• Deborah (8/5): Really good. Has everything you need. - Convenient for transport, plenty of room, excellent facilities. Bit of a smell but we got used to it. Wish it had a balcony. No natural light.

Over for the Marathon and the location was about 15 mins walk to the start and 15 mins walk into town - Great location close to the sea front and just a short walk into the city. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Everything we needed. Great communication from the owners. Even allowed us into the property early.

• Liz (9/5): Ideal for Short Stay in Malaga. - Great location. Communication superb. Impeccably clean. Three of us had a bedroom each. Modern appliances. Great shower. Equidistant from port and city centre. Don't want to be critical in any way but no view out of the windows.

Стены с дырками, выдернута розетка из стены, ручки на дверях расшатаны, очень грязный диван в гостиной, подушки все старые и затёртые! Это полное неуважение к своим гостям! Мы разочарованы!!!! Цена слишком завышена! Даже если бы и была более низкая цена, мы бы не согласились на это жильё!!! Не рекомендую!!!!((((((((

• Angela (5/5): Disappointing - The apartment was clean. The photos of the property were very misleading. The rooms were really small and dark without any natural light as each window looked out into an internal courtyard with numerous rows of washing on lines. The entrance had very strong smells of drains. Building work going on next door from 8 in the morning. Probably only big enough for 3-4 people considering how small the rooms were.

• Stoyanowa (8/5): Good choice - We liked very much the appartment equipment, the hosts and the location. It was easy to access all key locations in Malaga in walking distance. There was reconstruction of the building during our stay and quite noisy work stared each morning before 8 am, we also miss day light in the appartment

Smells bed, you can’t open for fresh air, it’s coming only bad smells air from outside, because the location of apartment is inside of other buildings and the neighbors are at 5 meters away. Also you don’t have real light. At all time you need lamp. Noise from the lift at the main bedroom. Too small bathroom and only 1 for 3 bedrooms.
• Felix (8/5): Convenient apartment at very good location - Very handy, central location in Malaga in a large multi-apartment complex on the 7th floor (elevator), so you will deeply blend in with local lifestyle. Convenient location with supermarkets and shops in close proximity. Nicely refurbished apartment with three bedrooms and all utilities including a coffee machine and laundry machine. Antonio was a very helpful host. Some flaws with cleaning of the apartment and electrical appliances. Practically no outside view, only into back courtyards. In my view apartment barely takes more than 3-4 persons, but that is a matter of personal taste and intimacy. The check-in procedure was a bit overwhelming as you will receive numerous requests for personal data, security deposit and so on. This could be streamlined.

If you open the blinds other residents can see into the unit. Assumed that since it was the 7th floor that it would have some light, but felt like a basement. The check in process was unnecessarily complicated. The apartment has an overall generic corporate feel.

• May (10/5): The place was really nice I highly recommend it. But if you come early before can't store luggage! - Love the place it's clean and modern. We have everything we need It was a little hard for us since we can't store the luggage or not allowed to store early and the storage luggage to us was far. I traveled with my inlaws and they are older and I felt bad that they have to drag the luggage from the storage location to the apartment. We came fr a cruise for a week before going to Malaga so we have xtra luggage since we are traveling for a total of 16 days.

The apartment's location was very convenient. - The location was great, the apartment is small but comfortable and we spent very little time at the apartment at any case. so it was just what we needed. The lift stopped working once and it was very hot walking up the 10 stairs.

City center within 10 min walk. Close to beaches on both sides of the port. No view to outside and limited natural light & sun

• Maria (10/5): Good memories at hand. - Very handy and so near the center of Malaga. And it was renovated not long ago so it had a great kitchen and bathroom. Also we were chuffed to learn that an elder family of mine used to live in the same building and we hadn’t realised it beforehand. For a big family it would start to get a bit cramped.
