• Jeanna (8/5): Enjoyed our stay after cleaning the dirty kitchen. - The location was excellent. There was a balcony with sea view. The second bedroom was dark as the window overlooked internal smelly courtyard. The apartment was too full of other people’s belongings.

• Denise (10/5): Location! Location! Location! - Location! Right on the beach. Easy 5 minute walk to muello one where there are always fabulous yachts to see while you dine at beautiful open air restaurants. Beautiful 15 minute walk to old town and all the historic sites and more restaurants and shopping. Many grocery stores and tapas bars right around the corner from the apartment. Also, felt very safe with the doorman at the building who was very friendly It can be noisy at night, since you are right in the beach

• Judith (9/5): Fab location, helpful host - Fab location handy beach and also old town , host very helpful and apt well equipped. It was pretty good all round but there was a slight smell of damp in one of the bedrooms.
• Balaceanu (10/5): O destinație de vacanță minunată! - Amplasat excelent. Aproape si de plaja si de centru. Totodata privelistea de pe terasa minunata. Doamna Ana extraordinar de amabilă si draguta. Ne-a explicat in detaliu ce ofera Malaga…de la locuri de luat masa pana la obiectivele ce merita a fi vizitate. Apartamentul in sine, desi comod, mai necesită unele investiții. De altfel, chiar si asa, a fost minunat!

• Anne (10/5): Amazing! - The host is very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect (just one minute to the beach and 10 minutes to the city centre), and the apartment is lovely with a nice terrace and view of the beach. There is also convenient street parking available around the apartment, although finding a parking space can sometimes be difficult.
• LOMBARDOF (10/5): Malaga para disfrutar - La ubicación es perfecta. Tanto para el día, cruzar a la playa o para la noche ir a los chiringuitos. Las anfitrionas son muy amables y atentas. Aunque no los usamos, la cocina tenía todos los implementos para cocinar. El baño y el lavarropas muy buenos. Había toallas, reposeras y mantas para la playa! Volvería sin dudar! Nada. Solo como sugerencia poner camas individuales en una de las habitaciones para el caso de ir con hijos adolescentes o grupos de amigos.

Unfortunately the weather throughout our stay was wet ,windy & thundary. As we got wet on a number of days a tumbler dryer in the apartment would have been useful for drying towels and clothes.

• Jane (9/5): A very comfortable stay in a stylish apartment and great location - The location is excellent. We have stayed at this property before and found it very comfortable and well furnished. The area feels very safe and the local people are always friendly and hospitable. There were no tea towels to wipe dishes but I am sure this was just an oversight.

• Agnieszka (1/5): avoid: dirty, old and tired flat, with unprofessional management ignoring hygiene and security - I do not recommend this place, I visited it in early September 2023. The only good thing about this place is location: indeed very close to the beach. For well over 150 EUR a night, it is daylight robbery. Just find a better place and save yourself the disappointment and stress. I am posting 4 photos (2: dirty fridge, 2: cockroach in the bathroom), but sometimes booking.com does not publish photos. * The flat is dirty, old and tired (dilapidated). The management is unprofessional (we were checked-in by an elderly "aunt" with no English, there are no complaint forms in the flat, there is no fire exinguisher), lazy and dishonest (you pay for cleaning, but there is no cleaning). * The worst thing is that the flat was dirty: there was a hair in the fridge, plus a dirty bottom drawer. The kitchen is well equipped, but the cupboards as well as cutlery are dirty, which is disgusting. On top of this, there were some travel documents (taxi reservation) of some guy from summer 2022, which clearly shows that there is no cleaning, because this would have been removed a long time ago. No proper cleaning since summer 2022: think about it. Even the power sockets are dirty (except for the bathroom). * When I told the management about the dirty fridge, they offered that the "aunt" (the elderly lady without English who checked us in) would come and clean this, which is an absolute joke, but tells you a lot about the dishonest and unprofessional approach of this place (after you complain, they offer to do some cleaning: by the "aunt", during your holiday). * During our 5 days here, we saw two small (baby) cockroaches: one in the living room, another one in the bathroom at night. Awful. * The description of this place is dishonest and misleading: it says the flat is air-conditioned, but you only have AC in the living room, the two bedrooms have no AC and no fan. * During our stay, there was some construction noise (drilling and pounding in the building), but we were not informed about this before arrival (so that we can decide whether we want to have such noise on holiday). * The flat is old and tired: there is a lot of wear and tear, including dirty marks and dents on walls, very ugly and unprofessional paint retouches, dilapidated balcony (including rusty rod for operating the terrace awning, which is also very tired and should be replaced). There is black mould in the bathroom (under the shower), the shower door is broken (it does not close properly, you need to be very careful). There is an unpleasant damp smell in the bedroom overlooking the ugly inner yard (with hanging laundry and bins at the bottom). * The flat has unpleasant, cold ceiling lights. One of the ceiling lights stopped working after the first night. * The "decor" of the flat includes a lot of plastic flowers and a lot of aboslutely cheapest gear that you can buy in ikea. * The flat has no proper blinds in bedrooms: just curtains that do not shut the light off completely (they are too short). * Before arrival, I got many (in fact, too many) messages in fairly good English. When I called shortly before our arrival, the phone was picked up by a person who spoke almost no English. Then we were checked in by an elderly lady who knew absolutely no English, which was quite annoying: you do need English for basic communication and proper check-in. * The elderly lady had no respect for rules or safety: she asked us for IDs, but she did not have the forms required for check-in (where they take your details), so she wanted to take photos of our IDs. We refused, saying that it is not safe and asked her to write down the details (as other hotels/apartments in Spain do). She ignored our concerns, saying in Spanish she has no paper or pen, which was lazy and disrespectful. In the end she forced us to let her take a photo of our ID.

• Deborah (10/5): Beautiful apartment…fab location! - Beautiful apartment on the beach front. Lovely and clean, well equipped, good sized bedrooms, balcony is lovely for breakfast or evening drinks. Host was lovely…met us and showed us around. Easy walk to town centre, right on the beach, 2 minutes to harbour. Apartment on 1st floor, with two lifts. Carrefour supermarket on next block (road behind) with in-store bakery…fab pastries. Nothing to dislike!
• Aileen (10/5): Excellent, perfect location, all amenities on the doorstep and 10 min walk to city centre - Exceptional location - across the road from La Malagueta Beach and a 2 minute walk to the Marina - supermarket, bars restaurants all within a stones throw. The balcony does not get the sun during the day March/ April and was therefore a little cold. In winter months this might be a problem but a bonus in summer months.
