• Lorenzo (3/5): Soggiorno che non ha rispettato le aspettative di “luxury” - Buona la posizione per muoversi a piedi in centro anche se la via è molto trafficata e c’è molto rumore La struttura era mal tenuta. Le foto rispecchiano la struttura almeno 15 anni fa. Il divano usurato, alcune piastrelle rotte, mobili rotti e mal tenuti. Abbiamo trovato scarafaggi e ci siamo svegliati con punture di insetto che non abbiamo riconosciuto.

• Katarzyna (4/5): - Zaczynając od plusów bo jest ich zdecydowanie mniej niż minusów… Dobra lokalizacja blisko centrum i dobry kontakt z właścicielem, poprosiliśmy o żelazko i korkociąg i po niedługim czasie był już w apartamencie ale nie to było głównym powodem naszego kontaktu. I teraz minusy: Apartament odbiega od tego co jest widoczne na zdjęciach, ewidentnie wymaga remontu ale przede wszystkim chociaż dokładniejszego sprzątania. Ręczniki które oferuje obiekt są w takim stanie że nie wiadomo czy aby napewno były prane i są czyste. W łazience jakieś rozlatujące się szafki, już pierwszego dnia zatrzasnęły się też drzwi w łazience z osobą w środku, zgłosiliśmy to właścicielowi przyjechał zobaczył stwierdził że drzwi wymagają wymiany więc do końca wyjazdu nie mogliśmy zamykać drzwi w łazience a w drugiej drzwi nie ma wcale…kanapa w salonie mocno zużyta nie można jej rozłożyć więc apartament oferuje nocleg na max 6 osób. Najgorsze jednak było to że w apartamencie pojawiły się karaluchy…jeden w łazience pod prysznicem a drugi w jednej z sypialni i mimo pomocnego właściciela nie jestem w stanie wystawić dobrej opinii.

• Haseeb (7/5): Nice and big property however, quite noisy at night and some appliances were faulty. - It was spacious and had a lot of lighting. There were lots of beds. No ventilation or windows in the main bathroom.

O cazare impresionanta! - Amplasarea locației, foarte aproape de turn Camerele, fiecare camere cu baie ei Puteam sa urcam si pe scări, dar cel mai mult am folosit liftul. Da, are lift, eu nu citisem despre acest aspect, care ne-a surprins placut 😊 Camerele sunt foooarte confortabile. Aceasta cazare este pe locul nr. 1, dintre toate cazarile la care am fost până acum. Chiar va recomand aceasta cazare. 2 aspecte: miroasea a canalizare, dar cred ca este o problema pentru toata zona respectiva, pentru ca si pe unele străduțe mirosea urat. Si faptul ca era super mare gălăgie afara. Dimineața la ora 8 vine o masina in care se reciclează sticlele din sticla de la restaurantele de langa si este o perioada mai zgomotoasa, ca vrei ca nu vrei, trebuie sa te trezești 🤣

Il condizionatore in una della camere, quella con il bagno in stanza, sgocciolava e puzzava, abbiamo cercato di contattare la proprietaria, la quale ha detto che avrebbe mandato qualcuno, ma così non è stato. Nonostante ciò siamo riusciti comunque a dormire tranquilli

• JEREMIAS (10/5): - Tanto la ubicación como el domicilio son muy recomendables,la comunicación con la gestión del domicilio han sido muy cómodos,en nuestro caso éramos 8 y hemos estado muy cómodos. El aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones pierde un poco de agua y las duchas no se pueden regular, sale tan caliente que es imposible ducharse.

The main bathroom was fine size too and showers working great,kitchen has everything,city view,big windows its a beautiful apartment. It didn't bother me much, but just FYI.. it's in the right in the centre, it can be a bit noisy til late.

• Kanou (5/5): Great location but if you want to have a good nights sleep, probably not the right place. - Location is really amazing. When we arrived the AC was not working in one of the bedrooms. The host told us that it was functional for the guest before us. After reviewing the previous reviews it is mentioned that the AC was not working so the host lied to us. Secondly there was a very bad smell in the apartment mainly coming from one of the bedrooms. So basically 1 bedroom no AC and one bedroom very bad sewage smell. The host brought the fan the first and installed a new AC for the second night. The host was supposed to be present during the AC repair as we had our belongings in the room but was not present. The AC repair last about 4 hours from 11 to 3pm. Also apartment was very noisy at night. We received NO compensation from the host and NO compensation form Booking.com. Really disappointed in both.
• Aibda (6/5): The apartment owner needs to do more to make sure things are comfortable for her guests - The location was ideal The air conditioning wasn’t working in one of the rooms and it didn’t get fixed nor a fan provided to cool the room in the extreme heat and the person sleeping in that room struggled to get any sleep .Someone came out to fix it and said it couldn’t be fixed and we had to stay in while he had a look at it and that took our hours away from exploring the city There were ants too in the lobby . We were given one towel each and no fresh towels at all and made to with the same one for 4 days . The bedding wasn’t changed either . No one came to clean the apartment or empty the bins . There was a foul smell coming from the bedroom with the en suite . If it wasn’t for the location would have got a much lower score . The apartment owner needs to do more to make sure everything is working and provide guests with fresh towels and empty the bins and change the bedding
• Caba3 (5/5): OK for a short stay, good location - Very good and central location, apartment is quite clean, beds are comfortable, self check-in No hot water, one of the showers was clogged, towels smell a bit like humidity, the apartment is spacious but feels a bit worn out in general (some towel hangers are missing, wall paint isn't in the best condition)

• Catherine (8/5): Great Location - spacious 3 bedroom apartment - Perfectly located apartment within a couple of minutes walk from Merced and all its restaurants. Lovely kitchen area and spacious bedrooms. Access to the city and the beach so easy from here. I would definitely stay again

• Tsveta (7/5): Very good - Very good location, very central place at walking distance from the most touristic area, around the corner of Merced and Picasso House, the Alcazaba fortress, historic centre, 10 min. walk from the sea promenade and Malaga Pompidou Center. The bedrooms are big enough, bathrooms as well, kitchen is equipped with everything. Supermarket very close by. Restaurants and bars just across the street on the square. Very busy street with public transport busses passing below the windows, rather noisy during the night. There is mold in one of the bathrooms (from a leakage). Facilities could be better maintained.

Beautiful living room with wall size windows! also good to have public parking (paid) very close by. Wanted to say upfront - this is definitely not a luxury apartment:) Very disturbing smell when you entered the building (toilet / bad ventilation) The pictures are not reflecting the reality - walls need major repainting, bathrooms have mold. Quite unfortunate there are no basic amenities like sponges or soap in the kitchen. What was most disappointing - the host postponed our check in (saying they needed extra time to clean the apartment) and when we entered the apartment half an hour post official check in time the cleaning lady was still working, and she had to rush out, leaving some work unfinished. Same time when we asked for late checkout, the host was unresponsive and eventually declined to provide late checkout, even though our check in was delayed. This is quite annoying and unexpected, given how hospitable and beautiful Andalusia is!
