• Nina (7/5): - Ligging, midden in het centrum. In principe krijgt iedereen 1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek voor het verblijf. Ik vond dit persoonlijk te weinig. Daarnaast is de receptie gesloten in het weekend.

Die Fenster sind absolut schalldicht - falls man lärmempfindlich ist, ich mag aber auch die abendlichen Stimmen aus der Fußgängerzone, parallel zur Calle Lario. Das Apartment ist ideal, wenn man alleine reist, kurzfristig geht es auch zu zweit. Ich würde es wieder buchen!

• Dmytro (10/5): Top Unterkunft! - Sehr netter Host. Lage ist unfassbar zentral. Noch keine bessere Lage zum Übernachten gehabt. W-Lan war defekt. Besitzer hat sich aber viel Mühe gemacht und uns sogar einen Router gebracht, sodass wir beide sehr gut arbeiten konnten. Bisschen mehr Utensilien für die Küche wären top gewesen.

Klein minpuntje: de tv heeft alleen Spaanse zenders en het bedienen is ingewikkeld.

L'égout de la douche de la salle de bain ne semblait être équipé d'une trappe siphon qui doit stopper les odeurs d'égout. Résultat, une puanteur dans l'appartement. Si vous choisissiez cet appartement et que vous avez besoin d'un WIFI efficace vous serez déçus, vous devez comprendre que le WIFI annoncé ne fonctionne pas adéquatement. Vous devrez consommer vos données en itinérance!
• stephanie (6/5): Let down by the service - The location was excellent & it was very clean. It looks as in the photos. Wifi didnt work. I contacted the staff multiple times about it and it was firstly ignored and secondly made no effort to resolve the issue. This therefore made the smart tv useless. One of the reasons we booked the room. The pillows are terrible. They are not proper bed pillows therefore I end up with neck and back pain for my holiday. The bathroom smelled on sewage at times.

• Iryna (4/5): Perferct location, but they really need to take better care of their property, service, and small details. - 1. Location -Excellent ( if you enjoy staying in the heart of the city); the beach is about a 30-minute walk away. 2. Apartment decently furnished, with all the basics covered. Nice long windows and small balcony. 3. There is a washing machine in the appartment. Iron ( the iron is almost burnt, but it works). 3. Carlos is a nice manager who replied quickly via WhatsApp. 4. The bathroom ( shower and toilet) has handrails for elderly or disabled people. 1. I couldn’t sleep for two nights. It’s definitely not worth 150 euros per night (or more), plus a 200-euro deposit. The appartment door needs urgent repair — every time someone enters or exits to the building, the apartment door (2nd floor) rattles loudly. It startles me every time and made it hard to sleep, because the bed is positioned right next to the door. 2. No view from the window ( only on the sides) – it faces an old building currently under construction. It's difficult to sleep at night due to the noise from the street, and in the morning, the construction noise makes it impossible to rest. 3. Yes, you can close the window and turn on the air conditioner, but that creates a new problem. The unit has two vents — one directly above the bed and another opposite — both blowing air directly onto your face and body, even when set to night mode. So, you're stuck: you can't sleep with the window open because of the noise, and you can't sleep with the AC on because this blowing is too uncomfortable. 4. The bed is too small for two people ( it’s short) with a soft, uncomfortable mattress and poor-quality pillows. The linens were dirty, with what looked like blood stains — it seemed like they hadn't been washed. There was only one sheet provided for two people. 5. The bathroom hood also needs fixing — it buzzes so loud when you turn on the light. 6. It was dirty in some parts of the appartment. I had to clean up to put my things in. 7. You can’t keep your luggage before check in and after check out ( only in the locker nearby). 8. To access the building, the apartment, and even to turn on the lights, you need three separate keys. There’s no code entry system — everything relies on physical keys, which makes access less convenient.
• Niels Christian (8/5): Good: Location and facilities Bad: WIFI and safe - The location is unbeatable and the apartment itself (Estudio 2B) is excellent with 4 French balconies, a bay window and 2 TVs (although only with Spanish channels). There is also a washing machine, electric kettle and microwave + the most necessary kitchenware. The apartment's air conditioning works effectively without making noise and the bed is also quite excellent - although the pillows are hard and uncomfortable. Upon check-in I was told that the WIFI was poor in the apartment and that the safe was not working. It is clear from other reviews that these two problems have been known for a long time and it is unprofessional that the landlord has not fixed these problems.

• Billy (4/5): Great location, terrible nights sleep. - The location was very central. There were lots of nice shops and restaurants located nearby. The air conditioning worked well. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. A coffee machine or a few detergent pods for the washing machine would be a nice addition The door of the apartment was poorly fitted and it would rattle every time that the main door of the apartment complex was opened or closed. This made sleeping very difficult and we both had very broken sleep during our stay. I had to get pieces of cardboard and use them as wedges around the door frame. This helped to reduce the rattling but didn't stop it completely. The bathroom was not very clean, there was a lot of black stains on the grout between the tiles. There was a terrible smell from the drain as well. We had to keep the door to the bathroom closed at all times. If we didn't do this the whole apartment would smell. There was no Wifi for the first few days and when we eventually got a connection it was poor. The WiFi eventually stopped working altogether. The sheets were too small for the bed and kept coming away from the mattress. When we contacted the rental company about the door and the smell we got no satisfactory answer, there was a vague promise of a maintenance worker coming out but nothing materialised.

• Roman (6/5): Fantastic location, but noise is a big problem - The location is fantastic - right in the heart of Malaga, just 5 minutes to the port and about 20 minutes to the beach. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works well, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Carlos was especially kind and gave us great advice about getting around the city. The biggest problem is the noise. The bathroom ventilation is extremely loud — you can’t even hear your own voice when it’s on. The front door has no sound insulation, so you hear every step and conversation in the hallway. On top of that, the door rattles at night because of the draft, which honestly feels like someone is trying to break in. It’s also impossible to open the window at night, as from around midnight to 4 a.m. the street cleaners are out, making it very noisy.

• dave (9/5): Perfect for wonderful Malaga - The location couldn’t have been better - bang in the centre of everything while just off the main drag so it was quiet and peaceful at night. Air con was excellent. I travelled light so the washing machine was really useful. Check-in was very easy - Carlos was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk from Centro railway station if coming in from the airport that way. Only issue was that the door rattled - I’m not sure what caused it (maybe when the neighbours closed their door). Loud enough to wake me.

• Janina (9/5): Top Zimmer - würden wir wieder buchen - Absolute top Lage! Direkt am Eingang zur Altstadt. Tolles Flair mit den kleinen Balkonen. Modernes Zimmer, komfortabel und das Nötigste vorhanden. Das Bett war bequem, allerdings nicht sehr groß für 2 Personen. Es war ein bisschen hellhörig. In der Küche hätten wir uns Geschirrhandtücher oder ähnliches gewünscht, um den Abwasch auch trocknen zu können. Der Check-In erfolgt in einem kleinen Büro in der Nähe. Das war nicht besonders weit entfernt, aber mit Gepäck und Co doch irgendwie doof durch die Stadt zu laufen.

Man hat alles was man benötigt, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Hinzukommt die ausgezeichnete Lage inmitten von Malaga. Dadurch liegt alles in Gehdistanz. Immer wieder gerne.

As an example, when I go into my room, it smells like sewer. Its a really bad smell that only goes away if i keep the apartment cold You cant close the door with the key and light because of the electricity key mechanism. This also prevents you from charging anything while away The shampoo and bodywash provided is very very bad The iron on the second floor has a big burn mark on it The pillows on the third floor are very uncomfortable One of the third floor appartments has a broken window, keeping it open. Which is not practical when in a crowded area Other disappointments: It would have been nice to provide coffee and tea with the coffee machines. Having a secure way of storing luggage would have been appreciated without needing to pay at another location. We rented 3 rooms, its the least they could do.

• Georgina (10/5): We will be back again… - The location was perfect! Central to everything you could possibly want or need. Carlos was amazing and always on the phone if I needed anything. Considering the apartment was central, once those doors were closed you didn’t hear the hustle and bustle of the outside. It was clean, big enough for two people for a city break. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property, my only slight thing I would change is having a safety deposit box.
• Ilze (8/5): Very good - We stayed in a small studio apartment right in the old town, and the location was definitely the best part everything was within walking distance, and the area had a lot of charm and character. While the overall stay was okay, there were a few areas that could be improved. The couch had some visible stains, which affected the impression of cleanliness. Also, we were required to pay a €200 deposit at check-in. It was refunded, but only three days after we checked out. All in all, it was a decent place for a short stay, especially if you want to be in the middle of the old town atmosphere.

The floor in the bathroom often was extremely wet as we found the showers glass pane didn’t keep the water in. But apartment did have a mop to help the issue, but would’ve of liked more towels. The apartment was equipped with 2 TVs but they didn’t work, always said “no signal”.

• Arina (7/5): Good - Great location, close to the main attractions, the central station and metro. Electrical heater. Lift. Bathroom is very small. It was pretty chilly in the apartment, but I guess it is everywhere in Spain in winter.
• Yurii.kachmar (8/5): Great) - The location was perfect. The room has everything for living. We were there for 1 week. The bed is comfortable. Too dark. The photo is much lighter than in real life. Sun is there very rarely. The blanket is not the same as in the photo—a black color blanket. Also, there is a musty smell. Cleanliness is not perfect

• Samuel (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Comfortable. Friendly greeting by Carlos. Answered my questions and followed up sending links too particular places that were asked about. The cleaning girl was rude and abrupt. She got there 10 mins before check out time and was put off that I was still there. I said a friendly good bye as I left and see just looked past me, walked into the suite and slammed the door. Not impressed.
