• Karolina (10/5): - To był naprawdę wyjątkowy pobyt. Wynajmowałam już wiele różnych miejsc na wyjazdach, ale chyba pierwszy raz byłam aż tak zadowolona. Wszystko było dopracowane, a w pokoju znajdowało się dosłownie wszystko, czego można było potrzebować. Właściciel był niesamowicie miły, uprzejmy i pomocny. Czekał na nas przy przyjeździe, pokazał nam wszystko, wyjaśnił, jak co działa, a do tego chętnie doradzał, gdzie warto pójść i co zobaczyć. Naprawdę czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze potraktowani. Razem z partnerem byliśmy ogromnie zadowoleni z pobytu. To miejsce zdecydowanie przerosło nasze oczekiwania i z całego serca możemy je polecić.
• maria cristina (10/5): EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN Y ESTANCIA, YO VUELVO !! - Pues, me quedé sorprendida del lugar, sumamente bien ubicado, en pleno centro de la ciudad pero alejado de la bulla y laberinto, pero todo a la mano. Pablo y su mujer, sumamente atentos y al pendiente de su huésped para solucionar cualquier inconveniente que se presentara; me sorprendió los detalles que habían puesto en la habitación para mi llegada, todo A1, la verdad; ya sé donde regresaré cuando tenga que volver a Málaga 😉 Un poco oscura la habitación y sin la privacidad de poder abrir la ventana tan libremente como hubiera querido, pero era lógico xq era en la planta del nivel de la calle y por ello era un poco oscura; sin embargo, todo estuvo tan bien, que realmente pasó desapercibido y además en la noche se dormía fenomenal, al final, es lo que todos queremos.

The location is perfect, only about a 10-minute walk to the city center, which made everything very easy and convenient. The apartment itself was very cute, cozy, and comfortable. Pablo and his wife were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. One day, when we were heading to the beach, they even gave us sunscreen because the weather was very warm. Such a thoughtful gesture made us feel truly cared for. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Valeu super a pena e voltaria a ficar lá alojada sem dúvida! - A localização era incrível, a poucos minutos do centro!! apartamento limpo e confortável além do senhor pablo e a sua mulher serem pessoas super prestativas e atenciosas. There are some extra’s in the room, as a first-aid set, a sewing set ( we didn’t need it, but it makes you feel welcome). The room has everything it needs, but isn’t really cosy. Though nothing to complain, it’s really good value for money.

Полотенца,гели,хорший душ. В кухне посудомойка и стиральная машина.Чайник,тостер,утюг. Пабло и его жена очень приятная пара. Всегда готовы помочь. Не хватило света по вечерам и розеток на кухне. Но это никак не помешало нам хорошо отдохнуть.

(günstiger supermarkt DYAS mit Brötchenangebot fürs Frühstück in 6 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar) Netter Vermieter. Reibungsloser Ablauf. Wohnung in einem ruhigen Haus. Wir haben zu viert einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Die Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien hat nicht gerade zum Kochen eingeladen - aber das haben die meisten Urlauber vermutlich auch nicht vor. (Küchengeräte aber alle vorhanden) Ansonsten alles super. Die Geräuschkulisse des Nachtlebens war völlig okay in dieser Seitenstraße. Nur ein Gullideckel, der laut polterte, wenn mal ein Auto drüber fährt. Für die, die wegen jeder Kleinigkeit wach werden, vermutlich nicht so prickelnd. Wer einen Parkplatz in der gegenüberliegenden Tiergarage bei Pablo bucht, sollte beachten, dass dieser lediglich für Kleinwagen geeignet ist. Das Einparken ist ein Erlebnis ;-)

• Aileen (10/5): - Durch und durch perfekt! Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter, aber in der wunderschönen Wohnung lässt es sich wirklich gut leben. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, Geschäfte und Restaurants im Umkreis, zur U-Bahn ist es nicht weit. Zudem war die Wohnung sehr sauber, die Eigentümer reinigen selbst. Da war nach dem Check-Out noch Zeit bis zur Abreise hatten und die nächsten Gäste erst sehr viel später kamen, durften wir noch einige Zeit länger bleiben, was mit Gepäck und bei Regen wirklich ein Geschenk war. Danke, dass wir so einen tollen Aufenthalt in Málaga hatten!

• Hebert (10/5): Super séjour ! - Au top! Formidable Accueil de Pablo et de son épouse . Appartement avec un équipement supérieur à ce qui est annoncé. Emplacement idéal pour la ville historique. Parking idéalement placé et indispensable dans la vieille ville. Impossible de garder la fenêtre ouverte en rez de chaussée mais nous étions au courant et avons réservé en toute connaissance de cause

Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet, sauber und zentral. Gerne wieder. Der Lage im Parterre war es geschuldet, dass das Appartement ziemlich dunkel war. Auch nachts war Verkehr zu hören. Preislich und von der Lage aber dennoch ok.

• Grzegorz (10/5): - First of all - Pablo is a great host. Very welcoming, helpful, friendly, and speaks very communicative English, too. The place itself is neat, it's a bit smaller than what it looks like in the pictures (it's not a complaint, though). Air conditioning works fine, the bathroom is clean and comfy (huge shower), comfortable beds, too. It's located a short walk away from Centro Historico (probably about 10 minutes to the Picasso Museum), and it'll be a 25-minute or so walk to the Malagueta beach. If you need parking space, there's an underground garage just opposite the building. I wholeheartedly recommend the place to anybody who wants to spend a few days in Malaga and is not looking for a super fancy hotel experience. I personally usually travel on budget, and accomodation such as Patio de Arance meets all my expectations perfectly. Thank you Pablo! The one thing that I did not like is the noise. If you leave the window open at night (which you might want to do, unless you want your AC running all night), the street gets loud. I guess quite a lot of drunken tourists (and locals?) pass by, or even if not drunken, then nobody seems to respect any sort of curfew over there. This is, of course, NOT the host's fault, so the complaint is not aimed at him or the studio itself. It is what it is... but you can still get a goodnight's sleep nonetheless.

Le studio au ré de chaussée n’est pas une bonne idée car la fenêtre ne peut pas être convenablement exploité vu qu’elle une vue directement à l’extérieur donc c’était pas simple pour faire aérer la pièce convenablement .

• Juan Jose (9/5): Instalaciones en perfectas condiciones. - Estaba todo en perfectas condiciones. Las instalaciones es están fenomenal. Descansamos muy bien. Nos dejaron agua y cápsulas para la cafetera. Recomendación: el aire acondicionado tiene un temporizador que en la madrugada se apaga. Hay que levantarse y volverlo a encender. Si quitarán ese temporizador sería genial. Solo el temporizador del aire acondicionado. Del resto todo fenomenal

• Drew (10/5): The reason I’ll be returning to Málaga! - Pablo is an absolute star! So accommodating and always checks in on how you’re getting on when you bump into him during your stay! Málaga is an absolute gem of a city and the location is perfect, shops nearby for the necessities and a small local bar if you fancy more of a quiet night and plenty of food options nearby!
• Katarzyna (10/5): Hidden diamond in Málaga - The place is freshly renovated, smells nice and is very clean. Pablo is a great host who cares about everything, especially of his guests. The apartment we've had was on the second floor. No lift there, what is written in the description, but I think it's fair to point it. The apartment is spacious, clean, nicely decorated. Bedrooms aren't too big, but enough to feel comfy. The bathroom is very big and very comfortable to use. The living room connected to the kitchen - this space is very convenient. The flat is superbly equipped - you'll find everything you could possibly need during your holiday. And if by some unusual coincidence you are missing something, Pablo will do his best to arrange it for you. I am convinced of that. As it is placed on a very small street, there is not much noise at night. Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but I think this is a matter of the old building and the drains. It didn't interfere with the use and came up only from time to time.

• George (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed in the loft which was perfectly sized for 1 or 2 people, with all the things you need, some nice extra touches and a terrace. it's in a great location, not far from the station or the old town. I was able to check in a little earlier which was great. A great base for a few days in Málaga.
