• simone (10/5): Superlativo - La posizione è ottima per andare in spiaggia ed è ottima anche per raggiungere il porto in pochissimi passi. L'appartamento è pulitissimo, è arredato con stile e risulta essere molto accogliente. La cucina è fornita di tutto addirittura c'è anche la macchina per il caffè espresso. Le istruzioni che ci hanno fornito per prendere la chiave sono state chiarissime. Il mio consiglio è di affittare questo appartamento con piena fiducia.

• María Amparo (8/5): Volvería - Su ubicación, vistas, orientación y ventanales. También muy bien su equipamiento y la climatización en todas las habitaciones. Se escuchaba ruido en la calle.

• Ranko (7/5): - The location is excellent for both visiting the beach and going to the historic centre. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The host was really supportive and provided help very fast. The apartment felt unclean and could do better with new towels and bedsheets. All doors are very squeaky and feel broken.

Ombrelloni per la spiaggia e tutto il necessario per una casa viva. Ma soprattutto il panorama. impagabile la vista mare in tutte le ore del giorno. Zona tranquilla e super servita.. Supermercato a 50 metri e altri locali dove puoi assaggiare bontà locali e non.. I letti a castello sono leggermente piccoli ma la struttura ci avrebbe preparato i divani letto qualora l'avessimo richiesto

Some breakfast tea would have been great, but it was ok as we purchased some. It would have been handy to have a note that we had to prepare our own beds for two people.

It's walking distance absolutely anywhere you want to go in Malaga :) Beach across the street, lots of nice restaurants and cafes in the nearest neighbourhood. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, basic but very conveniently prepared, you will find everything needed there, from kitchen stuff to make any meal to after-sun lotion in a bathroom :) The owner replies within seconds to any questions and is super nice 👌

It's maintained to a good standard and is comfortable. I struggled with the lift from the ground floor to the main lift vestibule. Again this seems dated and shows signs of wear and tear, at times I had to slam the doors shut to ensure the switchhear mechanism operated correctly!

Some cockroaches in the apartment, very thin walls and windows so it is very loud in the apartment, beds could be changed that it would be more comfortable for two guests to sleep, not much space to move around.

Unfriendly rental agency. - The apartment is facing the sea, so if you hangout of the window, or sit on a high chair next to the window, you can enjoy the view, which is stunning. The apartment's space is large enough, but everything is so old and worn out. The kitchen is difficult to operate. The isolation is so bad that you can hear everything from the street to the elavotor, or if someone closes the doors in the building. The bunk beds are creaking everytime my child turned and you can hear that too from the master bedroom. The bed in the master bedroom is too small for 2 persons.
• Vicky (8/5): Malaga Beach Stay - I loved the location. I have never been to Malaga, so it was great. I enjoyed the apartment very much. I was quite comfortable all week. It was quiet and I felt very safe walking around at night from Centro Ok...not sure I read the fine print, but I was expecting a room with a view. It was not a sunny apartment because it was in the back of the building. Again, the location was great, so I just got used to it. The check-in process was cumbersome and stressful. I was expecting to meet someone but received several messages about a keybox not nearby...my UBER driver and I could not communicate properly so I sent him away and had to get a second driver to take me to the apartment. This was my least favorite experience of the trip. The shower had a slow drain. I did communicate this, but it made showering hard as I was trying not to flood the bathroom.

• Christian (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the building where the flat is. The flat has all the things needed to ensure a confortable stay. The flat is not at all airy and light. the bed is not really a double bed.

• Gold (8/5): Very good - The location is unbeatable! You are on the beach and in the center. Everything is in walking distance. I enjoyed sunrise and sunset EVERYDAY! I had the most amazing moon photos too. The beach is just full of magic. The room is relatively small but very clean and has everything that one needs for a short trip. Inma is also very friendly and ready to help if needed. Wifi works perfectly. Hotwater works very well too. Do not need to wait long. I did not cook therefore cannot say about the cooking posibilities but there is microwave and E-stove. There is no coffee machine but a coffee cooker that I did not use so cannot say a lot. During the time of my travel( 2023 early Feb 7 to 16 Celsius) it was very cold. The room is located on the northwest side of the building and basically had no direct sunlight. It can be very cold if you just sit there. If you only use it to sleep then there is no problem. Outside there is enough place to sit under the sun. At night, there is extra blanket to keep you warm. The airconditioner did not work very well in my opinion and for me personally noisy therefore I did not use it a lot. This is subjective therefore you may be able to keep it on. The wall is very thin so that I could hear all the neighbors but fortunately they all go to bed early so that I had no problem sleeping. The restaurant directly downstairs could be noisy over the weekend. So if you are sensitive to noise, please remember to bring earbuds then no problem. Sounds like a lot of negative opinion but consiering the price and location I would book it again :) . Just plan plenty to do and have earbuds.

Land lady was super friendly. 10 min walk to the Malaga Center, 1 minute to beach, 1 minute to supermarket. Apartment, toilet, kitchen and bed all really clean. Washer-dryer also available which was really nice. 10/10! The bed is quite squeeky. Maybe time to update.
