• NOEMI (10/5): - El piso esta genial, no le falta detalle. Es muy grande, tienes dos baños completos y espaciosos y las camas de las habitaciones son super cómodas. Tienen parking en el mismo edificio con un acceso amplio con plaza muy grande. En cuanto a la ubicación, es inmejorable, esta cerca de la playa, del puerto y del centro de Málaga, por lo que se puede ir andando a cualquiera de estos lugares. El trato personal fue inmejorable, destacar la amabilidad de Guillermo que ante un pequeño contratiempo nos atendio enseguida y fue muy atento. Cuando volvamos por Málaga sin duda repetiremos!

• Isabel (10/5): Estancia de calidad. - La ubicación perfecta, no tuve necesidad de usar coche ni transporte para ir al centro y a las playas, todo a un agradable paseo de 15 minutos. Los anfitriones muy ágiles y resolutivos en las dudas y en la resolución de problemas. El edificio muy tranquilo, las instalaciones y camas fabulosas. Muy recomendable, no se oye absolutamente nada ni por el día ni por supuesto de noche. Nada todo perfecto

• Lucia (7/5): - Alojamiento amplio y cómodo para una familia. Cerca de la estación de tren y del centro comercial Se hubiese agradecido un gesto de cortesía: una botella de agua al llegar, un café.. se nota que es una cadena de alojamientos y prestan poca atención al detalle. El aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones hacía mucho ruido y en general, el aire olía mal.
• Marien (3/5): Unclean, uncomfortable, and dishonest—only resolved after escalating to Booking.com due to the host’s unethical behavior - The location was decent and within a short drive of the beach and local shops. The host was responsive when we reported a maintenance issue and had someone come out quickly to assist. The property was not clean when we arrived. We found hair in the beds and on the bathroom floors, a stale, musty odor throughout, and black mold in the bathroom. The air vent in one of the bedrooms opened and closed on its own at night, disrupting sleep and impacting airflow even after someone came to “fix” it. The couches and furniture were also stained and visibly dirty. We ended up cleaning the space ourselves just to make it livable. After reporting these concerns, the host offered a refund only if we agreed to leave a perfect 10-point review. That type of review manipulation is a clear violation of Booking.com’s policies, and frankly, it explains how this property has managed to maintain such high ratings. I had to escalate this through Booking.com and provide screenshots to finally receive a partial refund. That should never be part of a guest’s experience.

• Karen (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect in this apartment. 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, balcony, good facilities for cooking and utilities. Very clean and felt very personal. Situated a 10 minute walk from Maria Zambrano Train station and right opposite the port. Communication with the host was excellent also. We will definitely stay again. Nothing at all, all was perfect.

• Nicole (10/5): Very comfortable apartment for parents with kids. - The apartment was very comfortable. I liked that we could close the doors to the living room so our baby was always within sight. The kitchen was spacious and had everything in it. The parking was in the basement, so we were able to take the elevator down, which made loading and unloading our vehicle very easy. The location was nice. A bit of a walk to the downtown, tourist sites, but in a nice area with lots of nearby parks, stores, and restaurants. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms. We could have used more than on kitchen towel for drying dishes. I was looking forward to using the dryer, but every time we tried to use it, it seemed to blow a fuse/stop working.

Apartments was clean,cute details like vase with dry flowers also balcony foe our cosy family breakfast was perfect. Kitchen had fridge freezer, microwave,cooker ,washing machine, tumble dryer, it was very comfortable to keep our clothes clean. Highly recommending! I loved everything
• Jeremy (10/5): Great base for local travel - Great stay, Guillermo couldn't have done more. Great location to explore Andalucia close to train and bus stations. Highly recommended. Door lock a bit fiddly, but no problem once figured out.

• Saulius (7/5): An OK place if you plan to spend most of the time in the city. - Good location, easy access, parking spot (paid) was available. Very friendly host, met us on time and made returning the keys easy. The place is tidy, but furnished with the cheapest IKEA furniture, which feels and shows - from kitchen equipment to falling-out electric sockets to door handles, which already require fixing. The apartment was on the 1st floor, rather dark and cold. Thin walls/ poor sound insulation. Hot water supply was funny - shower was turning hot-cold-hot-cold every minute or two. A good place if you plan to tour the city and return for a sleep only. Not a comfortable stay, though.

• Michael (9/5): Comfortable accommodation. - Very well appointed two bedroom apartment that was exceptionally clean. The kitchen carried every implement that you may require and with a washing machine and a dryer, plus steam iron and ironing board meant, we returned home with a clean wardrobe. Unfortunately the sun does not reach the terrace till late afternoon, but 10 minute walk and you are on the beach?
