• Viktoriia (10/5): - The location was perfect — very close to all the main attractions, everything was within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were both very easy and convenient. Highly recommend this place!

• Christy (7/5): - Well equipped apartment The locks were very confusing, especially with the front door to the building being sticky to unlock. There was construction work being done on the apartment across the way so I was awoken do hammer chiseling each morning. The apartment should've been discounted because of this inconvenience.

El colchón era muy blando,la cortina de la ducha estaba desgastada eso son cosas para cambiar no Esque estuviera fatal, porque está genial el apartamento. Lo único que no me gustó fue la puerta de la casa ,era como la de tu propia habitación muy floja y no se podía echar la llave estando dentro de la casa. Tenía una puerta buena antes de entrar al apartamento,pero no se podía cerrar bien a no ser que pegarás un portazo,así que no la cerramos por no hacer tanto ruido.

• Maria (9/5): - Easy to get the place and you can cook if you want because they some kitchen stuff for cooking. The lights in the living room/kitchen are always blinking sometimes will turn off and the bedsheet are damage.
• Waleed Akeel (8/5): Very good value for money - Very good value for money. Very close to city centre. All facilities needed for 2 persons. Very clean and well maintained building. Good communication and email sent a week before arrival explains everything in details. Hot water and bathroom/shower are very good. Bedroom needs more heating. (I asked for an extra duvet and it was sent immediately). Towels change only if you stay for more than one week otherwise you pay extra 5 euros. (I have been told that however the room service lady was very kind and brought up more towels the following day on personal request). A bigger sofa will be great (just a suggestion). 2 things the owner can't help it.. During my stay there was a very noisy work in a nearby flat workers cutting stone or marble. You can't sleep a minute beyond 8am. Also there was a very noisy dog in the building non stop barking 😢

Nos dejaron un edredón nórdico pero hubiera estado bien disponer de alguna manta adicional. El menaje de cocina era un poco escaso,, 2 de cada cosa (cucharillas, cuchillos, tazas de desayuno).

• Don (8/5): Excellent value, would definitely stay there again. - The location was excellent for me, not too far from stations and city centre. It was very clean on arrival and everything sort of worked. Overall it was excellent value for money. Not enough utensils like tea towel and very little plates & cutlery. Dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine provided, but no consumables for them. Mattress was too big for the bed frame. Bed was great for one but uncertain if the same for two people.

Check in process was documented incorrectly, so we were stuck unable to check in for 2 hours, as nobody was answering the phone. After finally getting in, the apartment had no heating in the bedroom and they only provided a very thin duvet. We complained, and they provided a thicker duvet the next day, which had yellow stains all over it.

• Nuria (7/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, es un apartamento pequeñito para dos personas. Y en general está muy bien, limpio y completo. El baño es muyyyyyyy pequeño, la ducha estaba rota, y el aire acondicionado tiene una botella para que caiga el agua dentro del comedor, de la cual no te avisan y cuando volvimos a las 3 de la mañana el comedor estaba inundado y tuvimos que estar achicando agua. Pedimos dejar las maletas un ratito, el último día antes de nuestro vuelo, y se negaron alegando que entraban a limpiar.. La caja de la calle donde coges la llave, está durísima, te rompes las uñas para abrirla.

• José Manuel (8/5): Muy cómodo y centrico. - El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado, tenía de todo para disfrutar de una estancia agradable, muy cómodo y en una zona cerca del puerto y del centro que transmitía seguridad. Te sentías como en casa. La hora del check-in era a partir de las 14:00 y las limpiadoras no terminaron hasta las 15:00, fueron muy agradables pero es algo a tener en cuenta. En la zona del baño hay un hueco que debería sellarse en la pared justo en la esquina del plato de ducha porque había un montón de hormigas que salieron por el agua, le di con agua hasta que terminaron de salir todas y ya no hubo problema pero supongo que podrían volver a salir. También hay otro hueco en la puerta del baño por el que salió una cucaracha pequeña y se volvió a meter por ahí. A pesar de estas cosas, la estancia fue muy agradable y repetiría sin problema si se tiene en cuenta lo de los huecos del baño a sellar.

Nedivím se, že je vybavení ve stavu, v jakém jsme jej používali. I ten závěs v koupelně, co tu někdo anoncoval, tuším v květnu, je stále potrhaný a plesnivý... Je to opravdu velká škoda, lokalita krásná, strategická, ale špína na vás kouká z každého rohu 😴

• Patricia (7/5): Muy agradable estancia. - Muy bien ubicado, la señora que limpiaba era súper agradable y inmueble equipado para una noche agradable con mi pareja. Lo único que no me gustó fue la sala de estar un mini sofá donde era bastante incómodo a la hora del descanso en el salón de una casa, por lo demás todo muy bien.

• Maria (3/5): - La casa non si è presentata nel migliore dei modi. Non era molto pulita e gli asciugamani e le lenzuola, nonostante fossero stati lavati, si presentavano con macchie di sangue e capelli lunghi attaccati. Mancava anche un’asciugamano viso che abbiamo poi scoperto essere rimasto fuori sulle corde dove si stende il bucato, sporco e dimenticato lì da tempo, mentre la tenda della doccia aveva delle macchie sul fondo (tipo funghi).Abbiamo comprato noi i prodotti per pulire (sgrassatore, candeggina, detersivo per bucato e perfino un mocio nuovo) e abbiamo pulito noi tutto per poter continuare il soggiorno. L’appartamento era abbastanza buio ma la posizione abbastanza buona, nonostante le blatte grandi per strada e qualcuna sul pianerottolo davanti l’ingresso. Non consigliamo questa struttura a meno che non si facciano delle migliorie importanti.

• Clara (3/5): Necesita una reforma - La ubicación cerca del centro andando y de la playa de San Andrés Nada más entrar había un olor a tuberías muy desagradable, que permaneció todos los días. El mobiliario necesita una renovación, la puerta del baño está rota, te quedas con el pomo en la mano. El sofá tiene unas manchas que tienen pinta de llevar ahí mucho tiempo… Necesita una limpieza a fondo del suelo y utensilios de cocina. El aire acondicionado funciona bien, pero está bastante obsoleto el mecanismo de tener de depósito una garrafa que hay que vaciarla. Está muy oscuro ya que da a un patio interior y apenas entra la luz, lo cual podría no ser un inconveniente si el resto de la casa estuviera decente. El precio que se paga es asequible pero se aprovechan del tirón turístico de Málaga No volvería

• Tamara (1/5): Lamentable - Lo único que estaba bien fue la ubicación. Lamentable. No se como puede tener disponible un alojamiento en esas condiciones. La limpieza pésima. Los rincones de ese lugar se conoce que no se barren ni se friegan. El baño parecía sacado de una película de terror. La ducha con moho, la cortina con manchas oscuras mejor no saber de donde provienen y el grifo roto. Intentar ducharte sin rozar algo era imposible. Una asquerosidad. La primera vez en la vida que nos tenemos que duchar con calzado por la falta de higiene. Polvo en cualquier superficie y los suelos no se si han llegado a ser fregados alguna vez. De la cama ni hablamos ya que la almohada era inexistente casi. El ventilador de techo roto ya que hacia un ruido que hacia el dormir una tortura. Ah y sin olvidar que cada unas horas tenias que vaciar una garrafa de plástico del agua del aire acondicionado que estaba en el medio del salón. Un olor desagradable que preveía el estado del alojamiento y eso que solo lo utilizaba para dormir y asearnos.
• Heidi (8/5): Good value for money in a convenient location. - It was within walking distance of the port area. It was clean and it had a washing machine. The owner sent a great link which had information about the property, its location and some tourist information too. They also responded quickly to questions and were helpful. They could not provide an early check as they needed time to clean after the previous rental but they allowed me to drop my luggage off. There was no AC in the bedroom. It was hard to find using Google maps. (The written instructions from the owner and the map on the link were more useful.) It was not the best area at night.

It is clean, well-equipped, and spacious enough for a couple or a solo traveler. Additionally, the price is quite reasonable. nothing :)

The bed is very comfortable and the area is quiet, yet very close to the city centre, so you can have a decent rest while being close to all the hustle and bustle. 1) The air-con in the living room is connected with a tube that ends in a big plastic bottle to where the water from the air-con goes. (Don't ask me why this is neccessary.) I wouldn't mind, but the problem is that you let the air-on on for no more than 2-3 hours and the bottle is full already. I didn't know about it and after my first night I found the whole floor flooded. So basically you cannot use the air-con much, or you cannot sleep without waking up to pour the water out if the bottle every couple of hours. 2) The instructions about the location of the flat I got was not very clear. It didn't specify the floor, so when I reached the house, I had no idea where to go. But I called the number provided and the guy was helpful eventually. :)
