• Luis (1/5): Apartamento com graves problemas de manutenção e higiene, abaixo das expectativas mínimas. - Apenas da localização O apartamento tinha móveis partidos, sem qualquer aviso prévio. A casa de banho tinha mau cheiro e más condições. Havia mosquitos no quarto e o alojamento não estava minimamente preparado para estar listado no Booking.com.

• Svitlana (2/5): - The photos on Booking and the actual apartment did not match reality. There was renovation work happening on the staircase landing every day. We rented a place for two people with two beds, but upon check-in there was only one set of bed linen. What makes this even more absurd is that there wasn’t even enough toilet paper for four days. For two people staying seven days, there was only one rubbish bag provided. I’m not even mentioning the fact that they could have at least left a small tea bag. I regret choosing this option — it is absolutely not worth the money.

• Margareth (7/5): En sentral plass for dem som ikke skal være mest på rommet. - Rommet ligger veldig sentralt. Dessverre litt støy fra gaten og puben over gaten. Ellers et fint opphold

• Monica Raquel (1/5): La ubicación 👌 Pero lo más importante ⚠️ - H La experiencia en el apartamento fue horrible. El hombre que nos atendió fue desagradable y nos cobró 25 € por llegar tarde, simplemente por pasar la hora acordada. Además, cobró la fianza sin ninguna consideración. El apartamento dejaba mucho que desear: los geles de ducha estaban abiertos y a medio usar, había muy pocas toallas y la calefacción no funcionaba. La calefacción que había era un calefactor muy barato, de unos 5 €, en muy mal estado, prácticamente por caerse, y no funcionaba. Lo único positivo es que está muy bien ubicado y el wifi funcionó correctamente, pero todo lo demás fue fatal. Fuimos de vacaciones, pero tuvimos que marcharnos porque era horrible, hacía muchísimo frío y nos vimos obligados a dejar el apartamento y buscar otro hotel. En general, una experiencia muy negativa. No me ha gustado nada y no volvería a repetir.

• Míša78 (8/5): - Perfektní lokalita v centru Malagy, pohodlná postel, v kuchyni vše potřebné, cením pračku. Prostorný apartmán s maličkatým balkónem. Bohaté splnil účel ubytování... přespat, najíst, odpočinout. Ubytování se nachází v tmavé slepé uličce, což by mohlo večer někomu vadit. Vchodové dveře domu jdou špatně odemykat, musíte si najít grif. V apartmánu je cítit zatuchlina z koupelny, je třeba hodně větrat. Mobilní klimatizace je příliš hlasitá. Velká skříň je napůl zaplněná zbytečnými věcmi, takže máte málo prostoru na uložení věcí.

• Tudorache Vasilica (1/5): I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INFECTION!!! - This apartment is an infection. In the pictures it looks ok, the reality is a disaster. Cockroaches, ants, hair, air conditioning generated by a crappy device that prevented the passage to the window, strong smell, worn towels, peeling kitchen countertop, worn parquet, hanging cables, very small and worn shower cabin (you can't turn around), and much more. Disaster!!! I spent as much time as I could outside this little place.Check-in procedure ok, meeting with Mr. Dante to pick up the keys. Pre-authorization of 100 euros is required.A week after check-in, the money was refunded.
• Mcandrade07 (4/5): - Localização Apartamento a cheirar a esgotos, com muitas faltas de reparações tampo da cozinha com degradação pediram 100 de caução e disseram que devolviam 7 dias depois e até agora não devolveram nada. Muito mau!! caro demais para para a fraca qualidade
• Halla (6/5): - A város maga szép, nagyon tetszett A szállás leírása és képei nem a valóságot adta vissza. A fürdőszobában a csempe több helyen törött volt, a szekrény ajtaja leesett, a polc semmit nem tartott a tartószerkezete hiányos volt. Csatornaszag volt végéig, nekünk kellett 20euróért illatosítót venni, hogy ne büdösben legyünk. Takarót illetve huzatot nem találtunk a szálláson, ami volt az nem 30fokos melegnek megfelelő.

• Hums (8/5): Overall, the stay was good. - Close to the beach, 15mins walk. Washing machine, fridge, air conditioning. On photos the apartment looks big but it’s quite small but fair for four people. The sofa bed was uncomfortable.
• angel (1/5): Decepcionante - Muy buena ubicacion El apartamento estaba en pésimo estado mal olor baño sucio paredes con filtraciones sofá manchado y roto utensilios dañados entrada del edificio y apartamento sucias lo que más nos frustró fue que lo informamos al recibir las llaves y a las 24 horas a nuestro contacto Rubén para que nos diera opciones de cambio o solución a todo el desastre obviaron nuestro mensaje,somos clientes Booking por más de una década y nos decepciona que puedan ofrecer estas opciones que son estafa lo que ellos venden y promocionan no cumple corresponde con lo que existe un apartamento que debería esta Fuera de Uso
• Emma (4/5): Ottima posizione ma poca pulizia - Posizione ottima, luis una persona gentilissima e disponibile, elettrodomestici funzionati. La struttura era sporca capelli in giro, il divano se aperto non da spazio al passaggio per arrivare alla finestra, puzza in tutto il palazzo compreso di scarafaggi, l’affaccio e su palazzo di fronte ma penso che sia il minimo, poi c’è da pagare una caparra di 125 euro che ti ridanno dopo 7 giorni

• Cathy (1/5): Terribile - Praticamente nulla,non darei neanche un punto e non lo consiglierei a nessuno La camera non é per nulla come nelle foto,o meglio le foto sono state fatte con una prospettiva che la fa sembrare più ampia e nuova.Non c'era posto per passare o aprire le valige.La camera sporca e puzzolente così come il bagno.Tutto vecchio e rotto e mi hanno persino trattenuto una caparra per eventuali danni(che restituiscono non prima di 7 giorni)quando se mai siamo noi a dover chiedere i danni.Doccia minuscola,con ante in cristallo che si sollevavano dalla guida,quindi pericoloso. Palazzo senza scale,con un odore orribe,sporco con scarafaggi che giravano nel corridoio Nel divano letto un materassino che quello gonfiabile ti fa dormire meglio.Piastre in cucina arruginite e persino le prese non caricavano il telefono,ho creduto fosse guasto,invece cambiato luogo tutto ok.Ho fatto presente all'host che tutto era rotto e non mi ha mai risposto.Pessimo tutto,state alla larga

• Maria (5/5): We knew given the low price and the excellent location that the apartment wouldn't be fancy. - Excellent location and the host was very helpful and nice. The internet didn't work when we got there on Friday, but was fixed by the host by Monday. The bathroom smelled very strongly of mold. Ok, though, if we kept the door to the bathroom closed. The furniture was rather rickety and one electrical socket fell off the wall.

• Suzanne (9/5): Nice apartment in a great location. - Great location, close to the Picasso Museum, shops, restaurants and a lovely square; nice, well laid out apartment; clean and very comfortable bed. Front communal door was faulty and we had trouble getting in and out. Bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should be, particularly the shower. It also needs modernising. Washing machine didn’t work properly: didn’t wash properly and didn’t spin. We ended up having to wash everything by hand, which wasn’t ideal. Wi-Fi is hit and miss.

• Svetlana (9/5): Definitely staying again, strongly recommend. - Really cute, cozy appartment, with excellent location! Walking distance from historical centre, restaurants & bars, famous La Malagueta beach, pharmacies, ATMs, supermarket & luggage storage is also nearby. At the same time its located on a quiet little side street, so sleeping was not an issue. Great communication with hosts, friendly and very helpful. Wi-fi was disappearing from time to time.

• Petra (8/5): Very good - The apartment is really close to the city and the location is nice. There are food store, pastry shops, restaurants near by. Recommend! The bad this is that there is no good isolation, so you can hear everything. Also when we book the apartment it said that we are paying on the day when we arrived but they took half of the money from my card a week before and we payed the rest of the money at the apartment.

• Cristina (7/5): It was okay, great location to know Malaga and walk everywhere. The bed was fine but the mattress too soft for 2 people - The location and how quiet the street is. The fridge was very old and made noises at night. There were many ants hiding under the door frame and the response was not very quick.we did not mind so much because we were not cooking in the apartment. I hope they fix it. The bed did and pillows did not have enough covers- sheets.

• Edona (5/5): Worth paying more and staying in a nicer property. - The location was excellent. Very close to the centre. The property was quite quick to respond to messages when we checked in and the check out process was simple. Bear in mind that a deposit is needed when checking in. There was a very bad smell of sewage which, from the volume of other reviews with this comment, I assumed the property management would have resolved. I had to buy a heavily fragranced disinfectant to try to counteract the smell. There were only two thin pillows for the bed, would have been nice to have been provided with two more. Noisy stand alone air conditioner.

• Miskovic (10/5): Very satisfied with our stay! Definitley worth the money! - Firstly, property looks excatly like the pictures, even better. It is very clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect, in the hearth of the center, so everything was near. We expected it to be loud, but it is in a small street so it was very calm and comfortable to sleep in. Secondly, the host was very nice and professional. He showed us the apartment and answered all of our question patiently. We are very satisfied with whole experience that the property offered us. Definitley worth the money! Thinking of coming back :))

• Rachel (3/5): bearable but wouldn't book again. - Gabriel who met us was very welcoming and helpful. The location was good. The bathroom smelled of sewage, we reported this but were not offered a solution, in fact were accused of just wanting to be compensated. None of the appliances work fully/are intermittent and the pictures need updating as they do not match the current state of the studio, everything needs updating and fixing. Little things like the washing machine, ripped couch, broken button on heater, shower door hanging off the runner etc.

• Lorraine (9/5): Superb - Reuben met us promptly and was extremely helpful, polite and friendly and he sent us WhatsApp messages of places to visit and recommendations of restaurants etc. The location was within very close walking distance of the Alcazaba, roman theatre, cathedral and even the port area. Nearby restaurants and shops were great value. The bus stop was within a minutes walk of the apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. It also had sufficient cutlery and equipment in the kitchen area. Great value for money. Our only negative would be the apartment was more like a bedsit in size and the shower area was very tight!!! That said, it was still great value for money in a fabulous location.
