• Hilde (6/5): - op wandelafstand van het centrum, zwembad ter beschikking, ruime kamers en 2 badkamers, airco aanwezig De communicatie, vroege checkin stonden we voor de deur om 12 u, late check-out waren we buitengesloten om 11 u, ondanks dit duidelijk gevraagd en cash betaald werd Servies, glazen en bestek niet echt proper, keukenhanddoek om af te drogen niet aanwezig Toiletbril in badkamer grote slaapkamer lag/ligt los.

• Laura (10/5): Un buen apartamento donde alojarse en Málaga - Todo, la ubicación, el apartamento, que tenía garaje. La atención de la persona de contacto, perfecta y muy amable. En general me gustó todo, quizás, por poner una mejora, no tenía café, azúcar, ni cosas básicas para un primer desayuno. Tampoco tenía lavavajillas.

При резервации на троих взрослых было только два больших полотенца. Бывают перебои с горячей водой при одновременном принятии душа.

• Carien (7/5): Prima locatie, erg gehorig - Locatie van appartement is top. Verder was het schoon. De hal is erg gehorig, dichtslaan van voorpoort is vooral snachts en sochtends vroeg erg vervelend. Tegenover het appartement is een school, hoop herrie van spelende kinderen, dus ramen dichthouden dan was het te doen. Het zwembad was dicht, er stond wel seizoensgebonden maar geen concrete periode dat deze dicht zou zijn, dat was wel tegenvaller vooral omdat het weer 26 graden was. Dit zou duidelijker vermeld mogen worden in de tekst welke periode er dan geen toegang mogelijk is om niet teleurgesteld te worden. Een theedoek was daarnaast wel fijn geweest, als je met zijn tweeën bent gebruik je de vaatwasser niet.

• Jennifer (9/5): Great for a short break chilling with friends - Central location. Comfortable apartment and lovely swimming pool to relax after a day of sightseeing Only a small thing but there as only 1 wine glass in the kitchen. We made do with other glasses but could do with more glasses.

The man was sent, and the issue was sorted quickly and efficiently. Very impressed and very grateful. Thank you. The location is superb with the Picasso house and beautiful square to embrace the beauty of Malaga, with Coffees Tapas and cocktails just minutes away by foot. Supermarket 90m. Would recommend.

We were able to access and use apartment on arrival at about 11 am which was a huge advantage . Allowed is to utilise the full day in Malaga at our leisure, thanks so much for that option! Perfect location a few minutes from then and less than 15 min from the beach. The bed was really uncomfortable. A new mattress would make all the difference

• Eva (10/5): Exceptional - It was in a good location with lots of good restaurants around. The pool was also really nice because you had to walk 20 minutes to the beach. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well enough equipped. I know it’s not common for apartments but it would have been nice to have a spare towel each because for one week with the same towel was too much for us.
• Jenný (8/5): A nice stay in a lovely old building - If the communication had been better at the check in day, we would have saved both walking and taxi😲The chairs in the apartment are about to give up, and there is no safetybox. We also needed to ask for more toiletpaper as there was no extra🙁
• Andre (7/5): Sweet with a sour aftertaste - Firstly it was a nice secure property. Nicely decorated, bright and airy feel, I'd say it was a pleasant place to stay with a really comfortable bed. It was situated less than a 10 minute walk from the old town and the hustle and bustle. The silent option on the air conditioning was a plus. Good communication with the company/staff. Probably a bit overpriced for what it was and where it was. It needed a little work done around damp damage on the walls (main room) and a new shower door with a handle to close it. And I noticed some of the doors were filthy with dirt (bathroom). The swimming pool would also need a refresh or clean. There was a service where we could leave our luggage in the ele main office (not far from the property) but they charged us a cash fee to hold our bags for a couple of hours prior to our flight out and after checkout. I felt after paying €500 for a 2 night stay they could at least have a complimentary service for this. I have never been charged for bag storage in any rental property or hotel and felt this was a bit rich and maybe a bit odd!

• Andrei (9/5): Superb - Great location, away from traffic and noise. Apartment was clean. We got prompt response for parking and when checking in. The apartment needs some maintenance work, the walls need fixing as well as the bathroom door. The photos on booking seem to be taken couple of years in the past. We did not have access to the swimming pool as it was closed.

The pool is out of use in November but the loungers can still be used. Easy to access. Spacious for two people. Quiet

Fernando was very attentive answering all our questions. Pool a lovely addition. Could do with a few more sun beds as a couple are broken. Also a couple more glasses. Other than that it was perfect.

• Christine (9/5): Lovely apartment - The apartment was in a great location and it had everything we needed. The rooftop pool was a great bonus as it was so warm it was good to be able to spend time in the pool cooling off. There were a couple of supermarkets very close to the apartment which was ideal. The boiler for the hot water was a bit temperamental but not a major issue.
• Richard (9/5): Really lovely apartment very close to the centre of Malaga, lovely pool, great host. - The decor and furnishings were really nice and modern. Fernando was very accomodating, letting us leave our luggage in the apartment before check in time. The location was good, about a 10 minute stroll into the centre of Malaga. Although we didn't really use the cooking equipment there was everything you could need to self cater if you wanted to. The beds were comfortable, linen etc of good quality. The pool was a real bonus in the city centre. Out of around 10 communal sunbeds in the pool area, only 5 were usable (the others were broken) which was a shame, and there were no matresses for the very hard plastic sunbeds.

• Linu (9/5): Great location! well lit clean and spacious 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom apartment with room ACs - Great location- only 10-15 minutes walking distance to the city and beach! But far enough from city, quiet and safe neighborhood , opposite of a high school, easy access to supermarkets. Easy check in with key lock box as our arrival was very late night. Convenient elevator access to first floor. Apartment was very clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Spacious with additional couch, comfortable enough to sleep except the curtains are too transparent and allows lot of light early morning with sun rise. would be nice if the owner puts an extra curtain to block the Sun. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen to use, but we didn’t. Parking in the basement with additional 15 Euro/ night was convenient but little tight in space to enter/ exit and park. If we (family) come back, we would love to stay here again! Nothing except the owner forgot to leave the garage key for us when we arrived late at night. But response was very quick through text and met us in front of the building. Also front door key in the lock box was so hard to operate and was a little stressful as our arrival was really late ( that’s why I gave 9/10 review) but the key left inside was very user friendly! Hope the keys get switch out or get an extra set of good keys that work well.

• Suvad (7/5): Good - Location The apartment needs few little but important maintenance, for example cabinet door handles shall be properly fixed as well as main entrance door handle. Furthermore the pedal on the wastebasket is broken. Cleanness of the floor is not appropriate for this price category apartment. The most important issue is supply of warm water related to operation of gas boiler. This remains a great enigma. Every time you close the hot water tap, you have to wait quite a long time before you open the hot water tap again ! You can imagine what it looks like when you are covered with soap foam and waiting for the hot water to flow again !A very unpleasant experiance !
• Sally (7/5): a wonderful stay in which we saw most of what we wanted to and an excellent centre for a short trip to Cordoba . - the property was in an ideal position for every site we wanted to visit. the agent was very helpful and came to sort things out whenever asked there were steps which were a problem carrying cases. air conditioning although satisfactory during hot weather was not really good enough for a visit in January/February. It’s description as a luxury apartment was. rather generous
