• Ankie (5/5): Voldoende - De locatie midden in de stad We dachten uitzicht te hebben op het plein maar dat was een steegje, host heeft hier niet op gereageerd. Er was geen mogelijkheid om buiten naar binnen te halen, het voelde wat weggestopt
• Sam (8/5): - Ruim appartement op een mooie locatie, pal naast het centrum. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wat de andere reviews schreven klopt: het is ontzettend gehorig. Het verblijf zit boven een restaurant/steegje, en dat geluid is heel goed te horen. Wij hadden er met slapen geen last van, maar werden wel wakker van de vuilniswagen en soms van het laden/lossen voor het restaurant.

Abbiamo avuto bisogno del loro supporto per 2 volte ed entrambe le volte sono stati molto veloci a risolvere i nostri problemi/richieste. La descrizione non era fedelissima alla realtà. Al momento della prenotazione le foto facevano vedere che l’appartamento era grande e con balcone sulla piazza con tavolino e sedie. In realtà il nostro appartamento era abbastanza piccolo e con affaccio laterale.

• Linda (10/5): Perfect location, would definitely recommend - The apartment was in a perfect location. Loved the atmosphere of Plaza de la Merced, will definitely look to stay in the area again in the future. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. The communication for accessing the apartment was excellent (all done through whatsapp), also it felt very safe and secure. Just one slight comment, the bathroom door may need to be checked as both myself and friend found it difficult to open.

• Riccardo (9/5): Amazing Apartment perfect for your stay in Malaga - The apartment is located in the perfect location, near the center but also enough outside to find easy parking (as you can’t enter city center with the car). It is located in an historical building and has an amazing view on the city and on plaza de la merced. Perfect if you also want to go to the bars located in the plaza. The apartment is really nice and beautiful, really adviced for couples and group of friends. Very few not to like for this apartment. The only things I can say are that the sofa-bed wasn’t prepared when we arrived and things were left for us to prepare. The only other downside is the noise, as it being a old historic building soundproofing is limited, and this becomes worse considering you have bars under the apartment. For us it was no problem but I can understand people could have an issue with it.

• Kunova (10/5): - Poloha bola výborná, mali sme strach že bude hluk,nakoľko to bolo v centre a pod nami samé reštaurácie, ale skoro vôbec nebolo nič počuť. Po dlhšej dobe výborná posteľ. Vybavenie apartmánu dostačujúce a základ ,že bolo čisto. Prevzatie kľúčov veľmi rychle a super spravené. Na email zaslané veľmi dobré inštrukcie. Všade bolo blízko len s parkovaním to bolo dosť náročné.

• Markus (9/5): Hier würde ich auf jeden Fall weiter buchen - Wunderschöne Wohnung in top Lage, mit Blick auf einen schönen Platz. Besser geht’s eigentlich nicht. Gute zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Es war kein Bettbezug für eine dritte Person da.

• Bianca (1/5): Furchtbare Unterkunft, nicht sicher!!!!! - Kein Service vorhanden. In unserer letzten Nacht kam ein fremder Mann (vom Nebenzimmer), nackt und betrunken, in unser Zimmer. Er benutzte unser WC. Meine 11 jährige Tochter hat ihren Schock des Lebens bekommen. Diese Situation war äußerst unangenehm. Die Tür war zugesperrt, wir wissen bis heute nicht wie der Mann in unser Zimmer kam. Der Vermieter hat sich bis dato nicht bei uns gemeldet. Aufpassen bei der Buchung und unbedingt die Eingangstüre mit Koffer, Sessel beschützen!

• Marta (10/5): 10/10 💖 - The place is situated in fabulous area, right next to the old town, in the same building there’s one of the best rated restaurants in Malaga. :) The flat is very cosy and clean, all the supplies are there. Very comfy bed, nice and neat bathroom and kitchen. I felt 100% support from the coordinator, everything was clear and in general contact with him was very good. Some of my friends are planning to visit Malaga soon and I will totally recommend this place. We will come back too :)

• Dieter (9/5): Wir waren begeistert - Große Wohnung in schönem Altbau in zentraler Lage mit großartiger Aussicht auf die plaza de la merced. Durch die Restaurants am Platz ist es abends recht laut. Die Küchen Einrichtung ist ausbaufähig.

Al nostro arrivo (in regolare orario di check-in), solo un letto su 3 era stato fatto, all'interno dell'appartamento vi era un forte odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno (non risolvibile), l'edificio risulta molto rumoroso (all'interno dell'appartamento infatti vengono dati in dotazione i tappi per le orecchie), trovandosi in una zona centrale lo sconsiglio sia come servizio dell'agenzia (dovete andarvi a prendere le chiavi) come rapporto qualità-prezzo, a Malaga si trova di molto meglio. PS. blatta inclusa!

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut auf das Appartement, waren schlussendlich jedoch in dem mittleren was den Bildern gar nicht entspricht. Es war leider nicht sauber. In der Dusche waren Haare, auf den Handtüchern auch. Auf dem Bettbezug waren Blutflecken.. und es hatte einen speziellen Eigengeruch in der Wohnung..

Разтегателният диван беше много удобен. Кухнята напълно оборудвана. Чистотата беше отлична. Локацията е точно на центъра, но въпреки това не беше шумно. На 15мин пеша е от плажа. Единствено мога да посъветвам домакините да сложат още закачалки, тъй като те не достигат. Абсолютно никакви забележки нямаме! Бихме се върнали отново, препоръчваме!

Nie polecam na dłuższe pobyty, jeżeli chcesz odpocząć. Bardzo elastyczna forma odbioru kluczy, zameldowanie on line. Bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji w łazience.

• mary (9/5): Highly recommend this apartment and will defo be back - Location is perfect lovely tapas bars and restaurants underneath ,2 supermarkets beside it only couple minutes walking distance to main shops and restaurants and about 10 mins to the beach /marina Large apartment with 4 balconies on the main. Square Has everything needed in the kitchen with coffee ,towels &t toiletiers provided The washing machine was a great bonus Great communication and we were able to checkin early and leave our bags after check out that was brilliant Felt safe and secure Nothing really if I’m picky maybe the aircon was a bit noisy if you were a light sleeper but it wasn’t major

En uno de los alojamientos ni el lavavajillas ni la televisión funcionaban. El sofá cama del apartamento sin vistas era un poco incómodo y de vez en cuando olían bastante mal las cañerías. Las contraventanas no cierran bien y entra mucha luz.

• Rolando (8/5): Well-equipped apartment with an unbeatable location in Malaga's historic center - - The location in Plaza de la Merced was perfect for seeing the old town and the beach. The cathedral and multiple museums were reachable on foot. There are plenty of dining options and groceries in the area as well. - The building and the room itself were tastefully decorated. The French balconies added to the ambience. - The beds were big and comfy. The air conditioning units were also much needed in the summer heat. - We appreciated that they provided two towels and some shampoo and bath gels in the washroom. - The hosts were easy to contact and gave good information regarding the check in/check out process. We loved that we were able to check in early as well. - The listing advertised a dishwasher, which unfortunately did not work during our entire stay. - Some surfaces/plates/the fridge/etc. were not particularly clean upon our arrival. - The toilet didn't flush at times, and the air conditioner leaked in the middle of our stay (but it did eventually stop leaking).

• Mayka (2/5): - Ubicación Te hacen ir a recoger las llaves a una inmobiliaria que está en una calle a la que te aseguran que puedes acceder y parar en un ensanche que hay justo en la puerta mientras te dan las llaves. Aparte de hacernos esperar media hora, resultó que era mentira lo que nos aseguraron del acceso y la parada. Te das cuenta cuando te has metido ya en la calle y no tienes escapatoria. Y confirmas cuando te llega la multa. Qué les cuesta decir la verdad? Yo no habría tenido problema en aparcar en algún sitio e ir caminando. Atención pésima y poco respeto.

• Radu (5/5): Big potential, bad maintenance - Location is nice, neighbouring Picasso's birth place. The apartment has so much potential, but it is badly maintained, like most of the things in Spain. They just don't care. First thing when we entered the apartment we got hit by a horrible smell from the bathroom. Like a shit canal was in our apartment. I immediately told the manager of the apartment and I got a reply "Sorry sorry, we will try to do something". Of course nothing happened that day. It was Sunday, OK I understand. But then Monday nothing as well, no sign from the manager. On Tuesday we left. Luckily I managed to cover the shower drainage system (where that horrible smell was coming from) with a wet towel. It worked just as much to not feel that smell inside the house, but in the bathroom you could still feel it. Also, VERY NOISY! On the street below there is a restaurant and also people shouting in the night. The windows are the cheapest ones and of course no sound insulation. The managers left us earplugs which we had to use. Probably we are not the first ones who say it was noisy. Then, the bathroom door has an antique and faulty locking system. You need force to make it stay closed. My wife and daughter had trouble with it. Then, the walls were having signs of bad finishing, just crappy work. The sink battery was also very small for normal use.
