• Elma (10/5): - We loved staying here!! Everything was just right, clean and comfortable. It was super easy to get to the city center as the metro was 3 minutes away from the apartment. The fact that the whole apartment operates over Alexa is also really cool, something new and fun we got to try. The owners were very kind and helpful as well! Would definitely come here again.
• Montserrat (8/5): Recomendable al 70 - Las instalaciones muy bonitas. Solo pongo una pega, el colchón. Es bastante malo a mí parecer, dormimos muy mal. Ojalá lo cambien pronto porque es lo único negativo que tiene.

• Ainara (6/5): - La atención por parte de los anfitriones. La cama crujía bastante al moverse y los ruidos de la calle se escuchaban bastante aún con ventanas cerradas. Por otro lado, hubo dos mañanas en las que aparecieron en la pileta del baño un montón de hormigas pequeñitas (supusimos que vendrían del desagüe ya que no las vimos ni en techo ni paredes ni suelo…)

• Silke (9/5): Cooles Apartment in guter Lage - Das Apartment ist cool im industrial style eingerichtet. Das lange Sofa erlaubt zwei Personen die Beine hochzulegen. Die Matratze fanden wir (Mutter-Tochter-Duo) auch sehr bequem. Toll fanden wir, dass gekühlte Getränke, Chips und Kaffeekapseln vorhanden waren (gegen Bezahlung, sehr faire Preise). Die Waschmaschine und die ausziehbare Wäscheleine sind sehr nützlich. Es war auch alles sehr sauber und das Apartment liegt sehr nah an der Metro und an Bushaltestellen. Die Qualität der Kochtöpfe/ der Pfanne könnte besser sein und es gab kein scharfes Messer. Für einfache Sachen reicht es aber und insgesamt finde ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

El propietario te deja algun detalle gratis, cerveza agua....y en lo demás marca El precio por si consumes algo. Hay que subir 2 pisos sin ascensor...así se hace ejercicio.

• Thorsten (8/5): Ein schönes Erlebnis. - Es ist alles wie beschrieben, eine schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Man kann zum Strand laufen 20 Minuten) und es gibt viele Cafés, Restaurants. Es läuft in der Wohnung alles über Alexa und das mag ich persönlich nicht so gerne aber es funktioniert.

Очень удобно с самостоятельным заселением, особенно как в нашем случае - надо было уже довольно поздно. Очень тонкие окна, а район довольно шумный, за окном детская площадка, и возможно нам так повезло, но большая толпа резвилась на площадке до 2 часов ночи. Надеюсь вам повезет больше :)

• Joanne (10/5): Great little apartment! - The apartment was clean and modern and had everything you could need for a short trip. We were very grateful for the cold water and beer in the fridge as we arrived very late and hadn't had food or drink and nowhere was open! The location is great for the beach and handy enough to get the bus into the main areas of the town. When we arrived we were unsure how to turn in the air con, the remote was a little hidden but the host replied straight away to help us.

The property is super clean, nice and has everything you might need for your stay! The location is perfect - just a few minutes walking to the beach! Check-in and check-out are super easy and Veronica was extremely nice and even left us a small treat for our stay! The cute little surprise was that the studio is powered by Alexa which was fun! • Ashraf (2/5): It was a disappointing stay!! I don’t recommend at all!! - The place is equipped/connected with Alexa. The lights are connected but not TV! I like the stairs of the bed! 1- From the moment of my arrivals, I had a very bad impression as they ask me to wait in the street 15 min after 2 pm (as the check in time was 2 PM)!! Why?!! Because the floor was WET!!! They didn’t respond to my message as there’s nothing to do and I have to wait in front of the door for 15 min! I attach a screenshot!! This incident was really upsetting!!! 2- They provide you with coffee capsules and small bottles of water (0.33) for 0.99€!! which is funny!! They offer other things too and there’s a list of prices!! I stayed at many Airbnb and places in booking, and it’s FREE all the time!! I didn’t like the fact they have a mini fridge and they ask you to leave the money in cash by the end of the stay or they will send you an invoice to pay via PayPal!! The rate per night is not cheap and to provide you with water and coffee for less than 6-7€!! It’s a cheap way that doesn’t show any hospitality at all!! 3- They think they provide you with high end studio with Alexa and they forget to fill out the shower gel box in the shower which is very BASIC!! It was annoying!! 4- It’s very noisy during the day and night as it’s close to the Main Street and is 2nd floor! 5- There’s no comfortable desk or table to work on your laptop! Only a bar table which is not convenient work!!

Parking nearby is free Staff were very helpful and obliging Stairs with luggage were tricky. The apartment was a bit small and the bed layout isn't very comfortable for 2. (Stairs, only one side can exit).

Really close to metro station, 5 minutes walk to beach, 15 minutes walk to train station. Minor complications with keys. Street was quite calm but you can here everything, even with closed windows. Proper table would be improvement.
• Tsvetelina (8/5): Very nice apartment for a reasonable price! - It was very easy to enter the apartment, because the host had provided super clear instructions on how to get in. We were communicating non-stop via WhatsApp, which helped us a lot during the trip, as she was responding very quickly, and she was providing recommendations, when needed. The apartment had everything that a person might need during a vacation, and it was very near to a metro station, and to the beach. The bathroom was a little bit small.

Easy check-in and check-out process. Clean, comfortable appartment for very great price. Kitchen stuff, towels - everything is in place. Mini bar is not in the cost, so you should pay separately. Alexa functionality will help you to manage the appartment. 30 mins walking to the city center, 10 mins by bus to the city center. In December it's a bit cold in the room, that's why conditioning system will work for Heating.

• Pearse (9/5): This apartment is ideal for people who like a convenient stay in a peaceful area where locals live - The apartment is really well located even though that may not be immediately apparent. It is only 3 minutes walk from Princesa-Huelin metro Line 2. I got onto the train at Guadalmedia (beside a large El Corte Ingles department store); 3 stops. A further few minutes walk on to the excellent Panaderia Confitería Salvador Huelin, on Calle Tomas Echeverria where I ate breakfasts. There is a large choice of restaurants and bars on that street that ends at the sea front on Carretera de Cadiz. Around a corner from Salvador, I had a great choice of buses and 2 stops to the major train and bus stations Maria-Zambrano. There are no hilly walks in the area. The apartment is really well-equipped and comfortable. I slept well in the quiet residential area. No complaints.

• Elina (9/5): Totally amazing place to stay in! Would be happy to return, truly enjoyed the experience. - Excellent location, near to the sea, public transportation right next to the home. Also by foot the historic city centre was very reachable (less than 3km). The apartment was very cool, loved the Alexa thing, the bed was super comfy. The "mini market" was an amazing idea, we were happy to use it. The host was super cool, very welcoming and nice. Would definitely recommend the place! The street can get noisy and even closed windows won't help it, so this should be kept in mind if some quiet is important especially on early mornings. The pot and the pan were a bit scratched, so we did not really use those, maybe some new ones without the scratchable surface covering would be a good longer-term investment. If two people are using the shower in a row, the warm water can run out... A mini trash bin for the bathroom would be a nice addition. And just a thought about the lights - those big warm-light bulbs would have been amazing to turn on separately, the light seemed to be so nice, but all the lights turned on at once and were somehow connected. So if this is technically possible, would be great to consider :)

• Zakia (7/5): A great apartment in a good location with easy metro access to Malaga city. - The apartment was very clean and was equipped really wwll. There was a little mini market of goods to purchase at very cost effective prices. The bed made a terrible sound which resulted in not sleeping well. Every time we moved sliggrly, it squeaked and would wake us up.

• Chantelle (10/5): A fantastic apartment for a Malaga trip! - The property was fantastic! so clean and fresh. Beautifully designed and decorated. It was modern, light, airy and impeccable. It had all the amenities one could need and was a perfect apartment for our trip to Malaga. Lots to do around the apartment and a 10 minute drive to the airport and city centre.
