• Frank (9/5): Es war sehr entspannend - Die Lage ist perfekt. Supermarkt, Friseur, Kioske, Bars, Cafés, Restaurants sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Am Platz La Merced findet man verschiedene Cafés und Bars ... leider auch viele Touristen. Aber, wenn man etwas weniger Touristen treffen möchte, sind jede Menge Bars, Cafés und Restaurants nicht weit entfernt. Zwar sind in dieser Gegend viele Menschen unterwegs, aber da das Apartment in einer kleinen Gasse liegt, bekommt man davon nichts mit und es ist sehr ruhig. Auch die Nachbarn. Ich kann dieses Apartment nur empfehlen.
• Flynn (9/5): - The area was quiet but still very convenient. This place was excellent in most respects. Just one thing to note. While most kitchen equipment was supplied there were no wine glasses!
• Gaia (8/5): - Ottima posizione. 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Ci si può tranquillamente spostare a piedi dappertutto. Spiaggia raggiungibile con 15 minuti a piedi e ombrellone presente in appartamento. Il divano letto che era in “discesa”.

• Vlad (7/5): Good clean stay overall. Would come here again. - Really close to the center, well equipped with all you need. Bath towels and bedding was clean. The kitchen utensils need to be renewed and cleaned better. Some of them had stains on them. The pillows are a bit hard. It’s noisy sometimes at night, the windows are not so great in preventing noise. There were junkies outside on the street every night, fortunately we didn’t have any other issues with them.

• Smith (9/5): Superb - Lovely clean apartment. Has everything you need . Good location to old town and places of interest. Approx 20 min walk from train station. Comfy bed and very clean bathroom. Whole apart apartment was very clean.
• Norbert (4/5): Disappointing - Bums or prowlers outside the building, screaming and leaving the worst tracks of themselves on the street, Just In front of the main doors. It happens every night and last till morning.
• Tony (8/5): Lovely apartment in very attractive, centrally located pedestrianised street. - Very well equipped property in excellent state of decoration. When I contacted the Host he responded quickly. There was some street noise on the first couple of nights making sleep difficult but this was resolved and the street was quiet for the rest of the stay.

• Klaus (8/5): Loved Malaga and the area the flat was located was excellent too. - Location was fantastic and the apartment was very easy to access. Furnishings basic but this was reflected in the price. No real complaints at all.

There is no proper insulation with the street, so you hear every noise from the outside really well: people chatting, singing, etc. at anytime during the night. So this woke me up several times every night. That is really a pity, as everything else is great.

• Klare (9/5): Perfect location - This apartment is perfectly located to enjoy Malaga City centre. We loved being just outside the madness of the old town so that it was a little quieter and more local feeling but only 2 minutes into the hustle and bustle. The nearby Market and supermarket have everything you will need. Fruit and veg are much cheaper on the market stall. The apartment is comfortable for 2 people with 2 lovely (but very small) balconies. The shower is powerful and the bed very comfortable (firm mattress). Communication with Jesus was good. The apartment is a little outdated and could do with a refresh. There were no dish clothes or tea towels provided so we had nothing to wipe down surfaces with or to clean up with. There was no instruction on how to use the communal bins so we were not able to put out our rubbish as requested. We didnt know where or how to use them. The fridge and cooker hood were both dirty when we arrived. Some proactive communication from Jesus before arrival would have been good. We received check in details when the apartment was ready but it was only my prompting a couple of days earlier that reassured us that everything was OK with our booking. We had to fly to Spain and travel to the city before any check in details were made available which was a little worrying.
