• Sara (3/5): Don't recommend. - It was close to the city centre. As soon as we arrived, we tried to wash our hand in the kitchen and the sink was not working! I had to take care of it, open the plastic piece in the bottom to clean a BlG and stinky mess. Tried to call but no one picked the phone. They called later on but we had already fixed it. Regarding appliances, the grill was super dirty, there was kitchen cloths, the big knife was broken in the blade, there was no corkscrew, the dishwasher was full of water (I believe it was also not working so we were afraid to use it), there was rubbish in the cabinet (a lost toilet paper roll) and the dining table was tiny. The cleaning was really poorly done. There was fluffs of dust and long hair inside the bedroom wardrobe, the fans were full of dust, there was even a used cotton swab in the cabinet's bathroom. The sofa had a lot of stains and marks- a more profound cleaning could easily clean some of the not so deep matters in the sofa. The shower doors did not close so well, it was hard to change the temperature because the regulator was not functioning properly. The water also took some time to get hot. It was a noisy building, we would wake up with noise. The bedrooms got hot even during the night. The neighbourhood is shady. Putting all this, I don't recommend. We did ask for some kind of refund, which they denied arguing that I did not complain during the stay (although they admitted the cleaning was poorly done). It's not my job to tell them how to do their job properly. I don't normally complain, this was just REALLY bad.

• Marian (6/5): Tourist apartments - Apartment was a good size and clean. Towels were provided. Very short walk to the centre of the city. Neighbourhood wasn't great, lots of guys hanging around drinking opposite the supermarket. Apartment not well insulated against noise, woken up most mornings by persistent dog barking. Lots of noise transference from adjacent units. Litter left on the shared terrace frequently
• Tessa (8/5): The perfect place to explore the city - Great location. Terrace is a big plus. Fabulous views. A bit sparsely decorated but fine for what we wanted.

• Ilenei (6/5): good enough - Very friendly and helpful people (especially Alina), very clean and spacious enough for 2 couples. The fact that it has 2 bathrooms is already added value. We liked the terrace and the possibility to stay on the terrace (even if with limited time, after 23 pm is not allowed anymore). Comfortable beds, sofa, very well equipped kitchen. Here and there some things old but all clean so, good enough. Close to the city center (10 minutes walking) and the beach (20-25 minutes). Supermarket very close, 5 minutes walking. Not a very friendly neighborhood but nothing bad happened. Very unusual situation - at 1 am in the night I was called by the management of the building to ask me to allow access to some guests as there was noone available in the building. It was not a tragedy but just scary to hear the phone ringing at 1 am in the night...
• Alison (8/5): Very good - Location was good. Was tidy. Air con worked and lift was working. Had 2 bathrooms and room sizes were good. Lovely sun terrace with city views. 1 bedroom door scraped along the floor and we wasn't told we had to empty the water bottle for the Air conditioning.

• Badr (7/5): Good - The accommodation is very well positioned, in the heart of the historic center. The apartment is quite clean and pleasant, well-equipped. The building has a paid parking facility. The pleasant view of the city from the terrace adds to the charm The automation of apartment management has shortcomings, especially during late arrivals. The absence of human staff during the night and the difficulty in accessing keys can be problematic. This raises concerns about the effectiveness of the current system and customer satisfaction

• Anthony (5/5): The apartment really needs heating in the 2 bedrooms - takes too long to get warm from the living rm - The living room is nice. The kitchen is nice. I like the decor of the apartment. There was no heating for the 2 bedrooms. The only heating in the apartment was at the living room - I had to on the heating to full 32 degrees to get warm into the 2 bedrooms - the bedrooms were only bearable after 24 hours of heating.

• Amanda (8/5): Good location, nice and spacious apartment. - Spacious and nice. Near Plaza de la Merced so good location. Kitchen appliances can be renewed but there is everything one needs.
