• Maria Martha (4/5): Acceptable for short stay but not ideal for long stays. - Apartment was clean. The apartment did not match the photos shown in booking.com. Decor of apartment was out dated. Mix and match bedsheets and comforter covers , furniture , plates, cups and cutlery. It could benefit from updated and more modern decor to improve the overall experience. Apartment and towels had a strong flowery scent. Bedsheets and pillowcases had an unpleasant smell. They were not properly dried. I had to rewash all beddings and towels in the laundromat to remove the odor. Need a drying rack since bathrooms had no ventilation. Towels could not dry properly. Finding and accessing the apartment was a bit complicated since it seemed to be located inside another building, which was confusing at first. The apartment would also benefit from updated sheets and more modern decor to improve the overall experience.

• Nadia (8/5): Buono - L'appartamento è molto grande composto da tre camere e due bagni. Le istruzioni per accedere alla casa sono un po' complicate. L'appartamento è un po' freddo, non ci sono termosifoni ma solo due condizionatori uno in salotto e uno in una delle tre camere.

• Jesús (7/5): Buen apartamento bien ubicado pero falló el calentador - El apartamento está en una buena ubicación, cerca del mar en un paseo a 10-15 minutos y al metro en 5-10 a el Torcal y Princesa-Huelin, ideal para conocer el centro. Tiene 3 habitaciones, 2 de matrimonio y una con dos camas individuales, 2 baños, uno dentro de una de las habitaciones de matrimonio, una cocina con todo tipo de menaje, microondas, horno, lavadora, frigorífico... y un salón amplio con wifi y TV. La comunicación con al responsable, Tania, fue excelente y nos explicó muy bien como recoger las llaves y como llegar desde la plaza de garaje hasta el apartamento, que no es fácil. La llave nos la dejó en un candado cercano en una reja de una casa que había que abrir con un código y recoger el candado, fue rápido. Pues lo que menos nos gustó es que el calentador eléctrico falla a veces y no va el agua caliente en las duchas. Nosotros que queríamos básicamente para dormir y ducharnos, porque durante el día conocíamos la ciudad, en alguna ocasión no nos quedó mas remedio que ducharnos con agua fría (a pesar que reiniciamos el calentador). El acceso desde el garaje es, como dicen en otro comentario, un escape room, además que el espacio para aparcar es reducido por motos de otras plazas que aparcan junto a coches. Para llegar al apartamento hay que abrir una puerta de garaje, aparcar, abrir una puerta y otra, coger un ascensor con llave que no de mucha seguridad, llegar al portal, abrir otra puerta, coger otro ascensor o subir escaleras y abrir la puerta. Cuando lo haces la segunda vez no es tan complicado pero de primera y viniendo de lejos se hace tedioso. Como consejo (ajeno al apartamento) tened cuidado si contais con volver en metro porque supuestamente se acababa a las 2:00 de la madrugada y a las 1:30 ya no podíamos acceder y tuvimos que coger un cabify.

• Katarzyna (6/5): Nie polecam - Duży apartamenty pomieścił 2 pary z trójką dzieci, parking w garażu ŚMIERDZĄCE STĘCHLIZNĄ RĘCZNIKI!!! Woda podgrzewana piecykiem gazowym, który się załączał jak chciał, czas prysznica znacznie się przedłużał, wody ciepłej było mało, co przy trójce dzieci było mega utrudnieniem. Brak zmywarki, stary czajnik, który otwierał się podczas gotowania, przez co koleżanka się poparzyła. Rozwalony sprzęt plażowy. Po co w ogóle tam był? Szafy zawalone gratami, brak miejsca na rozpakowanie. W łazience brak jakiejkolwiek półki żeby rozstawić swoje kosmetyki.

Dimensioni modeste ma molto buone, posizione poco fuori ma tranquilla, con supermercato sotto casa. Pulizia buona, con disponibilità di prodotti base per il cibo e la pulizia. Ottimo appartamento! • Corina (10/5): Comfortable place - The apartment is spacious Suitable for a large family or a group of three families. On the ground floor of the building, there is a supermarket. Very close to the bus stations Five minutes walk from El Torcal metro station. The host, Tania, promptly answered all our questions and requests.
• Deepayandas (8/5): Very good - The host was always available to answers questions. Her instruction videos are excellent. The apartment had everything mentioned. The location has grocery stores all around. Cant think of anything. Malaga is cold in winters and there are ACs. One of the room was a a little cold which was fixed by a heater. So not so much of a problem. P.S : The parking space is a little tight for "big" vehicles.

• Xin (8/5): We had a good time! - Convenient location Sheets are not fresh, takes a few maneuvers to get to the apartment,once you get a hang of it, it’s a breeze. Overall we had a nice stay.
• Mauricio (7/5): Good Place for family but needs some updating in overall comfort. Has potential. - Two bedroom, two bath, apt with living room and kitchen. Spacious for Europe. Very accommodating host kept in touch and was very concerned about our comfort and gave very detailed explanation on how to park and use the various keys. Location is good. There is a supermarket next door and we were able to get basics to make some meals. Full kitchen, Place can use some updating. Beds, linens and towels are old and could be improved, although it was clean. The place as a whole feels damp and humid (probably due to being an old building). The beds are a bit small for a couple. If it is hot, only one room has AC. We had to get the key from a lock box across the street on a bar on a window. Parking and getting up to unit from parking is confusing and requires several keys and two different elevators.

The owner could not have been more hel - We chose this property because of the proximity to metro and being in the middle of the line for Davis Cup tennis and Malaga Town The only downside was that there was some noise from other apartments probably due to tiled floors.
• Mikk (9/5): Superb - Clean and well equipped. Quiet streets. The building has a small courtyard. Too much fabric softener used for towels and other textiles. The odours were too intense so we had to keep the bathroom doors closed all the time. At first a bit complicated to find the apartment door (you have to use two different elevators to get to the third floor etc).

• Constanza (7/5): Great place, nice apartment! - host was very friendly and super helpful. they guided us on how and where to park our car, explained everything and suggested things to do locally. The apartment was great for a large family (3 bedrooms) and the facilities overall very good. They provided bed linens, towels, toiletries and hair dryer. Plenty of blankets if you tend to get cold at night and the place was warm in January. Kitchen fully equipped. Unfortunately this apartment is very humid. This can be an issue in winter when trying to dry clothes and towels. This is probably common for all of Malaga. We used their external hangers, but with a family of 7 it wasn’t enough for us. There’s some signs of humidity in some walls and inside closets, which some people might not be comfortable with. The one thing we did not like is that the windows are not protected at all. We had a toddler and it was not safe to open any window, since the apartment is located on a second floor. Bathrooms were very humid during our whole stay, proper ventilation should be installed (no ventilation in bathrooms at all). The apartment is not particularly close to the centre, but is a nice 25 mins walk, that we enjoyed.
