• Dagmar (7/5): - Die zentrale Lage Laut Booking com Schlüssel in der Rezeption hinterlegt. Es gibt aber keine Rezeption. Nach langem suchen und umherirren, endlich Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Erst dann wurden uns Fotos und Code übermittelt, um die Schlüssel zu finden.

• Joana (10/5): - A localização é simplesmente perfeita! Mesmo sendo no centro, consegue-se ter uma noite tranquila porque o alojamento é silencioso. Camas muito confortáveis! A cozinha também está super bem equipada e tudo muito bem limpo.

• Linda (8/5): Goed voor een stedentrip naar Malaga. - De locatie is top, midden in het centrum. Loopafstand van het strand en veel bezienswaardigheden. De communicatie hoe in te checken was duidelijk en uitgebreid. De studio was groter dan verwacht. Handzeep, wc papier, afwasmiddel was aanwezig net zoals peper en zout Toiletartikelen zoals shampoo en douchegel waren niet aanwezig. Er hangt een lege shampoo houder in de douche. De wc borstel is verroest, deur van de badkamer was vies met haren en de mini prullenbak was kapot, de badkamer kast staat gewoon op de grond zonder poten waardoor de deur moeizaam open gaat. Verder zie je aan de slaapbank en aan de gordijnen dat het goed in gebruik is geweest. In onze ogen heeft de studio wat onderhoud nodig. Een andere reiziger gaf aan dat het een fijn bed was. Wij vonden het een slecht bed, dat is misschien ook net wat je gewend bent. Wij hebben onze bevindingen netjes aangegeven en toen kregen we reactie als van een robot, dat vonden wij jammer na een fijne incheck ervaring.

• Martyn (10/5): Great apartment in Central Malaga - Perfect apartment for a couple as a base in a central part of town. Clean, good bed and shower. Really liked the block too. Clean, well lit and secure No view. No real issues as it was a 72 hour stay. But if it was a week we'd have been staring at a wall.

• Gwen (8/5): Get yourself to Malaga it’s one of the best places we’ve visited - The apartment is in a great location in the old town. Everything is literally on your doorstep! It doesn’t face on to the main street so it is very quiet at night. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. Good size room with shower room. Everything you could ask for really if you are in Malaga for a city break. Only small negative point is that the shower head is broken and needs replaced.

• Giorgia (8/5): Posizione top - La struttura era in una posizione eccellente a 5 min da tutto. É un monolocale; Il letto era comodo anche se era più piccolo di un matrimoniale, il divano letto meno comodo. Host é stato super disponibile e gentile nonostante i problemi che abbiamo avuto con gli asciugamani. prima del nostro arrivo abbiamo richiesto degli ombrelloni e ce li ha rimediati senza problemi. non so se vale il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, sicuramente si paga la posizione. La struttura non aveva un accesso all’esterno, solamente due finestre che danno sul chiostro interno ma l’aria non circola quindi non c’è il ricambio d’aria. la cucina non era attrezzata, solamente una pentola con due padelle di piccole dimensioni, non c’era tagliere o altre cose utili. al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani macchiati ma contattando l’host ci ha risolto subito il problema.

• Janine (9/5): - Wir konnten früher einchecken,unser Vermieter war sofort erreichbar und hat sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Fenster im Zimmer zeigte in den Innenhof aber es war nicht schlimm, da wir sowieso den ganzen Tag nicht da waren.

• Paola (10/5): Too location - Really pretty apartment and too location! The AC wasn’t working properly so we had a hot night even though it was end of September. They could make this exceptional by fixing the AC and leaving some basics like coffee and tea.

• Nicola (5/5): Great location, but in the need of TLC - Excellent location, so central for restaraunts , places of interest , marina. Quiet apartment block People smoking ( not normal cigarettes) in the outside area, which is in the middle of the building and it blows in through the windows , Aircondition was constantly blowing out black fluff/dust, despite the host cleaning it out ( that’s why the windows were open ) The Washing machine had something wrong with it but usable and very noisy , reported this on 16th April and was told the maintenance person would have a look , we left on 1st May and nobody came . I requested another airer to hang up wet towels as we also had laundry hung up to dry most days , was told yes no problem then 2 days later…no we were not getting one . Had to wash our own bedding as we were there for 18 nights,no offer of clean bedding. Light bulbs needed replaced as not working We have stayed in this apartment previously, but it is in the great need of a lot of TLC.

The cathedral and castle just a few minutes away. Unbeatable location. Only slight negative was lack of storage space for clothes. We were staying for 2 weeks so maybe OK for a shorter )stay.

Coming out of the door, turn left for the Gibralfaro Castle and the Roman Ampitheatre, turn left for the Cathedral. All major tourist attractions, Bars and restaurants are in walking distance. Easy walk to the marina or beach. What more could you ask for. The view from our window.

• Shelumiel (9/5): Centrally located studio apartment good value for money - The location is at the heart of Malaga Old City Center. It is convenient as everything is of walking distance. The apartment is clean, with washer and airconditioninh unit, and the wifi is excellent. Really good value for money. The removal of the key everytime you go out is sometimes a hassle but we learned to go around it.

We did wear some ear plugs at night because the fridge made some noise and I'm sensitive to that. Nothing to worry about, just a recommendation to bring ear plugs. We slept like tired babies. We will definitely come back here. We were even allowed to check in at like 11;30 in the morning.

• Travellight (5/5): Beautiful location, nice apartment, bad management - Exceptional location, in a very lively neighborhood, immediately behind the cattadrale. Very clean suite, new furniture and accurate decoration. We booked for 3, but the sofa bed (not ready on our arrival) was broken: it could not open and had no feet. The manager was very rude when we asked to help us. First he laughed at us saying "all the sofa beds open the same way". After we insisted he comes to settle, he founds that it was actually broken! He told us to go out that in the evening we would definetely find everything ready: we returned at 11pm, the bed was still in pieces on the floor and the manager did not answer the phone. Eventually he sent a message saying that they would solve the next day... without giving us an alternative and even denying us a refund!!! One of us slept on the floor. The next afternoon they repaired the bed without leaving enough linen for the third person... even the toilet paper was poor! However Malaga is so beautiful and lively that it will remain the memory of a nice holiday despite the miserable management :)
• Matej (8/5): Pleasant studio on great central locatin - Location, nicely furnished and decorated room, a lot of kitchen appliences, elevator, nicely mentained building, ... Interior windows, no view, unfortunately kitchen hood did not work, so the whole apartment smelled when cooking and all the before mentioned appliences were actually used. If we would not cook,we would rate it 9.
