No me gustó el baño, las paredes de la ducha estaban cubiertas de moho negro. El tendedero y sus cuerdas en el interior de la ducha estaban cubiertas de moho negro.El wáter estaba suelto, se movía para todos lados.

Ana María (8/5): Para lo que cuesta es perfecto - Tiene una ubicación inmejorable y tiene de todo para poder estar unos días viendo la ciudad. Relación calidad-precio muy bien la verdad. En concreto lo único malo es que había una plaga de mosquitos en el cuarto de baño, si no fuese por eso habría sido un sitio perfecto. Por otro lado, la otra habitación que cogimos (reservamos 2) estaba impecable y sin ningún problema, una pena lo de la otra, si no fuese por eso habría sido un 10

Petra (1/5): Betrug! - Lage Betrug! Vom Depot wurden uns 40 Euro abgezogen , weil wir ANGEBLICH den Griff der Waschmaschine kaputt gemacht hätten. Ansonsten hatte es auch Schimmel an den Wänden, und die Wohnung war sauber aber feucht. Wäre alles akzeptabel, aber das mit dem Depot ist eine Sauerei.

A la cama hay que subir por unas escaleras de madera desde abajo donde está junta la cocina y la zona de estar. Más que un apartamento parece un cuchitril. Instalaciones y/o mobiliario roto o en mal estado, falta de limpieza, ropa de baño ajada y vieja, menaje y ajuar de de cocina insuficiente. Sin mantel, ni servilletas. Armario de la ropa con las puertas rotas, pocas perchas El cuarto de baño, pequeñísimo, en el lavabo no te puedes lavar la cara sin darte un pescozón en la cabeza por la falta de espacio. No había donde colgar las toallas, unos colgadores que había detrás de la puerta estaban rotos, el extintor por el suelo. Podría seguir. Parece mentira que BOOKING permita anunciarse en su plataforma alojamientos de esta clase sin tener un mínimo control.

O apartamento é amplo e bastante completo e super silencioso. O atendimento da anfitriã foi excelente A entrega do apartamento foi tardio (recebi por volta das 17h) e so tinha reservado para um dia. Não tinha vaga de estacionamento, minha sorte foi encontrar na via publica a 200 metros do apartamento. As toalhas poderiam ser de melhor qualidade

Herbert (8/5): Für 1-2 Nächte ist das Appartement wegen der guten Lage ganz akzeptabel. - Apartamentos Clavero liegt sehr zentral zu bedeutenden Museen, dem Hafen, der Kathedrale, dem Castillo de Gibralfaro und der Alcazaba in einer sehr belebten Straße, von deren Lärm man jedoch nichts mitbekommt. Es ist absolut ruhig in der Nacht. Das Appartement ist für einen kurzen Stadtaufenthalt genügend groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet für 2 Personen, kleine Kneipen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der sehr kleine ungemütliche Bade- und Toilettenraum hätte dringend eine Renovierung nötig, in diesem Raum bräuchte es unbedingt einen Abzug, die Ausstattung der Küche ist ergänzungsbedürftig und das Doppelbett viel zu klein.

Entre 15h et 17h n'est pas possible de récupérer les clés. La literie est agréable mais l'escalier pour y accéder est très dangereux. Il faut vraiment faire attention ! L'accueil est robotique et pas sympathique : on nous a demandé les documents et de signer un contrat avec un empreinte de carte bancaire de 100 euros pour couvrir éventuels dégâts.

Davide (3/5): Non ripeterò l’esperienza - La posizione è comoda. Non mi è piaciuta la caccia al tesoro per trovare le chiavi, in regolare orarik di check-in e comunicato ampiamente prima (quindi nessuno ad accogliermi per evitare l’impresa). Anche trovare l’appartamento è un pò una ricerca. L’appartamento ha bisogno di essere ristrutturato, soprattutto il bagno. La doccia con tendina e senza scaletto, e bagno dotato direttamente di scopa e mocio per lavare a terra (dato che con la doccia allaghi tutto) sono inguardabili ai giorni nostri. L’appartamento è altresì abbastanza cupo e poco luminoso. L’igiene scarsa: si notavano le strisciate ancora a terra in riflesso, il senso di poco pulito si percepiva anche sulle superfici oltre che per terra. Ci son stato solo una notte, per fortuna. Su quella fascia di prezzo, ci sono altre soluzioni. Oppure spendere anche 20-30€ in più per alloggiare meglio.

Roman (3/5): - Die Lage ist gut. Sehr zentral gelegen. Die Unterkunft ist mit sehr alten Möbel ausgestattet. Die Tücher sind wie eine Fußbodenlappen. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist sehr schlecht. Nicht empfehlenswert.
