- Robyn (6/5): Great location but needs improvements - The location was fantastic and within walking distance of restaurants and sights. The lady we dealt with, Blanca was very accommodating meeting as very late/early hours of the morning as that was when our flight arrived. She was available via WhatsApp for any issues as well. The cleaning was pretty poor when we arrived, dust on every surface, floors dusty & dirty, carpets did not look as though they had been vacuumed, and shower frame had mould present. There was no soap in the bathroom however Blanca responded quickly to provide soap and other supplies and to ensure the carpet was cleaned. We have made a number of recommendations regarding improving the apartment (re cleaning, bed linen & shower head replacement) and if these are done, it would be a comfortable & convenient apartment to stay in.
