• June (9/5): - Almost everything was great. The staff were excellent any little problem was dealt with quickly. Dani was our contact and helped with everything we needed. We will give her 10/10 and we hope to visit again soon. We would have liked sun lounger cushions but that's a little niggle.

• Britty (10/5): Cute apartment, really central! - Amazing location, in the centre without being super busy. Of course, there's some street noise, but considering how close you are to the center it's really doable. Also, the bedroom is situated next to a small street (and not the bigger street), so not many people go there. The private roof terrace is amazing, gives a great view and you have sun there all afternoon. Also, the decoration is really cute and we really felt at home. The dishwasher was broken. They sent someone to fix it but he didn't manage to fix it. We asked for an expert to come, but then they didn't respond anymore to arrange it. The mattress is also very soft and likely quite old.

• Eva (4/5): Uncomfortable bed, good location. - The staff were communicative and helpful, once I was given the details key collection was eventually easy, the flat was clean enough and location very good. There was an issue with payment, which made the day before arrival stressful. I was sent a payment link that did not work, and I was told it does not work outside of Spain.. I don't understand how this can be the case for a tourist apartment!? I eventually had to make a bank transfer before arrival to be given the access code and address... which I was not happy about and will never do again. Because this was last min I did not cancel the reservation but I did consider it. Overall, staff were helpful, and this is probably not their fault but its still a very bad user experience. The other issue was that the apartment was not very comfortable, in particular the bed! We had four nights of terrible sleep. The mattress comes with a very thin and cheap mattress protector that kept falling off, and this was topped with a flat bed sheet that wasn't big enough for the bed and could not be tucked in, so this kept falling off as well. I had to re-make the bed every day. This is very basic stuff and I expected more for the price paid.

• Louise (7/5): Good - Location was good and the space in the apartment was spacious lovely and clean. All the kitchen utensils that you needed and more. The dishwasher door isn't on a hinge so when we opened the door it fell onto our shin and foot which hurt alot and caused a big bruise. Very dangerous and glad it wasn't our child that opened the door. We decided to go buy washing up liquid and wash in the sink rather than use the dishwasher. It should have explained in the description of the apartment that the roof top terrace isn't directly off the apartment. You had to go out of the apartment door upstairs and then there is another locked door leading onto the rooftop, Although it was private. It wasn't suitable if you had children asleep in the apartment and you wanted to sit outside.
• Alissa (9/5): Superb - Love the sun terrace! Great location, very spacious apartment. Would def. recommend. The bed was a bit short (for tall Dutch people 😉). Plus water pressure in the shower could be better, but this is more often the case in Spain.
• Christine (8/5): Apartment in great location for visiting my daughter - Location ideal as visiting daughter who lives near this apartment Terrace good size, though minus 1 of the sun loungers shown on photos, brilliant for sitting watching the sun set & great as not a shared terrace 👍👍 Rooms have high ceilings making apartment feel bigger Had a Spanish feel to place with coloured furniture rather than basic metal furnishings of some apartments Lots of lovely bars/cafes/restaurants within easy walking distance, no need to head into Historic Old Town all the time Potentially would look to book again as so conventient for visiting my daughter Road & people noise, especially at night, as apartment close to busy bar & street corner .......if not used to such noise you need ear plugs Sofa covers smelt stale and sweaty - in need of a good wash, not ideal whenusing the sofa bed - I'm informing the rental company about this
