• Jos (7/5): - Parkeerplek is in een garage op paar minuten lopen. De host haalt je daar op voor de sleutel. Zij is communicatief goed en verder vriendelijk. Complementair een fles wijn, is een mooi welkom. De locatie is aan de rand van het oude centrum, alles is op loopafstand! Ideaal De gordijnen dekken niet helemaal de ruiten af en aangezien je aan de straatkant zit, kan je 's nachts geluiden hebben. De slaapbank is als bed net te doen.

• Jack (8/5): The perfect place to explore Malaga from - Great location, Julia was lovely greeted us and checked in on us through the stay also I saw others mention the noise, the place wasn’t the quietest but with the shades down at night this was fine Not much storage (we stayed for a week at a time of year where we didn’t know what to wear) but for 3/4 days this wouldn’t be an issue

She then told us how everything worked and recommended places to eat when there. She even left us a bottle of wine for our arrival. What a treat! The location was so central and we would definitely stay again if visiting Malaga again. Thank you Julia!
• Sven (7/5): Super vriendelijke host + een goed verblijf in het prachtige Malaga. - We zijn super ontvangen door Julia. Ze bracht ons de sleutel en liet ons zien waar de parkeergarage was. Wat het meeste is bevallen, is de loopafstand naar het centrum. Direct achter het appartement is namelijk het centrum. Das echt top! Het bed was klein, maar ik ben zelf ook 1.90m dus dat hielp niet mee.

• Graf (8/5): Lage und Austattung waren sehr gut - der Preis eher an der oberen Grenze. Julia war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - Die Lage war sehr gut! Man war schnell auf der Autobahn und das Parking/Tiefgarage war nur 2 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Der Balkon war sehr sehr klein … eigentlich nicht wirklich brauchbar.

• Sabine (4/5): - Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang durch Julia, die sich mit uns an der Tiefgarage getroffen und uns zur Wohnung begleitet hat. Sehr gefreut hat uns, dass wir vor der regulären Check in Zeit bereits parken und das Gepäck in der Wohnung deponieren konnten. Fußläufig nebenan findet man direkt die Markthalle und ist schnell in der Altstadt. Das führt uns jedoch auch direkt zu den Nachteilen der Wohnung: Durch die Lage an einer Ampelkreuzung, an der sich drei viel befahrene Straßen treffen herrscht ein ohrenbetäubender Lärm, der es weder möglich macht das Fenster länger zu öffnen (man kann sich im Raum nicht mehr richtig unterhalten), noch verspürt man den Wunsch auf dem "Balkon" zu sitzen. Zudem sich gegenüber direkt die zentrale Müllsammelstelle befindet. Dort wird zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit Müll entsorgt-auch von der angrenzenden Gastronomie, die ihr Glas mitten in der Nacht in die Bodencontainer entsorgen. Zudem kommt die Müllabfuhr nachts um 2 Uhr entleert diese mit einem höllischen Getöse. Die Bewohner des Hauses sind ähnlich laut zu jeglicher Tages-/Nachtzeit. Wer Nachtruhe sucht sollte sich anders entscheiden. Zudem war die Wohnung nicht wirklich sauber. Wir hatten es am ersten Abend nicht gemerkt...jedoch am nächsten Morgen die schmutzigen Socken und Füße entdeckt :-(((. Vom Boden lösen sich zudem bei Nutzung dunkle Fasern und man kann nie ohne Hausschuhe laufen. Das fanden wir echt total ecklig, da sich der schwarze Abrieb in der ganzen Wohnung verteilt hat. Auch der Matratzenüberzug wies Spuren der Vorgänger auf...

• Selen (8/5): Arabayla seyahatte kısa bir mola - Ev sahibimiz harikaydı. Otopark olanağının olması çok iyiydi.
• Elke (9/5): - Hele fijne plek om te verblijven in Malaga! We werden warm ontvangen door Rosa (collega van Julia). De studio was heel schoon, ze hebben alles wat je nodig hebt en het bed ligt heel comfortabel! De locatie ligt net buiten de drukte maar binnen een paar minuten ben je in het centrum. Op 2 minuten afstand zit Next Level coffee, absolute aanrader voor ontbijt en koffie! (Deze kregen wij als tip van Rosa) Tijdens het verblijf kregen we van Julia nog tips en de vraag of alles naar wens is. Hele prettige communicatie met haar. Het balkon is heel klein, we hebben daar geen gebruik van gemaakt omdat er in de buurt genoeg fijne terrasjes zijn. Om de hoek zit een plein met genoeg bankjes en restaurants waar je van de zon kan genieten. Niks :)

Komfortowe pokoje, świetna lokalizacja oraz miła obsługa sprawiają, że jest to miejsce godne polecenia zarówno dla par, jak i rodzin czy osób podróżujących samotnie. Z pewnością chętnie wróciłbym tam ponownie podczas kolejnej wizyty w Maladze 😍

• Andrei (10/5): We loved it and we'd again choose the apartment and the host! - The host was extremely helpful, providing us a very warm welcome and communicating often during the stay, making sure we are well taken care of. The location is outstanding, easily accessible by car or public transport, but also walking distance from main Malaga sights. There was construction in the public area of the building (ground floor) that the host could neither anticipate or control and which made the room noisier and dustier than normal.

• Elena (6/5): Good location, but apartment needs a bit of basic renovation - The apartment was not too big not too small, but spacious enough. It had kitchen facilities, which was greay for us travelling with a baby. The bed was super comfortable and clean. Location was great, perfect in the city center, walking distance from all points of interest, museums, cafes etc. Altough it was on a busy street, it was not very noisy, so it was great for us. Parking also super comfortable. Host was great, waited for us to park and guided us at the apartment and she was very nice. Unfortunately the floor we found really dirty. We have a crawling baby, and her pants were super dirty after just a few min wondering around. The bathroom also needs major renovation, the shower was leaking outside, the tap in the bathroom was broken and moving and there was a bad smell all the time. Also they were doing renovations in the building with a lot of dust and it was really hard to enter with a stroller. We would have appreciated this at least to be communicated, but we did not know and it was a bit of a bitter surprise. The reason for my lower score is the floor cleaning (needs a very deeps scrubbing and cleaning) and the bathroom needs major renovation.

El parqueadero que nos ofrecieron era privado y gratuito, super cómodo, y cerrado, lo cuál da tranquilidad para un coche de alquiler.

• Subhashis (10/5): - Located on the edge of the historic town centre, close to all attractions, plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakeries nearby. carrefour express supermarket less than 5 min. Bang next to mercado central de atarazanas. Check in / out process was very smooth, hosts (Roza and Julia) were very helpful. Host met us at the property and explained everything. Property was well maintained and spacious. Dedicated covered Parking was close by (approx 5 min walk) and easy to navigate inside (some of the roads around are a bit narrow / one-ways, needs a bit of care while driver in & out of the area, something very typical of central Malaga, so no surprises). Also equipped with a washing machine though we did not use it. The sofa was a bit compact, best for kids, however we managed. Thin walls, could hear our neighbors once in a while (also nothing unusual), but not a big issue as such, we all all slept well.

• Ingrida (10/5): - The apartment itself was clean, tidy, Julia left some wine, which was a very nice gesture. She also allowed us to arrive earlier and on the day of teparture, she allowed us to leave the car in the parking longer. Julia's hospitality is amazing! It's not Julia's fault, but you can hear all the sounds from outside in the apartment because the windows of the apartment face directly onto a busy street. Also, the neighbors slam their doors very loudly, which is also very audible, it felt like the door to our apartment was slamming.

• Natalia (9/5): Сказочный день в предрождественской Малаге - Отличное расположение. В пешей доступности станция поезда до аэропорта. Рядом находится рынок, множество ресторанчиков, кафе. Все необходимое в апартаментах есть. Кровать удобная. Правда в номере прохладно в конце ноября. Немножко уставшие апартаменты. Слышимость высокая. Рядом такие же апартаменты, все шаги и шорохи слышны.

• Kari (7/5): Sehr zentrale Lage, ausreichende Wohnung - + freundliche, nette, persönliche Begrüßung durch Julia und sogar mit Weinflasche im Appartment + Julia war immer erreichbar und hat sich per WhatsApp erkundigt + privater PKW-Stellplatz in naheliegender Tiefgarage +zentrale Lage in historischem Zentrum - Defekte Stehlampe - das Schloss zum Hauseingang klemmte und war schwierig zu öffnen - wenig Stauraum und Ablageflächen für 2-3 Personen (obwohl an sich genug Platz im Appartment für größere Schränke/Regale wäre) - bei gleichzeitiger Benutzung von Waschmaschine und Wasserkocher springt die Strom-Sicherung raus - teilweise alte/ sehr gebrauchte (und angebrannte) Küchengeräte, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine sollten ersetzt werden - es wäre praktischer, wenn es einen Self-Check-in geben könnte. Wir sind nachts angereist und haben 40€ Aufschlag bezahlt für den Check in. Das hätte durch eine Schlüsselbox mit genauer Anleitung vermieden werden können. - sehr hellhörige Wohnung, starker Verkehrslärm und starker unangenehmer Geruch von draußen aufgrund des Abfallsystems vor der Haustür und teilweise Müllabfuhr nachts um 1 Uhr. - die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen und unbequem und sollten ersetzt werden

Er zijn standaard 2 kleine en 2 grote handdoeken, voor een week wat weinig, maar bij aankomst aan Julia 2 extra gevraagd, geen probleem. Een klein balkonnetje 😏

Free parking in a dedicated secure car park 2 minutes walk away. Elevator. Washing machine. Salt, pepper and olive oil. Excellent recommendations. Julia came to meet us to guide us to the parking and apartment and had excellent communication. Some of the cooking utensils needed a bit of a better clean. No blackout blinds and bedroom window is right beside a street lamp.
• Paolo (8/5): - Es liegt sehr zentral und ist hell. Trotz Platzmangel ist die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Es ist halt sehr kompakt. Das Sofabett ist etwas eng. Das Gebäude ist etwas hellhörig.

• Beril (9/5): Central, cozy apartment with an easy parking place - The property is very very central and the free parking is a huge advantage. The apartment is equipped with everything you‘d need while staying and is very clean. The only downside is because there are offices in the building, it can get a bit loud but it‘s nothing to do with the property. It’s just good to note. The place is close to the old town center, a lot of places I saved on my list was within 10mins walking distance. I‘d definitely stay here if I come back to Malaga. Also big thanks to Julia, she is a great host! She is really responsive, flexible and attentive.

• Beata (10/5): Komfortowy i czysty apartament z parkingiem - Apartament nie jest duży, ale bardzo komfortowo urządzony. Jest w nim wszystko co potrzebne. Jest bardzo czysto. Ogromnym atutem jest lokalizacja- wszędzie było blisko. Podczas pobytu korzystaliśmy również z parkingu. Kontakt z firmą rewelacyjny. Bardzo dbają, aby każdy czuł się zaopiekowany. Dziękujemy serdecznie za wszystko :)
• Anna (10/5): A wonderful stay in the heart of Malaga - Favorable location in the heart of Malaga's historic center. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The building was beautiful. Contact with the owner was excellent. I will consider using the apartment again on my next visit to Malaga.

• Maria Carmela (6/5): Estancia muy mejorable. - La ubicación , que tuviera parking y aire acondicionado. Julia la anfitriona ha estado en todo momento pendiente y agradecer el detalle de bienvenida. Mal olor que salía del baño. Elementos de aluminio del baño oxidados. Microondas y mobiliario de cocina sucios. Nevera un poco oxidada. Muchos mosquitos y trampas para cucarachas( da mala imagen, creo que lo mejor sería fumigar) y colchones muy incómodos.

• Jan (9/5): Uitstekend appartement - Uitstekend gelegen aan de rand van het oude centrum van Málaga. Alle bezienswaardigheden en restaurants op loopafstand. Het appartement was verzorgd. Goed bed. Pluspunt is de parkeerplaats op vijf minuten lopen die we erbij geboekt hadden. Absoluut geen tegenvallers.
• Nadya (10/5): Super nice visit! - I was totally satisfied with staying in this apt during my vacation. I felt very safe as a solo traveller, which was very important for me. Julia was a great organiser and kept me updated with informations. Roza welcomed me super warmly at the apt, which was an awesome start into my vacation. The location is perfect, close to the airport and train station, just a 5 min walk into the city center, not far away from the beach. Around the corner was the famous market from malaga. It was great, reaching all the spots within a short time. The apartement, which was very clean, offered everything what you need during your stay. I totally recommend the apartement and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Julia and Roza for this nice experience. :)
