• Aleksandra (8/5): Wunderschöne Aussicht - Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, hat uns viel geholfen. Die kleine Wohnung ist liebevoll gestaltet, sauber, die Tarasse ist der Höhepunkt. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Wir waren über Weihnachten und Sylvester. Der Preis ist sehr gehobenen. Leider war die Waschmaschine defekt. Ein Kunde hat das bei der Bewertung von früher schon erwähnt. Und leider hatten wir Pech, das über die Tage die unteren und neben Wohnungen renoviert waren, also war oft Tagsüber laut.

• René (9/5): Der Aufenthalt hat uns im Apartment schlichtweg die Ferien noch versüsst. - Ein tolles Apartment. Chic eingerichtet und die Terrasse ist ein kleines Bijou. Der Gastgeber ist sehr sympathisch und hilfreich. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Preis/Leistung absolut in Ordnung und fair. Jederzeit wieder ¨Das wir abreisen mussten.
• Eva (8/5): - Die Lage ist top mit direktem Blick aufs Meer und der Nähe nach Malaga Stadt. Das Gebäude liegt an der Hauptstraße. Draußen auf der Terrasse ist es etwas laut aber wenn man zum Schlafen die Fenster schließt dann ist es ruhig. Super ausgestattet für einen Strand Besuch mit Liegen, Schirm und Strand Tücher. Das Apartment ist sehr basic eingerichtet. Der Fernseher steht auf Weinkisten. Die Tür von der Waschmaschine war nicht befestigt. Das Waschbecken hängt nur leicht befestigt an der Wand. Die Abflüsse haben gerochen. Die Qualität der Handtücher.

• Neasha (10/5): Fantastic Apartment with outstanding views - Gorgeous flat with amazing views, Great walk into town and fantastic host that was so helpful. He kindly supplied a yoga mat for me, which was beautiful to do facing the sea from inside. There were cupboard items, salt, coffee, herbs and also cleaning materials, which is unusual but fantastic. I was lucky to have the place to myself, which was bliss. Think if it was a couple, one would have to vacate to the terrace if any toilet moments were to arise. I’ll definitely stay here again. Many thanks.
• Otakar (3/5): Poor - CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND BUS STOP, NICE TERRACE Apartment was separated from the apartment one floor below only by a glass wall. It was a stair area, but these were not separated and close to the bed. At night,when the neighbours would come in and turn on the lights, we were awakened by the light several times a night. Also, the toilet was not separated by a door and ceiling, it was just behind an approx. 1.8m high wall right against the dining area...Considering the price of the apartment, I find these faults to be major

• Mark (9/5): Fantastic day at the beach in Malaga for a great getaway! - It had a beautiful rooftop view of the sea, and everything was well appointed and clean! We are rather short people, and only bumped our heads a couple of times. Otherwise, you had to be careful where you were walking! The beams were rather low on the sides, but it made for a beautiful room!
• Alicia (10/5): Perfect property for a combination of beach and city. - Had a brilliant stay here with my friend! The place itself was great, we really loved the sun loungers on the balcony and the air con was fabulous. The location was ideal as it was only a 3 minute walk to the beach and the bus to the centre of malaga stopped right outside the property! In addition, the supermarket was about a 4 minute walk away and had everything one could need. There is a relatively busy road between the property and the beach, although the noise was never really a problem.
• Zunair (9/5): Superb place to relax and enjoy the sun - The location is pretty great. Absolutely loved the terrace, Very kind and friendly neighbours. Bus stop is right in front as well as beach and grocery store was two minutes of walk. Absolutely perfect stay. I was staying with my girlfriend. Even though it was clearly mentioned in the pictures (its our own fault) we didn't really take into account, not having a door on washroom would be an issue for us. It needs to be said, no fault on property or the posting.

• Zoana (10/5): Exceptional - The place was lovely. We had a fantastic stay in the loft. You have everything you could possibly need. The beach was very close as well as the bus stop or the supermarket.

• Julia (8/5): Very good - Delightful apartment , perfect for 2 people. Very attentive and friendly host. loved sitting on the balcony in the sunshine looking out over the sea. Very busy road outside the apartment so traffic noise , but having seen the location before we went we’re aware of this so it wasn’t a surprise.

• Lizanne (10/5): Exceptional - Location was wonderful with a large terrace overlooking the promenade and beach (there is a busy road in between). About 20 mins walk into centre of Malaga. Very quaint cosy loft with everything you needed provided. Very clean. Owner very happy to help with anything. The loft is open plan including toilet area which was just enclosed by 3 walls. Sometimes the traffic noise was loud when we sat on terrace but it didn't take away from views. Robust door blocked out 95% of noise so not a problem for sleeping.
