- Helga (8/5): Für zwei Nächte ausreichend - Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Für zwei Nächte war es ok. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber leider sehr hellhörig und laut. Einen Parkplatz haben wir mit viel Glück in einer Nebenstraße gefunden. Cafes, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in der unmittelbaren Umgebung und zu Fuß war man schnell in der Innenstadt. Sehr hellhörig und durch die Lautstärke im Haus wurde man immer wieder aus dem Schlaf gerissen bzw. war ein Einschlafen nicht möglich.

Bonne communication, un des seuls appartements où on a rencontré des vraies personnes et pas juste un locker dans la rue avec des clés. Le seul bémol est que l'appartement en RDC est très humide, donc pas idéal pour 3 personnes allergiques car il y avait de la poussière et de l'humidité dans le mur. Mais sinon tout était très bien.

- Olga (3/5): Nie wieder! Hände weg. - Nie wieder! Lieber früher buchen, dafür was Ordentliches. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist unbewohnbar, nicht einmal für 1 Nacht. Erster Gruss ist der Gestank, muffig, Schimmel an den Wänden, schmutzige Sesseln, alte Einrichtung, Ameisen am Boden. Das Apartment mit den Fenstern auf den Gehsteig, man hat das Gefühl auf der Strasse zu schlafen. Es war kalt, die Heizung funktioniert nicht. Wegen all diesem haben wir kaum schlafen können. Das Zimmer ist eine Schande und verdirbt den Urlaub. Günstig war es auch nicht. Hände weg!

Küche super ausgestattet (ein Schneidbrett + Küchenhandtuch wäre noch toll gewesen). Im Januar ausreichend Bettdecken + funktionierende Klimaanlage zum Heizen. Das schnuckelige Badezimmer könnte mal in der ein oder anderen Nische einen Schimmelentferner vertragen. Schiebetür der Dusche schloss nicht richtig. Insgesamt nicht mehr ganz so gut in Schuss wie die Fotos das suggerieren, dennoch charmante Unterkunft. Bett und Schlafsofa leider nicht super bequem. Schlafsofa sehr durchgelegen :(

Można było zostawić bagaż na przechowanie przed odlotem za darmo. Super obsługa, nie zostawia Cię bez pomocy i doradzą. Spacerem wszystko w zasięgu max. 25 min. A przystanek autobusowy 3 min drogi. Sklepik przy przystanku, a taka miejscowa biedra ok. 7 min spacerem. Autobusy jeżdżą co chwilę. Super lokalizacja. W każdym pomieszczeniu sprawna klimatyzacja. W niektórych apartamentach nawet 2 łazienki. Polecam, fajna miejscówka.

Check in and check out were easy to coordinate and communication with the hosts was great. It is a bit of a walk to the water, which I didn't mind as I like to walk and you can get to other sites (city center, cathedral, castle and overlook) relatively easily. I walked to the train station (45 mins) to catch a train to the airport but there is a bus nearby as well. I booked this place because it advertised a free airport shuttle but there was none in actual fact, so double check that before you book if that is important to you.

The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and extremely well-organized, and I’m very grateful for that. The apartment has a unique charm and a warm, welcoming vibe, it definitely has a soul. While it’s not very modern or high-end in terms of furniture or equipment, it’s comfortable and has everything you need for a nice stay. The location is also a big plus very convenient and well-connected, especially for the price. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a cozy and affordable place in Málaga!

- Cristian (10/5): Apartamento acogedor - El trato recibido. Ubicación. Acogedor. La limpieza había zonas que tenían suciedad ( por ejemplo encima de frigorífico ) y unas bandejas de plástico estaban muy sucias. Si vas de paso no tenían importa pero yo eché unas par de días y tenía que comer ahí así que yo mismo limpié el apartamento de nuevo y vi que había cosas en mal estado ( por ejemplo la ducha se le caían las piedras y una de las jaboneras estaban mal ( eso lo arreglé )) . Lo que pongo no es como queja si no como sugerencia para que tengan en cuenta. Por mi parte volveré sin duda .

This information is cleverly hidden on the website, but after booking, it's a key piece of information provided in emails and WhatsApp messages. In our case, the cost of the night was €86, and the late check-in fee was a whopping €50, although the host was present and didn't take any extra action. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived later than planned. Due to strict regulations, which increase the fee from €15 to €30 and €50 every two hours after 8:00 PM, we were in a hurry to arrive before midnight. We rented a car straight from the airport to get there as quickly as possible. Upon arrival, it turned out there was no chance of finding parking nearby. We abandoned our car and arrived at the property three minutes after midnight. However, this didn't save us from the fee – we were charged the maximum €50, for which we didn't even receive any confirmation. We learned that the tap water was undrinkable and couldn't be purchased at the property. So we had to go get some. It took us almost two hours, along with finding a parking space about a kilometer away. The apartment itself was grandma's style. Two tiny bedrooms. In the master bedroom, there was one long pillow for two people—the first time I'd ever seen one. Every movement we made made some noise, and we were embarrassed to wash up because you can literally hear everything in this building, even though we knew it was the middle of the night. Checkout was at 11 a.m. We left half an hour later, groggy. At the door, we met the host, who started talking about traditional Spanish hospitality, and the lady who checked us in tried to give us a pen as a souvenir. It's a shame she hadn't found a bottle of water a few hours earlier. It was pathetic. My worst experience with Booking.com.

- Steve (9/5): Great apartment, clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay. - The apartment had all we needed for a short stay - comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms with plentiful hot water. It is a 20-25 minute walk into the centre of Malaga. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Las sábanas estaban limpias pero con unas manchas "sospechosas", no desprendían mucho confort. El sofá del salón también tenía bastantes manchas "sospechosas". Le falta un poco más de esmero en la limpieza del apartamento.

There were a lot of flies which I presume came in from the window and patio door being open before we got there.
