• Homira (5/5): - Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet viel Platz mit mehreren Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohnbereich und einem schönen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die schnelle Erreichbarkeit und die zügige Reaktion des Vermieters bzw. Hausmeisters bei gemeldeten Problemen. Leider gab es mehrere Mängel, die unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben. Ein Doppelbett verursachte bei jeder Bewegung starke Geräusche, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Auch mehrere Türen quietschten sehr laut, insbesondere nachts. Trotz eines Reparaturversuchs trat das Problem bereits am nächsten Tag erneut auf. Bei unserer Ankunft war außerdem die Glasschiebetür der Dusche beschädigt und der Duschabfluss verstopft, sodass das Wasser nur sehr langsam ablief. Beides wurde nach unserer Meldung repariert. Weniger zufriedenstellend war jedoch der Umgang mit dem Schimmelbefall im Badezimmer sowie im angrenzenden Waschraum. Der Schimmel befand sich an der Decke. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde dieser lediglich oberflächlich abgewischt und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass bereits ein Reparaturauftrag vorliege. Da dieses Problem laut früheren Bewertungen offenbar schon länger besteht, hätten wir hier eine nachhaltige Lösung erwartet. Besonders für Allergiker ist dies ein wichtiger Punkt. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Garten vor dem Balkon sehr schön. Allerdings liegt die Wohnanlage auf einem Hügel, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ohne Mietwagen ist man auf Taxi oder Fahrdienste angewiesen, da der Bus nur eingeschränkt fährt und die Wege bergauf recht anstrengend sind.

Fehlende Dinge in der Küche wurden sofort gebracht und eine, während des Aufenthaltes,auftauchende Störung der Toilette unverzüglich behoben. Mehr Handtuchhalter im Bad.
• Erwan (7/5): - Appartement pratique dans une résidence de qualité. Tout est là pour un confort convenable. C'est à 15 min du Centro alors c'est une bonne chose, c'est au calme et dans un quartier avec des gens et des commerces locaux, tout est proche. 3 chambres c'est bien pratique pour 3 personnes avec chacun sa chambre. La douche est vraiment en dessous des attentes, très peu de débit d'eau et difficile d'avoir l'eau chaude constante. La propreté et le ménage n'étaient pas optimal à notre arrivée.

• Madden (8/5): Comfortable and peaceful stay. I loved the view from the living room with all the trees. - The location was great though you must be ready to climb up a lot of steps if you stick to walking (the property itself has a lift, it's just that it's built on a steep hill).It's within walking distance from the City Centre. It's very peaceful and you can walk in the beautiful park behind the property which offers fantastic views of Malaga and its surroundings.The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. One bedroom didn't have AC so a thicker quilt would have been welcome in the Winter. The Italian coffee maker had a broken handle so it was a bit tricky to use it. As we didn't use the dishwasher and stayed for a full week, one tea towel wasn't really enough.

• Zsuzsanna (5/5): Kellemes, tágas, elég jól felszerelt, de kicsit elhanyagolt szállás, nehezen megközelíthető. - Az épületen belül volt lift. A szobák tágasak voltak. A szúnyoghálók néhol leestek az ablakokról, a mikró nem működött, a bejutással gond volt, szerelőt kellett hívni. A szállás nehezen megközelíthető volt, minden nap 110 lépcsőn kellett fel- és lemenni. Esténként a szomszédok hangosak voltak, csukott ablak mellett lehetett csak aludni.
• Cristina (8/5): Curat și liniște - Apartamentul este mare, are 3 camere, o baie, bucătărie cu mașină de spălat, cameră de zi și balcon. Foarte curat și luminos,poziționat foarte sus, intr-un parc lângă castelul Gibralfaro de unde se vede tot orașul. Liniște deplină, se aud doar păsărele. Am stat o săptămână la această locație cu un singur rând de prosoape( chiar dacă au mașină de spălat, nu se usucă într-o zi, fiind octombrie). Nu există săpun de mâini sau gel de duș, etc.și nici cafea să vă cumpărați înainte de a ajunge pentru că nu este niciun bar pe o rază de 1km. Alt sfat: să fiți antrenați bine, ca să ajungeți la locație trebuie să urcați mult și abrupt, iar ultimul autobuz trece la ora 20. În rest totul bine

• Lorraine (5/5): Passable - The beds were comfortable and a nice closed in verandah to sit in. It was situated at the top of a very high hill. Access is difficult for someone with mobility problems. And conveying shopping and water. The toaster did not work properly and was dangerous. There was a ledge that was easy tripped over going into the bathroom again, which was dangerous for someone with mobility problems. The lock on the bathroom door was faulty, and I got locked in once, and once it locked us out. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower. We were there for two weeks and had no change of linen or towels or tea towels in this period. The property backed on to a very high hill. We had torrential rain, and the wall wall dividing thos property collapsed. We immediately texted to report it, fearing the rest would come down....we had no response on this matter. We could not sleep the last night for fear of this.

• Ollik81 (8/5): Great Apartment for a comfy longer stay. - Very well equipped Apartment with a sunny "winter garden balcony" to sit and relax exactly as shown on the photos. Kitchen was great, AirCon, Washing machine etc... all there. Location is great if you like to stay away from busy roads or noisy bars and near the best view points (Sendero al Mirador de la Costa as well as the Mirador de Gibralfaro). Apartment is up a hill but you don't need to follow the road, there are stairs / shortcuts for pedestrians. The link to open the door didn't work for us once, so we had to use the key (only one available) and a pin code. The broken toilet cover was not repaired during our stay, something they should have done before new guests arrived. The walls are paper thin, so be prepared to listen to your neighbours in the evenings.
