the apartment sides onto a road with traffic lights. Occasionally I could hear music from cars waiting at the lights. Mostly just early morning and I am a light sleeper.

• Myra (8/5): Great location - Location excellent, few minutes walk from the train station, plenty of bars, coffee shops & eateries within a few minutes walk 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living space with dining table, settee & tv No blinds/shutters in one of the bedrooms and only very flimsy curtains so no way of blocking out the lights from the main road outside the window.

• Carine (9/5): - L'appartement idéalement situé à côté du grand marché et très proche de l'hyper centre. Les deux chambres avec des lits confortables. L'espace dans l'appartement et les deux salles de bain. J'avais fait une erreur dans le nombre de nuits réservées. J'ai contacté l'équipe qui a été très sympathique et réactive et nous a permis de passer une nuit supplémentaire. Un grand merci à eux! L'appartement est assez bruyant car situé à un carrefour avec beaucoup de circulation (bus, motos). Il n'y avait aucun nécessaire de cuisine, même pour dépanner (huile, sel, poivre, café), ce qui aurait été un plus.

• Agripina (8/5): Beau week end à Malaga - La proximité du marché central et du centre historique, tout peut se faire à pied. Localisation idéale Le bus qui dessert l aéroport est à côté, très pratique. Appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Une odeur d'égout dans le hall de l'immeuble, mais aucune odeur dans les appartements, ce n'est donc pas prejudiciable. La façade extérieure est en plein ravalement, donc pour l'instant peu de luminosité et risque de bruit en semaine (les travaux semblent être sur la fin)
• Michele Nicholas (6/5): Soggiorno nella media - Ottima posizione dal centro citta. La casa era carina , letti molto comodi e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. La proprietaria pur essendo fuori (in anticipo ) orario check-in ci ha consegnato le chiavi molto prima ed è stata molto disponibile per soddisfare le nostre richieste . Purtroppo devo dire che sono parecchie le cose negative , Il palazzo era un po’ fatiscente , con lavori in corso ( naturalmente per ristrutturazione ) All’ingresso era presente una puzza di fogna continua abbastanza fastidiosa e nauseante il tutto abbellito da scarafaggi che sono stati trovati in casa L’appartamento per quanto fosse bello strutturalmente e vicino dal centro , aveva petecchie cose negative come Mancanza di alcuni prodotti base che solitamente si trovano nella stessa . Appartamento non era proprio pulitissimo e alcuni utensili addirittura erano sporchi ma messi lì per essere utilizzati . Diciamo che c’è da lavorare … P.s sarebbe stato bello sarebbe che il palazzo fosse in ristrutturazione, perché sicuramente avrebbe influenzato la nostra scelta su un altro appartamento .
• Carmen (3/5): Mal olor y problemas con acceso - La ubicación y que tenía dos baños El mal olor que había en la entrada del edificio a tubería así como las incidencias a la hora de entrada ya que no abría el telefonillo y tuvimos que molestar a varios vivimos y por ello recibimos quejas y críticas de los mismos.

• matteo (7/5): consiglierei di pernottare qui, però ecco, era giusto mettere i puntini sulle i! - posizione ottima, personale accogliente e disponibile ho trovato un po’ di polvere nell’appartamento, il vetro di una delle due docce era rotto, un piatto era scheggiato e una pentola bruciata. inoltre l’apri porta del citofono si è rotto durante il pernottamento e ha reso l’entrata in casa un po’ più complicata ma nulla di disastroso. il problema principale è che non ci è stato segnalato il fatto che ci fossero lavori in corso e che ci fosse un cantiere giusto fuori dalla finestra; i muratori mettevano la musica a palla dalle 7 del mattino e non ci hanno permesso di dormire la maggior parte delle giornate. inoltre nel complesso c’era un odore di fogna dato che le avevano appunto aperte per fare i lavori. per concludere i vetri delle finestre erano sporchi di vernice (da fuori) dato che stavano verniciando. insomma, nel complesso siamo stati molto bene, e sono a conoscenza del fatto che la maggior parte dei problemi che abbiamo riscontrato non potevano essere controllati dall’host, ci avrebbe fatto semplicemente piacere se ci fosse stato segnalato.

• Wendy (3/5): Not what we expected!! - There was no staff . Tried to reach them several times just a form letter. We were not told there was going to be construction at the the building we were staying at. Starting at 7:45 am. If we had known I wouldn't have booked this place. The entrance to the building had very bad lighting. A strong smell of sewage.. no place to put your luggage while we were waiting to get into the building. 1 towel for 3 days each.. I would not recommend. Good location.
• Debbie (7/5): Good - This location is great. The marina, beach and old town are very accessible walking. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people, although 2 would be in the living room. The local contact was very responsive and took care of any concerns Immediately The apartment is tired. The kitchen cupboard doors are crooked and won't close properly. There were some small amenities for the kitchen I had to buy for a 2 month stay. Some of the towels and sheets have small holes in them. The couch is not in great shape but has a cover. The street noise from cars was loud. It could use a refresh. On the day of my arrival, no one answered the buzzer to let me in the building. I was able to get the cab driver to phone someone to get in.
• Ilze (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect - very close to all attractions, shopping malls, train station, market, but at the same time it was not noisy. The apartment was very basic but perfect for our family - enough space for everyone. And 2 bathrooms is also very important detail. The room was not ready at the time of our arrival (it would be nice to send some message that the room will be ready later, so that we could adjust our plans). Everything was very good, but some small details (that do not cost a fortune) can make a big difference (some tea, sugar, coffee, kitchen towels). And also information about closest garbage bins would be nice.

• Kelly (8/5): Great location - bring your own towels! - the location is great, very central and handy for shopping, sight seeing and a nice walk to the marina. we may have been unlucky that it was the guests before us, but there is an air of lingering cigarette smoke in the apartment. Also, there is only 1 towel provided per guest (for a 4 day stay). I would advise future guests to bring their own towels.
