La terraza es muy grande y el entorno es súper tranquilo. Deniz es una mujer encantadora que ofrece ayuda para todo. Además pude quedarme con mi perrito Eché en falta una escoba / fregona para poder mantener el suelo limpio ya que estuve tres noches,; y quizás el acceso, ya que hay q subir el equipaje antes de aparcar, y luego bajar a dejar el coche, pero es como está construído el barrio.

Es war gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlen konnte. Alle Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein großer Pluspunkt war die schöne Terrasse, perfekt für einen Kaffee am Morgen oder zum Entspannen am Abend. Die Vermieterin war zudem sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich – sie stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und war sehr engagiert.

• Michael (9/5): It was a super answer to my accommodation need! - Artistically decorated! It had good character. Comfortable. It was not set up for self cooking. Washing of plates etc was in the bathroom sink, there were no wiping cloths or detergent.. Not a big problem but I was not expecting it.

• Tarkan (10/5): Deniz hanımın harika evi - Daireyi, Deniz hanım her şeyini eksiksiz düşünmüş ve hazırlamış. Dairenin önündeki verandasında oturmak keyifli. Bizi önceden detaylı bir şekilde bilgilendirdi. Çevre, gidilecek, yemek yenilecek yerler konusunda da detaylı bilgiler verdi. Daireden toplu taşıma ile merkeze ulaşmak mümkün otobüs çok yakınından geçiyor. Biz aracımızı kullanmayı tercih ettik. Merkezde marinanın oradaki park saatine 2,4 euro (dakikası yaklaşık 0,04 Euro) tutuyor. Biz iyi bir planlama yapmadığımız için Malagayı çok gezemedik ama akşamları yemek yediğimiz yerler turistik merkezde olmalarına rağmen gayet iyiydi.

• Anishka (10/5): - Deniz was a wonderful host and very easy to chat to on WhatsApp and in person. She made sure to tell me how to get everywhere, including specific instructions which were very helpful. The accommodation itself was as described, perfect for one person, big bathroom, very clean. No issues at all and will 100% stay here again if I'm ever back in Málaga. For anyone thinking of staying here especially in summer (I came in December and weather was still lovely) - the beach is a 15 min walk down hill so super easy to get to! There are also buses for those who don't want to walk. This beach is less crowded than the one in the town itself which I preferred and thought was way nicer. Nothing, was honestly a really good trip!

Heerlijke kamer, t dakterras was fijn om buiten te kunnen zitten en de zon op te zien komen. Strand 18 min lopen, t centrum is wandelend op 60 min afstand of goed bereikbaar met bus 34. Is een klein dingetje maar t geluid van de koelkast die snachts steeds aansloeg omdat stil was snachts, misschien idee om t in de badkamer te verplaatsen of oordopjes meenemen op reis🤔.

• Annette (9/5): Toller Urlaub mit vielen Möglichkeiten - Deniz hat mich sehr herzlich empfangen, In meinem Zimmer stand zur Begrüßung eine gute Flasche Wein, welche ich auf der Dachterasse genießen konnte. Auch hat Sie mir etliche Infos über Busverbindungen, Restaurants und sonstige Möglichkeiten gegeben. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür liebe Deniz. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt, und konnte Malaga und Umgebung sehr genießen. Deniz hat mir auch die Flughafentransfers organisiert. Buslinie 34 in unmittelbarer Nähe. Andere Buslinien fahren nicht hoch, d.h. 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand bergauf zur Casa. Am Strand gibt es etliche Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Malaga Centro + Hafen sind in ca 15-20 min mit dem Bus 34 erreichbar. Ich habe einige Ausflüge gemacht z.b Granada, Caminito del Rey, Katamarantour. Zu Fuß am Strand nach Malaga Centro dauert ca 1 Std. Ich hatte einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub. Alles war gut. Ich habe nix negatives.

Free public parking is available nearby, and public transportation is frequent. Close to the beach and restaurants. The most positive aspect, however, is Deniz's hospitality and attentiveness. She was extremely helpful, providing all the necessary and relevant information for my stay and, even beforehand, for accessing the accommodation. Without a doubt, the best hostess I've ever met! Nothing!

• Tina (5/5): The studio is not recommended. Stairs problematic unless you are young & fit. - The bath was a welcome surprise. The fridge was a great idea. I was looking for a private apartment/studio with a terrace for my dog. The studio was a converted outbuilding and the owner lives there so we shared a terrace and I couldn’t let my dog out as she had her door open, so we had to stay in the damp studio for most of the time. She did leave for the last few days of our week stay so that was better. The bed was the tiniest single I have ever seen. Very uncomfortable. The stairs to get to this place would be a nightmare for anyone who isn’t young & fit. I had to park my car on some wasteland not near to the property. The owner, Deniz was very friendly though and couldn’t do enough to be helpful.

Waiting for bus from centre city to Amodor de los rios,Even with bus app. Bus 34.You need to be fit,if walking. I strugled and Im x.seviceman and Karate master. Cheap bus to city.Other than that, no issues.Info:Bus goes straight down road to main road,but coming back it turns off and goes around streets but comes back on your street,amador de los rios,to top of hill.
• Giedre (10/5): We look forward to come back! - A nice place in a local neighborhood, with an excellent host. The place was as described, even better. A local convenience store with fresh vegetables and a local neighborhood café open in the evenings next to a very nice playground just a couple of minutes away. There is a bus stopping close to the house that brings you to the city center, it takes a 20 min walk to get to the beach, big grocery stores and more bus connections. (!) Read the description of the property properly if you have mobility issues - there are some stairs to get to the place, as well as the neighborhood is in a steep area (there are ramps to get to the house, but quite steep). It did work well for us even with a kid in a stroller, but booking.com should provide the hosts to make such features much more explicit.

I couldn’t have found a better place to end up at and feel at ease. Deniz is so so so welcoming and nice that you really feel at home and not just in a hotel. It's a very comfortable place to stay. The bus stop is a short walk down the street. The beach is not very far away. And there is a small market shop that has essentials also just down the street.

Coffee, tea and bottle of wine is provided which I like and appreciate greatly! The terrace is very nice! The location is far from the center and only one supermarket 15 min walk! The room is too small and the bed is too small and not comfortable at all! The price is not worthy at all for 60€ per night for such a small room and single bed away from the center! No desk or table to work on your laptop!
• Lucia (9/5): Superb - Very nice owner, waited for us until late night to give us the keys. Everything was perfect, the apartment is very close to the beach.
• Malene (8/5): Small studio with everything you need - While the studio is small, there is a great spacious bathroom, a kitchen with everything you need, a sitting area for dining, a wardrobe, a TV, and a comfy bed. The main point for me was the lovely terrasse shared with another room but I had it mostly to myself. Deniz really makes an effort to make you feel at home and gave great instruction and recommendations and checked up on me to see if everything was ok. There wasn't anything I didn't like but to some, they may find it a bit far from the city centre (there is a bus though). Also, it's uphill walking 20 minutes from the beach. The neighbourhood has a local feel to it and houses are close to each other so even though it's a quiet area, you will hear the neighbours in the street. To me, that's mostly part of the charm.
• Joofa (10/5): Exceptional - Casa Deniz was nice and cozy. We had everything we needed. House was super clean and there were all necessary equipment in the kitchen. Deniz was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Deniz. All good.
• Elisabeth (9/5): I had a pleasant stay and would come back an other time .. - The welcoming and everything is thought of with care by Deniz ! She is a Super host !! Deniz makes really sure that her guests are welcome and well looked after !! The neighborhood is nice too the only thing is that the house is a bit uphill so you have to be fit when going home if you walk coming back from the beach or restaurants down there .. ofcourse you also can catch a bus or rent a car …
