- Belloni (3/5): Nunca mas - La ubicación y el parking facil de encontrar Al entrar en el primer piso ofrecido había un olor a humedad horrible, cambiamos por otro piso por amabilidad de quien nos recepcionó pero luego al ducharse se ha inundado completamente el baño porque la estructura está mal hecha y sin reparar, además había solo dos toallas viejas y pequeña, nada de papel higienico. Al comentar la situación al casero, se me dijo de secar el agua con el mocho, dando a entender que ya sabía de este problema y que simplemente no lo arreglan Además de esto, te retienen el deposito 100 euros, tuve que pedir que me lo devolvieran porque de parte de ellos después de 14 dias no lo había recibido todavía... nunca mas

After reading similar complaints in other reviews, I no longer felt comfortable staying there and left without spending the night. I recommend future guests proceed carefully.” Message The apartment staff requested a €100 cash deposit to be returned after 14 days. This was not handled transparently, and after checking reviews I found multiple guests describing the same issue and saying they never received the money back. Because of these concerns, I did not feel safe staying at the property and left without spending the night. I am requesting a refund and asking that this property be investigated.

- Juan (7/5): Muy bien. Volvería sin dudar. - Apenas estuve unas horas. Pero si os toca la habitación donde yo me hospedé tiene de todo para pasar unos días en familia: cocinita, nevera, baño... No está mal. Puntualizo: pongo que la cama muy cómoda porque es dura. Esque a mi me gusta así. Respecto a la ubicación... No conozco Málaga. Abajo hay un barriete con bastante vida. Tardaron mucho en devolverme la fianza.

Vor Ort waren die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber. Aufgrund einiger schlechten Rezensionen hatten wir ein ungutes Gefühl wegen der Kaution. Dies hat sich leider auch bestätigt. Es wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir die Kaution innerhalb von 8-14 Tagen erstattet bekommen. Nach 16 Tagen habe ich die Gastgeber angeschrieben ob Sie die Kation schon verschickt haben, da sie nicht bei mir angekommen ist. Sie haben mit mitgeteilt , dass meine Kontodaten falsch sind. Somit habe ich erneut meine Kontodaten geschickt. Sie teilte mir mit, dass diese wieder falsch sind, was nicht stimmen kann. Ich habe für sowas leider kein Verständnis, da wir uns an die Hausregeln gehalten haben und uns die Kation zusteht. Ebenso ist es eine Frechheit, dass die Gastgeber sich nicht gemeldet haben und mich darum beten die Daten erneut zu schicken. Auch wenn uns der Aufenthalt dort sehr gefallen hat und wir vor Ort enorm zufrieden waren, kann ich NICHT EMPFEHLEN hier einen Aufenthalt zu buchen aufgrund der Kation die abgezogen wird.

But I will never go back there and do not recommend this place to anyone else. BE AWARE: They ask for a deposit of 100€. Even for one night. They promised to pay it back within 8/14 days. I didn't receive any response to my messages and the deposit wasn't paid back until after I contacted Booking about the situation. After that within a week I finally got my money back. So unnecessary! Such a shame! I wish I had read all those bad reviews before I made that reservation.

- Hicham (9/5): Great studio ! - I was assigned to N° 10. Spacious studio, clean, very comfortable, beautiful environment, quiet. The beach is close by. The neighborhood is well connected by buses to the city center. You have to pay a deposit of 100 euros on arrival, in cash. It is true that it is mentioned in Booking, but to wait 14 days to retrieve the deposit is absurd. Besides you can do nothing if they decide to keep the money !!I think it's more reasonable to return the deposit when you return the keys and after making sure the studio is OK. In my case I was refunded on day 14 after the checkout, and only after sending a message to the person in charge. Two other things that didn't bother me but still are worth mentioning : The coffee machine mentioned is actually a coffee pot. No outdoor furniture.

- Rubén (2/5): No repetiré - La ubicación es muy buena si quieres combinar playa y conocer Málaga Las toallas de ducha son enanas y se notan muy viejas. Te piden fianza al entrar y te la devuelven en un plazo de 8-14 días (no lo entiendo). Pero lo peor sin duda que la última noche no pudimos dormir nada porque no parábamos de escuchar a los de la habitación de al lado toda la noche. Realmente debe ser un problema de insonorización porque solo estaban hablando en tono normal, pero se les escuchaba como si estuvieran dentro de nuestra habitación. Incluso escuchábamos la persona al otro lado de una videollamada que estaban haciendo. Me levanté a las 3 am a pedirles que bajaran el tono y amablemente se disculparon y hablaron más bajo, pero aun así se escuchaba demasiado. Al final nos fuimos a las 6 de la mañana porque no éramos capaces de dormir

It sounded a little unreliable, but we had had a long day of driving, so we just went with it, and sure enough, she never returned my deposit. After 14 days, I emailed her and asked about it, and she asked for bank account information via email. I dont know about anyone else but I've NEVER been asked for my bank account information from any booking.com hostal or guest house and she never mentioned needing any bank account information at all when she took the deposit, she just said it would be returned. The whole situation is highly suspect. Disappointed. I paid 155 euros total for an incredibly underwhelming space, wish I would have taken that 155 euros and spent the night somewhere that was actually nice.

Sehr schlecht dargestellt auf denn Bilder kaputte bodenplatten Wände dir schon am bröckeln sind.Die Klimaanlage hat denn Geruch von Schimmel wurde nicht unbedingt gut gesäubert bevor ich rein gegangen bin.Der Pool wird auch nie richtig geputzt.

Systemet med att betala deposition som man ska få tillbaka 5 veckor senare finns bara till för att man ska glömma bort den och liknar mer bedrägeri än något annat. Jag skulle välja bort detta boende bara av denna anledning.

- Silvana (6/5): - Faltan detalles que dan comodidad al turista, cómo perchas para los toallones en los baños, lugar donde apoyar cepillo de dientes, peines, etc. No había hervidor para calentar agua, la higiene regular, la ducha incomoda. Afuera faltaba luz, nos alumbrabamos con el celular.

Coincido en todos llos siguientes comentarios: cucarachas, falta de limpieza, horarios, paredes de papel de fumar, la fianza de 100 € medio oculta, no descanse en toda la noche y me dió mucha grima entrar en la ducha. Creo que Booking debería revisar tener establecimientos como este.
- KHIDEL (1/5): N’y allez pas ! - Nous avons été dans l’obligation d’annuler la nuit dans cet établissement au motif que le propriétaire nous réclamait 100€ de caution rendue dans les 15jours suivants. C’était impossible pour nous , nous lui avons proposé les 100€ en liquide qu’il nous rendrait le lendemain, il a refusé ! Nous avons donc annulé c’était la fin de notre séjour Il nous a pris 10€ de compensation, horrible ce monsieur. Un autre couple était présent et très mécontent de lui aussi . Horrible à fuir !

La fianza no aparece por ningún sitio en la reserva, el tiempo de devolución es abusivo. Sin luz en las zonas comunes. No pude disfrutar de la habitación, nos obligaron a irnos por no dejar sola a mi hija hasta coger el vuelo por la noche. Llegamos a las 4 y salía el vuelo a la noche. Lamentable

- Rafael Ospino (7/5): Lägenhet i Suburbia - Liten litesliten lägenhet med separat sovrum. Ingen lyx, men adekvat om man mest söker ett ställe att sova på. Vi kunde hänga lite vid poolen efter frukost innan vi gick ut och gjorde stan. Vi sökte ju ett lugnt boende men hade sådan otur att det pågick otroligt störande byggverksamhet i bägge de intilliggande husen. Visserligen inte ett fel i själva boendet, men hyresvärden, som själv bor i en lägenhet i huset, torde ha känt till det och upplyst oss. Det fanns bara två mycket små handdukar. När vi skrev och frågade om de missat handdukar fick vi till svar: ja, det är storleken vi jobbar med. Vi köpte två stora badlakan för 7 €. Skall ni bo här är det lämpligt göra det innan.
- Prieto (1/5): - Poca limpieza en el apartamento lleno de hormigas, se escuchaba la habitación de al lado al tener las paredes finas se escuchaba el grifo de la habitación de al lado como si estuviera dentro del apartamento y la manguera de la ducha estaba rota. El anfitrión pide fianza de 100 euros y hasta los 15 días o más no la devuelve cuando el apartamento está dentro de su misma casa y lo pueden verificar al día siguiente ya que el bizum se hace en el momento y no veo la necesidad de tener que esperar tantos días para una fianza que se puede revisar al día siguiente. Faltaba sábanas y almohada ya que había un sofa-cama y no lo tenía adecuado

- Carmen (6/5): Agridulce - Me gustó la ubicación No me gustó que no estaba muy limpio. No había mucho para poder cocinar, solo una sartén y una olla del tamaño de mi mano. Tampoco había tijeras. La vajilla la verdad que dejaba mucho que desear. La piscina estaba bastante sucia y también se caían los cuadradillos de las paredes de la piscina. Luego tema habitación, nos dejaron dos rollos de papel higiénico para 4 días que estuvimos, dos toallas de mano, la cama solo tenía una sábana, el sofá tenía manchas, la alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota, la televisión a penas tenía conexión…. la verdad que también dejaba que desear. Lo peor de todo fue que al segundo día nos abrieron la habitación para que entraran otros inquilinos y nos dijeron que pensaban que no había nadie… No sé si volveremos .

The place was damp, moldy, and smelled musty. The bedding was unwashed, and our clothes absorbed the smell after just one night. The owners took a 100-euro deposit, promised to return it within a month, but it’s now May, and we still haven’t received it. They responded once, claiming the payment details were incorrect, even though everything was right. Since then, no contact—it’s been 2.5 months. The owner blocked my number on WhatsApp and doesn't answer calls. I do not recommend this place at all. The worst stay of our entire vacation.
