Ciekawy wystrój obiektu, przestronne pomieszczenia, wygodne łóżka, aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony. Duży plus za kapcie hotelowe i dodatkowy zestaw ręczników. Odległość od historycznego centrum do bezproblemowego pokonania pieszo choć trasa średnia atrakcyjna. Łazienka wymaga gruntownego czyszczenia i odnowienia - intensywny grzyb w kabinie prysznicowej, niedomyta armatura, nieczyszczony wlot wentylacji. Klimatyzacja albo bardzo słabo działa, albo nie udało jej się uruchomić - tematu nie drążyliśmy z uwagi na stosunkowo niskie temp. na zewnątrz, Pion kanalizacyjny chyba bez żadnej izolacji akustycznej - można prowadzić grafik korzystania z łazienki w pozostałych mieszkaniach, bo w sypialni słychać wyraźnie każdy przepływ z wyższych kondygnacji, co zwłaszcza wieczorem było bardzo uciążliwe. W bliskim sąsiedztwie trwa budowa więc o spokojnej kawie na tarasie można zapomnieć.

Wendy (8/5): Good apartment providing you don’t mind walking into town - apartment was good base for a four night stay with friends - good that we could leave luggage too to enjoy out last day it was a little further out of town than i thought it would be - and although clean did feel like the brick wall made it dusty

Agata (10/5): Ładny apartament w pobliżu centrum - Apartament czysty, ładnie urządzony. Dzielnica, w której znajduje się apartament, jest bardzo ładna, w miarę czysta i spokojna. Do centrum można łatwo podjechać autobusem w kilka minut. Sklep spożywczy jest w pobliżu. Łazienka powinna być lekko odświeżona. Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona, tylko toster powinien być nowszy i bezpieczniejszy.
Paulina (9/5): It was in general a comfortable and pleasant stay to enjoy some days out of the city centre of Malaga - It had everything we needed for a short stay. The check in and check out was easy. The space is great and everything seemed clean. You can hear some noise coming from the hallway and the main doors opening and closing - one of them was missing oil and was very loud but on the second day it was taken care of :) The place was very clean but it seems like the water used for mopping was old and it had this smell stayed for a full day

Carlos (7/5): Apartamento cuidado en los detalles y bien equipado. Mal la ducha y la ubicación. - La decoración que coincide plenamente con las fotos y que está muy bien equipado. Te dejan también una botella de vino, café y dulces y un mini set de limpieza. La ducha no tenía presión cuando usabas el flexo. Salía un hilo de agua. El acceso no está bien definido porque no se advierte que a los últimos 50 m no llega el coche y es complicado dejarlo aparcado para sacar las maletas. Es una rampa empinada que hay que subir tirando de la maleta. Y la zona por la noche no resulta agradable.

Lina (9/5): Great and spacious place for a holiday - Spacious room, table, fridge, kitchen equipment, safe and calm district, the city centre is very near. Easy to check in and check out. The communication with the host was very good and fast via WhatsApp. A little bit of tidiness would be good (shower and kitchen surfaces).

Jolanda (8/5): Fijn en ruim appartement op korte afstand van het centrum - Mooi appartement met zeer ruime woonkamer. We konden zelfs ‘s nachts onze fietsen binnen parkeren 😀 De bedden lagen erg comfortabel. Kleine maar fijne badkamer. Douche had geen deur of douchegordijn waardoor de vloer nat werd. In de keuken maar 1 stopcontact beschikbaar waardoor we de stekkers van de koffiemachine, waterkoker en broodrooster steeds moesten wisselen.

Veronika (8/5): - Modern, tastefully furnished apartment, amazing terrace. Quiet in the evening. Attentive owner, bottle of tench, coffee, cookies in the room. The only thing I have to criticize is the cleaning. The floor was not cleaned at all, there were black hairs everywhere.

Natalia (10/5): Sauber, tolle Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, weg von den lauten Straßen des Malaga-Zentrums, zugleich nicht ganz so weit zu Fuß. Das Viertel ist sehr authentisch. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Alles ist sauber, bequem, man hat alles, was braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Jane (8/5): Quiet retreat away from central hustle and bustle! - Nice flat. Very pleasant road and we liked that the area was very Spanish. Loved the terrace. Comfortable bed. Very quiet. It was a bit further out with few nearby restaurants. Living area a bit Spartan with an uncomfortable bed settee. We asked for twin beds and were given a double, but it was very wide.

Sheets and towels were very clean Small details make the difference, so for the cleaning I have to say that there was a weird smell (probably from dirty mop used to clean the apartment ). It downgraded the whole stay to such a nice apartment

john (1/5): Disappointing is an understatement!!!!!!!! - The flat was literally a corridor really!! The beds barely fitting across the room and virtually next to the kitchennet, there were chunks of mould in various states of decay in the shower, at the back of the bathroom sink! The coffee machine had been left with condensation in it and was not a pretty site!!! The bed had a nasty stain on the mattress and the screens behind the beds had greasey hair marks see pics! A 35min walk to the old town the apartment doesn't have much around it in the way of facilities and I think it would be fair to say it was in a rough area!! I got to the apartment and within an hour had booked alternative accommodation, the vendor has not refunded us for our stay!! Booking.com however did give us a token €40 voucher xxxxxxx

Rūdolfs (10/5): Great stay for very good value - I enjoyed bit more quiet and local location. Apartment had all what’s needed for shorter or longer stay - from cooking to laundry. And I received very nice complimentary bottle of wine and water in the room. Communication with the host was also quick and friendly. And as I arrived before check in time i could leave my bag there as very nice cleaning lady helped me with it. Would stay again!
